We booked a King Sea view room which had a fantastic panorama of lush green Santosa island and 180 degrees of ocean. A great location, nice hotel and friendly staff, but the service was below what one would expect. When we arrived at the advised time, there was no one available to assist us unloading our car..... Room service was so slow at times that on one occasion we called after waiting 1 hour for a simple dessert and were told that they were experiencing a high […] level of calls..... A second time we also had to wait for over 1 hour for our in-room meal to be served. The first morning we stayed there (a Saturday) we were woken up at 6.30AM by a group of people celebrating an early morning wedding ritual at the hotel. When we called reception to ask, we were told there were no weddings planned at the hotel that day although a few hours later three was a wedding reeption on the premises. The night before check out we received a standard note at our room stating that "As our hotel is fully booked tomorrow, we are not in a position to offer extended or late check-out". However, when I went on-line to Hotels.com most room options were readily available and at discounted rates..... The most impressive experience was both dinner and lunch at the hotel's chinese restuarant, Cassia, where both the food and attention was outstanding and at very reasonable prices. Amazing get away on Sentosa Island! We've stayed at many hotels in Singapore and the service comes nowhere near to Capella. Staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Before arrival, I asked if they had a North American adapter in their rooms and without hesitation they provided pics of an adapter and said they would leave it in the room before my […] arrival (which they did). On the first night, we asked for ice and for the duration of our stay they prepared it for turn down service. The rooms are also superb although the bathtub was a bit old. Couldn't be happier with the stay! The only minor inconvenience was that the hotel was located a bit in from the main street which was quite a walk uphill and maybe a 10 min walk from Imbiah station. Just returned from a delightful stay at Capella. The hotel room was large, modern, luxurious and beautifully furnished with a lovely view of the sea and the idyllic surrounds. It is an amazing haven from the bustle of Singapore. The level of personal service at this hotel is unsurpassed. Nothing was too much trouble and every request was responded to in a courteous manner and with non-intrusive efficiency. We were given a baby cot, high chair, bottle steriliser and baby bath with baby toiletries which made life much easier for us travelling with a young baby. The shuttle to VivoCity and Resort World was very handy. The turndown service every night with delicious cookies and inclusive mini-bar were greatly appreciated. Stayed here for 2 nights and was blown Away right from the minute we stepped out of the taxi! This place is heaven on earth from the surroundings to the rooms to the restaurants nothing was a problem for the staff ! A great place to have a luxurious tropical retreat in the middle of the city. The hotel grounds/ pool area are amazing. The staff were excellent.

Prior to our arrival we had emailed the Capella to ask if early check in and late checkout were available due to flights, this was not a problem at all. From the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of all staff including the gardeners. Our room was awesome to say the least. Plenty of room and the bathroom was just […] the best. There was absolutely nothing we can fault. The hotel was so quiet and our privacy upheld at all times. The turn down service is such a luxury and welcomed after a long day sightseeing and adventurous fun on Sentosa. The buggy service to the main entrance is really cool, just a pity we dîdnt learn about it until after a few days of walking up and down, definitely our oversight! The poolside service is excellent, the guys do a great job of having fresh towels and cold cold bottled water available at all times, we didn't even have to ask, it's just done. The beachside entry/exit is just the best as you can catch the free shuttle bus to beach station where you catch the free monorail to Vivo City to explore Singapore by bus or the excellent MRT underground rail. We used the MRT a lot as its frequent and easy to navigate around the city and surrounds for very little expense. Overall we loved Singapore, Sentosa and the Capella. Excellent room facing South China Sea. Very clean with every amenity you could ask for, really liked the Nespresso coffee machine. Staff fantastic, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. Will definitely be going back to Capella soon!!

We were extremely impressed with the friendliness and their willingness to help, not matter what. The staff are all "wired up" with headsets and can arrange just about anything for you without any trouble. The rooms are ultra-modern with no expense spared. We'll definitely be going back.

No regrets choosing Capella over the other hotels I was looking at, due to the beautiful room we had. However, I was a bit disappointment over a couple staff members, whose level of English profiency, as well as training, was below the standard one would expect from a 5-star hotel on Sentosa island, catered to tourists/foreigners. Capella is fabulous. Upgraded to 2 brm Apartment. Library with complimentary tea coffee and soft drink all day. Chocolates, biscuits also complimentary. Service faultless. Nothing too much trouble. Two excellent restaurants and Spa facilities 5 star. Would stay there again anytime!

