The hotel was conveniently located to the places we planned to go and was the primary reason we chose it. However, the hotel staff and services were excellent and very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying there at another visit.

The room was large and the hotel was nice. The disappointing part was the lack of a full length mirror, there was a large chunk of dust in very clear sight along the divider between the desk and the bed, and the refrigerator seemed to never get really cold. Beautiful room marred by the moldy smell. Might have been due to the fact that the magnet for the shower door no longer worked. Someone had the foresight to add a reading light to the headboard. Would have been better if the bulb worked

Surprised about the service. All employees displayed dedication and company principles, proving job contentment. Although I would like to see older staff, everybody was up to the nines friendly. Love the pool, love the complimentary chupa pops, kids sign in sheet and the breakfast was not only delicious but was also fun. Breakfast catered to my nephew […] who was trying to loose weight. We checked in early but we were accommodated and were allowed for late check out. We also enjoyed the desperate toilet from the shower, very useful for a family sharing a room. What's not to like? Other hotels in the area would have charged me up to $300.00 / night just because of their reputation in the hotel business. I would stay here again and again. Stayed here for a business conference held in a different hotel that was already booked up. This place was half the cost, but was clean, in a safe area, and very close. It had a very clean, comfortable appearance, with professional, friendly staff. They had an excellent hot breakfast every morning. They also had a concierge desk; unfortunately I did […] not get to take advantage of this as I was simply on business. It did seem to be family friendly with a family-style pool. The workout room also seemed to be well equipped. The only negative was the "oceany" smelling water in the room, although this is not unusual in my experience with other Florida hotels in this region. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for Seaworld, Aquatica and Discovery Cove with free shuttles to these parks. Nice pool area. Very comfortable beds. Big spacious rooms. What a great deal, no where in Seaworld or Universal can breakfast be included in your stay. Waffles, hot oatmeal, eggs, etc plus cold items like fruit and yogurt. Each day we filled up before we hit the parks. Free Shuttles too! Rooms have fridge and microwave, so we were able to keep snacks too. Overall, clean, convenient and affordable!

loved it -- efficient desk staff, great room. would suggest more hand soap, shampoo. will stay here again -- so convenient to sea world. taking bus to sea world was so easy - no traffic - no parking lot fees -- just great

We live in Jax. Fl. so we go to orlando a-lot! For our over night trips, we have found our hotel from now on. Everything was wonderful.

We live in Florida and go to Orlando several times a year, with our 4 year old son. We have stayed in several hotels in the area before and this was our first time here. I was very happy with the room and the staff. Hotel is newer and the pictures from Expedia was just as it looked. If going to Sea World as we did, I would recommed it.

Excellent hotel for the price paid. Very friendly staff, comfortable room and nice buffet. I'll be staying here every time I'm in Orlando, especially since I didn't get a chance to try the waffle bar this time.

The hotel is very close to sea world. It offers free wifi and shuttles to main theme parks universal, sea world, aquatica and others. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby around 5 minutes walking. The swimming pool is nice as well as gaming room.

Great stay all the way around for visiting sea world. Shuttle runs often throughout the day, breakfast was good and don't forget about the free quick que passes at the concierge desk.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times now and have always had a good experience. The free breakfast is great for our family and visiting Sea World using the "quick" passes is a must!!

The room was comfortable and spacious for 4 adults for a week. The breakfast area got busy at peak times but the staff were excellent at cleaning up to make space as quickly as possible. The pool was adequate. We did not eat at the pool cafe. very convenient for sea world and easy to get to other tourist areas. The TGI next door was also good.

Front desk clerk upon check-in was more interested in helping another clerk understand about a guest who would be checking in in January than checking me in. After a 5 minute wait through that discussion, all was cordial and handled efficiently.

I loved this hotel. The room was huge compared to other hotel rooms. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to town. The room was spotless, the staff were very nice, and the hotel pool was amazing. A great place to stay.

This is the one of the best hotel for the people who visit SeaWorld. I visited Disney World, but it took only 15 minutes from this hotel.

Two night stay was very pleasant. The pool and pool bar looked great, but it was a little chilly for us to take advantage. Frequent shuttles to Sea World was a plus

This was one of my best hotel stays in a long time. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms, which are new, were spacious, clean, and bright. I liked the separate bathroom areas. Room was clean, spacious, & modern. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Convienient shuttle to Sea World. Nice heated pool & outdoor bar. After looking at many properties to stay with we choose this one - Free WiFi, Free parking, Free Breakfast, Free shuttle to Seaworld parks, Quik Pass ($20 value) for SeaWorld Attraction rides, CVS and TGIF in parkinglot and a nice pool area with food/beverage service. While Marriott Vacation Club representatives were available at desk with special offers […] they were respectful when we declined. Expedia local repesentative was at desk to sell tickets to attractions saved time at arrival to park and offered free thank you gift with SeaWorld ticket purchase. Modern room design, comfortable beds and sitting area with desk, husband loved the water jets in the walkin shower. Stephen at the front desk was most helpful accomodating the part of our family that arrived ahead of us at checkin. Location was easy to navigate - We went to Downtown Disney and SeaWorld, part our group went to Universal. This hotel was awesome! The staff was absolutely superb, they went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied in every way. The only thing that I might advise to guests is to get to the breakfast when it first opens. It was very good but got very busy in that area very quickly.

we had a good stay except for the following problems. 1. people were letting there kids run the hallways at nite and they would bet on the doors. that was saterday nite. 2. one of the rooms near me the people were in and out all nite . the door closure was letting the door slam shut. that was friday nite. 3. your coffee shop was only open during breakfest […] in direct competion with the breakfest bar. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The pool was great fun for grandkids. The breakfast had a nice variety, tasty. Great location if going to Sea World, shuttle arrived on time and quick trip to park. Hotel was a great value for the price. I would definately stay here again and recommended to others!

We stayed for just one night to spend the other day at Seaworld. You get nice benefits in combination with the park tickets. Our room was very clean and we would have loved to stay longer. There was nothing to complain about.
