Positives... Perfectly located for most Italian ski resorts (inc. zermatt). Very grand hotel with truly excellent customer service. Comfortable room. Locate in beautiful town. Negative... Currently undergoing complete refurbishment, therefore the hotel is not at it's best and quite noisy. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel especially […] having seen how it will look when refurbishment is finished. Hotel is located in italian mountains , nice, quiet area. Beautiful views.

The hotel is very well located and with a lovely view. Although you can see that is an old place, the building is great - with high ceilings and great location. What we did not like about the rooms was that we can heae EVERYTHING - talking, caughing, walking, the TV - every single noise from the room next to us. It seems to me that these two rooms were […] one only sometime ago and they just built an artificial wall between them, withouth good insulation. We stayed for 4 night and for 2 of the 4 the room next to us was booked and we could not sleep (the lady was coughing a lot during the night). grand hotel billia is a beautiful place to stay-especially if you plan to travel by car to the french and swiss border-the rooms are large-clean-the casino is in the hotel as well.breackfast is very good.the hotel is modern-has all the facilities needed+sweeming-pool+spa.i would love to go back there!!

Very relaxing and quiet. ALL staff very friendly and always pleased to help.Getting ready to go out one evening it started to rain very heavy and a member of staff offered to go out and fetch our car and bring it round to the front entrance.We did not intend to go very far so we took up their offer of an umbrella instead.

Old and tired not worth the effort or the price they charge, only worth 2/3 stars as well definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Lo consiglierei, l'unica pecca è la mancanza di aria condizionata in camera.

Très sympa, très bien dans l'ensemble,

Prachtige ligging vooral het zwembad, geweldige architectuur Hotel is m.i. voor toerisme minder geschikt, wij vonden het te groot, daardoor wat onpersoonlijk. Kom op tijd voor het ontbijt, is erg lekker. Leuker is een luxe klein hotel met zwembad. Voor bedrijfsuitjes perfect.

Nous n'avons passé (malheureusement) qu'une nuit au Grand Hotel Billia. L'accueil a été fort aimable. La chambre standard, très grande, ainsi que la salle de bain correspondent aux photos que l'on trouve sur le site. L'hôtel est relié au Casino et on a reçu 20euros pour aller jouer, rien à dire nous n'y sommes pas allé. Petit déjeurner très bien. Le […] parc est aussi très joli. Camere molto ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort, letti comodissimi e grandi. L'arredamento non è recentissimo ma hanno in programma una grossa ristrutturazione. Comodo collegamento Casinò. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

j'adore la periode medievale et les chateaux en vallee d'aoste sont nombreux , c'est pourquoi j'ai choisi cet hotel. bien place. cet hotel est une sorte de casino ( concours de poker ) qui devait etre prestigieux auparavant. petit dejeuner copieux et tres varie, piscine, bref une nuit "classe" pour pas cher. mais il va falloir rafraichir l'hotel interieurement […] . Très bon hotel, très propre, bon acceuile, joli buffet de petit déjeuner, bien situé. Dommage que la piscine ne soit ouverte que jusqu'à 18h00