I've always wanted to try the Capella because I've heard raving reviews about it. There was a promotional rate by Hotels.com so I immediately grabbed the opportunity and booked a 1 night stay for my birthday. The price was still steep but it was worth it ! It was a wonderful staycation for my husband and I. We got the seaview room which had an incredible […] view. The greenery all around gave a sense of peace. Service was top notch - they called the day before our check in to make sure that all things are in order (nice gesture!). We enjoyed going to the Library where they served good tea and nibbles (scones, biscuits, cakes, etc) - all complimentary! They were really good so we really had to control ourselves! Small gripe - in what is supposed to be a six-star resort, I don not expect to be awoken first thing in the morning by someone going around with a very noisy leaf-blower! Also - bit more care needed on billing (i.e. trying to charge for things not used).

This was my second stay at Capella, this time with my husband over the Easter break (the last trip was with family over Xmas shortly after the hotel opened). We've had a pretty stressful few months are were just looking to completely relax and unwind, and Capella proved an ideal place for this task. My last stay at Capella was good enough for me to […] choose it again, and I was not disappointed. The quality of the rooms is still top-notch and the facillities and surroundings are beautiful. Of course the hotel is very convenient for the other activities on Sentosa Island and the nearby shopping at Vivo City, but you could just stay in the hotel all day and still enjoy your trip. Service at Capella is absolutely 5-star and staff were extremely helpful and courteous - special mention to the maitre-d at the Knolls restaurant, who always seemed to have a smile and did everything up to and including soothing babies! The included extras like the constant stream of cool drinks and ice cream by the pool, complimentary mini bar and high tea in the library are also things that really made the experience memorable and 5-star - I wish more hotels were like this. Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Nur jedem zu empfehlen. Es hat wohl seinen Preis, aber es lohnt sich. Die Zimmer sind alle mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch extrem ruhig. 誰にでも薦められる安定感と満足度で、大好きなガーデンヴィラをリピート訪問。ウブドを想わせる緑にあふれたヴィラと広いプールは格別です。100平米超の部屋はゆったりとして最高にリラックスできます。蝶々や小鳥、リス、クジャクが周囲にいて、シティ部からたったタクシーで15分で、自然を感じられます。ルームサービスを利用し、自宅のようにゆったり過ごしました。また何度でも来たいです。

女性２名の友人同士で利用しましたが、他に利用している人達もカップルなどが多く子供連れが少なくて静かでした。 全体的なコンセプトも大人のリゾートとなっているようで、他のセントーサ島のホテルよりも今回の自分たちの旅の目的にマッチしていました。 スタッフのホスピタリティもまぁ適度に良く、こちらが聞いたことに対しては対応してくれるといった具合でした。（あまり押し付けがましいサービスや過剰な親切はなかったので、こちらの言っていないことに対して気を利かせるということはなかったです） お部屋は全室スイートだったと思うのですが、今回宿泊した部屋も子供連れだと最大４人くらい泊まれるくらいの広さでした。（キングサイズのベッドが１つとソファーが２つ） リビングとベッドルームにそれぞれipodのドック＋スピーカ […] ーがあり（特にベッドルームはBOSEのスピーカーにつながっていて音質も良かった）、エアコン、カーテン、ブラインドの操作もすべてタッチパネルがついていて、新しいホテルだな。というのを実感。 備え付けてあったお茶はホテルオリジナルのようで、コーヒーマシーンもあり、 リビングにあったフルーツも美味しかったです。 アメニティーは日本ではあまりみたことのないオーガニックのものだったのですが、 シャンプーがとても使用感が良くて、帰りにもう１セットもらって帰りました。（チェックアウト時にホテルのフロントの方に頼んだら、２セットくれました） よく利用したのが「図書室」といったところで、クッキーやチョコレートにお茶などが用意されており、食後のお茶はレストランで利用せずにこちらを利用しました。 （無料なので、レストランでお茶を飲むよりはお得） ただ、ホテルのレストランが中華と地中海料理（といってもすこし中途半端）しかなくて、 この点は少し残念でした。 メインダイニングが中華ということなのでしょうが、 これにフレンチなどの選択肢があるともっと良かったように思えます。 といっても、せっかくリゾートにきているので、セントーサ島をでてご飯を食べにいくのもめんどくさいし・・・。 ビーチにも出てみたのですが、ビーチアクセスがわかりづらく、帰り道は迷ってしまい、たまたま見かけたホテルスタッフのカートに乗せてもらいました。 （本当は行きはカートで、帰りもカートで迎えにきてもらう予定だったのですが、 迎えにきてもらう場所がわからなくなってしまうような状態でした） なにか道案内のような標識があればいいのに・・・。と思いました。 とはいえ、全体的には◎で、静かなリゾートを望む方には良いと思います。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

