The resort property is beautiful but it feels understaffed . My friend was asked to bus his own table - it was a long distance to return the dishes and trays from the pool bar tables back to the restaurant. The Manava was fine, if, like us you needed somewhere to stay on the way to another island. The place isn't close to anywhere. I thought the food was pretty good and standard hotel priced. The pool was nice and was a highlight. They run a shuttle to Papeete but as we were staying on Easter Sunday and Monday this wasn't available (it runs Mon-Sat). The quality of the Manava was great. We stayed here for 5 days and went to Bora Bora after. The only complaint I had was the "king bed". it was 2 twin mattresses put together. That was probably the only thing I was displeased with. From the airport to the hotel, it was about 2400-2600 francs (about $27). It was about a 15-20 minute ride. The beautiful […] waterfall only works on the weekends. There is a bank convieniently located within a 5 minute walk from the Manava. Stayed in a oceanview with kitchenette. I would ONLY have stayed in an oceanview. Kitchenette definitely is worth it if you bring/buy food. everything is so expensive! There was no Tahitian dance or any events going on at the Manava. We actually went to the intercontinental resort to watch the tahitian. that was definitely what i would call a resort! it was beautiful there. It was resort worthy. Manava was nice but nothing stood out. Also had a spa treatment. That was a definite waste of money. It's a TINY TINY place in the corner above the lobby front desk. We chose to stay at a cheaper place in Tahiti and this place was definitely worth the value! Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a nice place that gets most for $. This hotel is in a good location has great views form the pool of Moorea, Is a short walk from Carrefour and is surrounded by rouleetes at night. Given how exoesive tahiti can be this is a big bonus. The hotel rooms are large and well furnished. would recommend

Very pleasant place to stay in all respects. Great food in the Bistro/Dining room.

This hotel was very nice. Did not have amenities such as ice easily available - had to walk down to the bar. Food/coffee very expensive. Infinity pool was awesome. Overall stay - one night - was very good. Not within walkikng distance of anything exciting.

Very pleased with this hotel. Beautiful large pool and ocean view (we upgraded to beach view) Also enjoyed dinners at the restaurant (best spaghetti I ever had!) Unfortunately, we got many nasty mosquito bites.

Just one night before a flight but everyone was very nice and helpful. The housekeeper made a heart pattern on our bed, like it was the honeymoon suite.

Just stayed for one day on way to nz. Lovely clean, and good, helpful staff. A bit pricey, but does appear to be a top of the line hotel. Don

Great R&R stop over from "down under" on our way back to U.S. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was well maintained and tastefully decorated. I would recommend a hotel room for short stays but for longer stays the suites with kitchenettes could make your stay more like a home away from home. Anyone who complains about this hotel is nuts or extremely high-maintenance. Great service, wonderful ammenities, very clean, very relaxing. Overall, it was fantastic. Only complaint is proximity to beach - very far. Also, in general, Tahiti is VERY expensive. But definitely worth the trip!

My husband and I spent the first night of our honeymoon at the Manava. It wasn't as closse to the airport as some other options but was well worth the higher price and farther distance. Excellent stay and enjoyed the infinity pool the most. Infinity Pool was the highlight and its looks amazing during the sunset. Great stay and will recommend to everyone.

This hotel has got some really wonderful staff. The service, the food, the view, the location is all outstanding. We love it there. I would certainly recommend the Manava to anyone.

We stayed here since it was conveniently located near the airport and had a nice pool. The facilities are nice, clean and relatively new. Modern rooms and clean facilities. The lunch we had poolside upon our arrival though was inedible..stale bread on the club sandwich and soggy fries..had to ask for service, then after 25 minutes had to ask again for […] our drinks, when food came to the table shrink wrapped in plastic wrap.. 45 minutes later.. food was not hot and terrible.. had to ask twice for napkins, twice for condiments.. both of which I had to retrieve eventually myself from the bar. Mai Tai and Fresh Fruit drinks were the worst I have had anywhere in French Polynesia. Dinner that night in the restaurant was better, but very slow service, short pour on wines and waitress brought main entree prior to the first course.. if your looking for a nice room .. good spot.. if you looking for good food.. steer clear. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were pleased with the resort itself. The infinity pool and the view of the lagoon and ocean beyond were wonderful. More shade at poolside would've been good as the Tahitian sun is very hot. There were plenty of lounge chairs but most of them were in the direct sun - dangerous! The food in the restaurant was very good but there was only one restaurant […] and nothing else in the neighbourhood. The pool bar had a limited menu and stopped serving food around 5 pm. The hotel bar served food from the room service menu so was more expensive than the restaurant. Our room was very nicely decorated and outfitted - big shower, separate tub, two sinks, fine details. The shuttle bus into town - about 25 minutes away - ran on a very limited schedule. The resort was located close to the airport. in the hotel you felt in paradise, only downside was outside. the hotel transport was not good with driver taking and making calls as he drove. not good

Check out time was 11:00 a.m. but the manager agreed to let us stay until 1:00 p.m. because we could not get on the cruise ship until then.

The hotel was lovely, the room excellent and the staff very helpful. We had a great meal at the restaurant and the manager was very helpful in explaining the price structure and accommodating our dietary needs. The food was excellent and for Tahiti, reasonably priced. The hotel does not look that impressive from the road but once you are inside, you […] are in for a treat. The gardens are well maintained and the views from the swimming pool are incredible. Service was excellent and the rooms were recently remodeled, but hotel is still a little rough around the edges and lacks 4-star comfort. For quick stays, airport is relatively close.

Manava Hotel Tahiti-- very good services, excellent restaurant and in-room dinning, beautifull pool and gardens, quiet location, but no beach near by the hotel. FANTASTIC view of the island of Moorea!

The hotel is new, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. Like most other hotels, it is located outside of Papa'ete, but it does offer a shuttle service for a fee. The rooms are large and feature high-style industrial-design fixtures, and a modern black, gray, white, and red color scheme. But it falls short on the practical […] features any traveler will want in a hotel room. There is very little drawer space, there is no clock, there is no luggage rack, and there are few if any surfaces, other than the bed or the floor, on which to open suitcases. It's almost as if the hotel rooms were designed by someone who never stays in hotel rooms. Vi bodde på dette hotellet i 4 netter før vi skulle videre på de andre øyene og stortrivdes. Uitsluitend geschikt voor mensen die willen luieren. Te ver van alles vandaan, maar als locatie geen probleem is: kamers ruim, vooral personeel in restaurant erg vriendelijk.

Nytt, fräscht & prisvärt hotel inrett i Tahitisk stil! Vi stannade i 8 nätter och kommer att återvända!! Fantastisk poolanläggning med tillgång till att bada i havet!! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi bodde i en 2 rumslägenhet med kök! Om man ska resa till Papetee eller resa vidare, då är detta det bästa stället att bo på!!
