WiFi connection was horrible, could not open most of the websites that are available elsewhere. Bellboys never cared to find a taxi for us.Reception didn't mention about coupons for breakfast, so we stayed hungry in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable beds , modern bathroom, air con etc. Extra big gym, pool and entertainment area.

If it weren't for the location I would've stayed a lot longer. The staff was not too pleasant when it comes to customer service. Restaurants inside the hotel are way overpriced although the quality of food is above average.

They have really sorted out the lack of taxi's now so a very comfortable 5* hotel handy for the Pazhou - recommend the chinese rather than western resteraunt. But still a 45Rmb ride from town (....or 150 if you ever let them switch the meter off)

Good value for the money. If coming from the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus, Line 4 for 23RMB. But, they'll drop you off across the street and you have to walk approx. 200 meters and then up and over a crosswalk and then back to the hotel. Not too bad unless you have some heavy luggage. The hotel is really nice and comfortable, but it is a long way from the centre- about 30 kilometres. The staff speak reasonable English and are very hospitable. If you want a western breakfast it can be hit and miss.

The hotel is only minutes away from the Pazhou Complex (2011 Fair location) with bus shuttle service provided by the hotel. Very helpful staff who would go out of their way to assist you. Clean and comfortable room. Would not hesitate to go back to Grand Royal Hotel.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel during the 109th Canton Fair. For starters, the hotel is located in downtown Guangzhou, which is pretty far from attractions and good eateries. When I arrived in Guangzhou from Hong, via the intercity train, it took me over an hour to find a cab driver who actually knew where the hotel was located (The name and address of […] the hotel was written in Cantonese). Upon my arrival to the hotel, I checked into the hotel. The receptionist was unable to communicate with me because she did not understand nor could she speak good English, which was strange because there were registration girls from the Canton Fair on the fourth floor, they spoke great English. I asked them how did they learn, they replied in an almost American accent "A lot of people here in Guangzhou speak English". So why would the hotel hire receptionist that spoke poor English??? After checking in, I took the elevated to my room which was located on the 16th floor. When I reached the 16th floor, I was greeted by a woman running and screaming pass the elevator and down the darkened hall. I wasn't sure what was up with that. I continued to my room and to my surprise, the room did not have any windows!? I was shocked. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom vanity had mold buildup on it. The lighting in the room was very dim, even with all the lights on. There was a fly trapped inside of the coffee mug, which was turned upside down. The air conditioner was very noisy, I had to turn it off in order to get some rest. The only thing that I liked about the hotel was the free shuttle to the Canton Fair. 호텔 시설들은 모두 깨끗하고 인터넷(유.무선)이 무료인게 마음에 들고 호텔과 전시장을 리무진버스를 통해 빠르고 싸게(RMB23)으로 오갈 수 있는게 가장 큰 매력. 미니바에 있는 음료수들이 무료!!(매일 물 2병 포함하여 콜라한캔,사이다한캔,미닛메이드 한캔) 호텔주변에 걸어서 5분정도 가야 편의점이 있는게 조금 불편함. 전시장과 솔직히 가깝지는 않다. 택시로 약 10~15분정도 걸리고 전철역이 가까이 있지도 않음에도 불구하고 이 가격에 이정도 퀄러티의 호텔이면 대략 띵호아지~ 머 여행이 아니고 출장가서 전철탈일은 없으니까. 출장가는 사람들한테는 추천. 여행가는 사람들한테는 크게 매력있는 호텔은 아님.

四星級的酒店，服務不錯，而且幾靚，但缺點係唔近地鐵站： 呢間酒店有四星期服務，環境比較舒適，我地因保安理由換房它亦接受。大致上以同樣質素而言價格較低。但是，缺點係唔近地鐵站，要搭兩個巴士站或者飛的，較為不便。而且，早餐質素普通。筆者認為近地鐵站最重要，所以，下次去廣州玩會選擇地鐵站附近的酒店。但是，呢間酒店其實如果不計交通問題，價格比係高的！不妨試下！

酒店位置雖然在天河區，但原來非常偏遠於天河城市中心，交通非常不便。也沒有穿梭巴士往來附近地下鐵路。繁忙時間出入市中心非常塞車及費時。標準房間面積空間頗大。唯獨早餐不達國際水平，明顯是非常本土化的管理水平。

Ce n'est pas un palace, mais le service est tres bon. Attention Hotel.com indique la mauvaise adresse, la correct est celle-ci : 89号 Tianhe Road Tianhe, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Soit a 500 metres de celle indique en ligne. L'hotel est indique sur Google Map.

Si vas a la ciudad de Guangzhou para a laferia de Canton el hotel es muy coveniente, tiene muy buen servicio de atencion y transporte para los visitantes. El hotel en si es muy bieno, tiene muy buen servicio, muy buena atencion, el personal se esmera por darte un buen servicio, el desayuno es completo aunque tiene mucha comida oriental, pero es asi […] en todos los hoteles que he visitado, el restaurant cantones es excelente. El detalle con este hotel es que esta en las afueras de la zona central y financiera de la ciudad que son las atractivas, pero hay servicios de taxi que te llevan a cualquier lugar siempre y cuando le pidas al front desk que escriban la direccion en mandarin. Excelente servicio del staff del hotel en todo el hotel queda muy cerca de la feria de canton solo a 10 min en su propio autobus el restaurante de comida cantonesa en el lobby es muy buena y la japonesa tambien en general le otorgo un 4 solo por ue esta un poco alejado del centro y demas atracciones de la ciudad y ademas cada vez que hay que regresar […] hay que dar una gran vuelta por que no tiene un ingreso directo tanto de la autopista como de la misma avenida de resto el servicio del hotel y sus empleados impecables si vuelvo a ir a china sin duda alguna me quedo de nuevo en este hotel desde caracas venezuela muchas gracias อ่านเพิ่มเติม

De bör kunna bättre engelska, eller de vill inte förstå. Mycket dålig service på barrestaurangen. Vänta 45 på på Clubsandwich som var kalla när det äntligen kom. Personalen ska inte försvinna om något ifrågasätts eller är besväröigt. Bra hotell för mässbesökare annars för långt från city.

L'hôtel est situé loin en banlieue, pas grand chose à faire autre que aller canton Fair . Surtout que les taxis refusent de vous ramener du centre ville vers l'hôtel à cause des embouteillages.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pendant une période achalandée de la foire de l'import/export de Canton. Service exceptionel pour le prix. L'hôtel est à 15 minutes du complexe de Pazhou et un service de navette gratuit est inclus dans le prix. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont excellents. Vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.
