We arrived at 1:55pm the check in time was 2pm; the lady at reception told us our room wouldnt be ready for another hour and we could pay extra to upgrade and get into a room straight away. When we pointed out that the room is meant to be ready for 2pm and we wouldnt pay extra she said we were being "inflexible" we didnt think this was acceptable and […] after a quick conversation over the phone the room was ready for us to go into straight away. The hotel is clean and has a pool and internet facilties (which are chargeable). However the hot water in the shower was cold when we called down to complain the reception lady sent someone up, who looked at the shower and then left without saying a word. I called reception a second time and was told I would get a call back. 20mins later when I called the lady said the maintenance guy had now gone home and had told her the water temperature was fine. We ended up arguing with the woman on reception as she insisted that they dont have hot water due to health and safety reasons; we ended up using a shower that is used by the spa customers. We then had to ask for compensation for the inconvenience which was a voucher to use for our evening meal in the hotel restaurant. good location although it takes about 5 minutes to walk out to the main roads. service is pretty good and breakfast was so-so. pool's great but the pool massage can be better.

great hotel average location . . did washing however i bag and it cost 1500 bart

It was a very clean hotel, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I think it was also cheaper than the hotels around it, and the location was just far enough away from the tourist drag, but not too far away. You have to buy a password in order to use the WiFi, although it only charges you for the time you use. The pool is small, and there isn't […] a good deep lane for swimming laps. The breakfast is from 7am to 10am, it's very basic: eggs any style, breakfast ham or bacon, two fruits, white bread, rice congee, sausages, juices and coffee. No pastries, wholegrain breads, cereals, or vegetables. The quality of maintenance and repairs is a little rough, but everything was in its place and worked. The balcony was really comfortable, and the lounge chairs by the pool, but you can't have food and drinks around the pool. The cafe by the pool has good food, but it's not comfortable to sit in. You can't call out on the hotel's phones, you have to borrow a cell phone from behind the desk, but they don't charge you much for local calls. There was construction going on at the time I was there, but they started late in the morning and ended before 6pm. There's a good convenience store across the street. I booked a room with free wireless. But when i ask the hotel staffs for the activating of free wireless, they tell me differently. one tell me i can only start using starting from the check in time, but another tell me i can use it starting from 12am the day i booked. So when i ask for the password on the check in time, they start telling me another […] version, which is my booking with hotels.com with free wireless is not valid. all they give is just 1hour free wireless. But based on the booking made with hotel.com, it was stated free wireless. isn't it clear that it is for the day u booked and not stated it is just for an hour? So after arguing with the staffs, they r willing to offer 5 hours of wireless and subsequently add on if it is not enough. But the network in the hotel is extremely bad that i was not even able to detect wireless in the room or at the front desk. For a 3-4 star resort, this hotel is near to perfection.. Nice room , nice breakfast, friendly staffs, good location...

Reasonable price, gud location

For the price of the stay, this hotel is brilliant. Obviously really new, the rooms are great, modern and spotlessly clean. The locations is only 5 mins walk to town too. There is currently another hotel being built next door and the building work woke us up on the first morning of our stay, but when we told reception, we were moved straight away.

While we only spent one night in Krabi, this was as pleasant a night as we could have imagined. Ananta Burin Hotel is a charming boutique hotel, with amazingly attentive staff, and first notch facilities. The rates were competitive to any comparable 4 star hotel in the area. We accidentally broke a glass in the toilet which cost us 100 baht . The hotel could have use plastic cup for gargling, which is safer, especially for kids, since the glass provided was extremely fragile. We were rather surprise that the hotel insist in imposing the charges on us despite our 3 night stay and also highlighted the broken glass to them. Ligger i en stille gate sammen med de fleste hotellene. Rent og fint hotell og bra service. Liten spasertur til Ao nang sentrum. Kanskje litt få solsenger for de som ønsker å velge bassenget.

Vi var där våra första fem nätter i thailand och det var så underbart att landa där efter en lång resa. Rummen var kanon, poolen kanon och poolacces var jätte härligt. Bra frukost, bra läge på en lugn gata med bara ett stenkast från stranden, shoppingen och alla resturanger

Bra hotell. Ingen ting å klage på. Bortsett av at 50% av tiden var det ikke varmt vann på rommet. Måtte bytte rom en gang fordi det luktet så vondt.

Dette hotellet bør du styre unna. This hotel should be avoided at any costs. The pool was very small, and dirty. Reception staff tried at several occasion to lure you off money. For instance I wanted to take toe Ferry from Ao Nang beach to Phuket, and they set me up on a Bus transport, even I asked 4 times if the ticket was a Ferry since it was written […] "BUS" on it. In hallways a foul smell was sometimes very noticable. Bad smell in the lower level rooms as well. We paid 4000BHT for 2 persons for their X-mas party, promising that food and drinks where free. Vi har varit många gånger i Ao-Nang. Nu prövade vi Ananat-Burin Resort--Ett kanonhotell-Billigt på nätet. Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht. Gångavstånd till centrum.. Eller 20 bath med mc-tuk-tuk. Bra pool o en underbar frukostbuffe. Vi bodde ddär i 4 nätter-kanon. Dock, försök att få en balkong mot poolen. Ej kul med gatuutsikt. Die Zimmer sind ganz dunkel im Vergleich zu den Bildern auf der Webseite. Buchung war mit Free WLAN, jedoch musste ich mehrmals diskutieren bis ich den Zugang zum Internet erhielt. Das Frühstück-Buffet ist richtig mies. Es gibt fast nur American Brunch und die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt, wie in einen 2 Sterne Hotel. Der Strand ist sehr hässlich. Bodde där i 4 nätter, var ganska nöjd och skulle gjärna bo där igen

Vi hadde et rom med "Pool-acsess" - helt topp. Hotellet er ganske anonymt sett fra gate, mens det var helt topp når man kom inn. Vi var der i slutten av oktober og da var det få andre gjenster og hotellet var veldig stille og rolig. Hotellet lå også i et område som var stille og rolig. Frokosten var bra. Vi spiste middag en kveld på hotellet og fikk […] topp mat og service. Det er noen få butikker/fortausrestarantert i gata som hotellet ligger, ellers er det mest hoteller i denne gate. Hotelli oli ihana, uusi ja raikas. Aamiainen on runsas. Ainut huonompi seikka hotellissa oli, että hotellin rakennustyömaan äänet häiritsivät jonkin verran ja naapurihuoneiden äänet kuuluivat hyvin huoneeseen.

Fint og relativt nytt hotell med kort vei til restauranter, butikker og strender.Hyggelig personale og god service. Litt dårlig utvalg av pålegg på frokost buffeten, man blir lei av omelett etter en stund !

Jeg og en vennine var på en liten rundreise i Thailand og endte opp med å bo på Ananta Burin 2 ganger i løpet av turen. Veldig fint og behagelig hotell, med en fin beliggenhet. Ikke langt å gå hverken til strand eller til sentrum. Bassengområdet er veldig fint, med veldig behagelig temperatur i vannet. Deilig å kjøle seg ned der :) Rommene er det heller […] ingenting å klage på. Kjekt med filmkanalen de har på tven, så er man heldig går det en fin film når man er på rommet. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Frokostbuffeten er ikke akkurat den mest varierte og smakfulle, men helt ok. På de aller fleste utfluktene får man også gratis transfer til og fra hotellet, og alle tuk-tuk og taxi sjåfører kjenner godt til hotellet, så det er lett å komme seg rundt. Das Hotel liegt gut, etwa 10 Minuten außerhalb der Hauptstr. in Ao Nang, deshalb ist es abends auch angenehm ruhig. Das Personal spricht gutes Englisch und ist sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung und sauber. Nette Balkone mit Poolblick. Frühstück war ok, aber sehr amerikanisch, d.h. Pancakes, Würstchen, Speck, Toastbrot. Keine Aufstriche. Ausflüge […] können im Hotel gebucht werden, man wird dann abgeholt. Auch empfehlenswert: Motorroller sind im Hotel erhältlich, für sehr günstiges Geld. Praktisch für eigene Ausflüge ins Hinterland. Vorsicht: Die Thais haben eine eigenwillige Wegbeschilderung, bis ich erstmal aus Krabi wieder raus war, hab ich die Stadt zweimal umrundet... Nebenan wird gerade ein neues Hotel hochgezogen, aber die Baustelle hat nur minimal gestört. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist der teure Internetzugang. Hyggelig, rent, nytt og Billig hotell. Ligger ikke midt i smørøyet, men 5 min å gå fra handlegaten. Perfekt om du ikke ønsker masse støy og ikke må være 5 meter fra der det skjer. Ao Nang er ikke en veldig hyggelig by, men perfekt sted å begynne. Har alt av turistsjapper, restauranter, barer og turistinformasjon. Bra sted å planlegge utflukter og turen […] videre. The quality of the service at the hotel was very poor, nobody from the staff seemed to have a clue about what was going on at the hotel. We were moved around between 3 different rooms before we got what we had ordered. Even then we ourselves had to go to the reception to ask for towels for the room (we could not call as the phone at the room was broken […] and continued to be so even though we complained about it many times). Bra hotell, med tanke på pris og plassering. Trivelige ansatte, rent og pent samt grei mat. Det tar ca 10 min å gå til sentrum, perfekt for vår del. Hotellet er plassert i et rolig strøk, slik at vi slapp støy og bråk. Anbefales å oppgradere til bassengutsikt med inkl frokost. 该酒店离甲米热闹的商业区不远，可以租摩托车出行，很方便快捷，酒店的价格也还不粗。

The hotel, staff, rooms and breakfast i awesome, but but.. If you wanna go to Chaweng beach then you have to pay huge amounts in taxi's.. On Samui they dont use meters, so be prepaired to pay 400 bath a trip.. It can be cheaper, but mostly its around that level... The beach "close" to the hotel sucks really much compared to the others on the Island, […] so if you are going on bathing holiday, dont book this hotel! 5 minutes walk to beach, 8-10 minutes walk to ao nang main road (ferry dock), a few mosquitoes found in room, swimming pool is good with jacuzzi

Saknade varmvatten några dagar mitt på dagen. Kunde eventuellt bytta lakan någon gång under veckan. I övrigt var hotellet toppen.