チェックインもスムーズに行ってもらいました。部屋も有料でしたが安くプール付のガーデンヴィラへアップグレード。スイートかとおもうぐらい広い部屋で素晴らしかったです。ただ海が見えなかったことと毎回バギー（カート）を呼ばないとロビーまで少々歩かないといけないということもあり元のシービューへ戻してもらいました。これが大正解でした。オーシャンビューのバスや洗面所も2個あり、部屋からの景色も最高。朝食も種類はそれほど多くはありませんでしたが十分で美味しかったです。フルーツやヨーグルト系も充実しており日本食はありました。次回はもっとホテル内でゆっくりとしたいと思います。 孔雀が普通に庭にいるのもよかったです。過去にステイした中ではベストのホテルです。 自然の中でゆっくりとした大人の時間を求めるなら間違いな […] くカペラでしょう。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

家族で8月の独立記念日の週末から4泊伺いました。大型船舶が行き交うマラッカ海峡を望む丘にあり、船舶静かな環境でコロニアル風のエントランスにモダンな宿泊棟が大変美しく、部屋も手入れが行き届き食事もおいしく快適なステイが保証されます。 また、日本人の優秀なシニアパーソナルアシスタントの方が常駐し、宿泊前からリクエストを聞いていただき、大変助かりました。同じ時期に日本人の方が何人か宿泊されていましたが、いずれも彼女の気の利いた応対にずいぶん助けられているようでした。 セントーサ島内で、ユニバーサルスタジオにも近く、送迎もあります。子ども連れでも十分楽しめます。

大変リゾート感あふれるホテルで気に入りました。カペラホテルが広大で、ホテル敷地内探検で１-２時間かかります。タクシードライバーの中には、まだカペラを知らない人がいて、こまることがありました。

ホテルは清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせました。ライブラリーでお菓子やドリンクもありコンビニに行かなくても済みます。スタッフの対応もとても親切です。プールや更衣室も掃除が行き届いていました。オーチャードまでは距離があるのでショッピング目的のかたは不便かもしれませんが、逆にスケルトンのケーブルカーなどに乗ったりして楽しめます。タクシーの料金もやすいですし。オーチャード周辺に泊るよりゆっくりリラックスできました。

今回で二度目の宿泊。 チェックインの対応、部屋のしつらえ、サービス（部屋に入る時はスタッフは全員靴を脱いでから！）、レストラン（中華もオールデイダイニングも）、プール、ライブラリどれも最高レベル。 私にとって心地の良い距離感のサービスと、インテリアのモダンな落ち着いた雰囲気はもっともっと滞在していたいなという気持ちにチェックアウトの時させられます。 個人的なお気に入りは、何といってもBob's Barで夜にボケっと寝椅子に寝っ転がりながら星空を見て飲むお酒。なんとも素晴らしい気分にしてくれます。 シンガポールは、フラトン、マリーナベイサンズ、マンダリン、リッツ、セントレジスなど色々泊まってみたけど、やっぱりここに決まり。 場所はセントーサ島にあるとはいえ、中心部にもタクシーで１５分もみ […] とけばつくし、空港までも３０分。バケーションはもちろん、ビジネスでも十分使える場所。 元々はリッツと同じオーナー（？）が始めたホテルらしいけど、来年ニセコに出来ると言う日本初のカペラにも大期待。 อ่านเพิ่มเติม

GWに家族で滞在しました。他のセントーサのホテルにも滞在したのですが、ハード、ソフト面ともに、レベルの違いを感じる素晴らしいクオリティでした。マリーナベイサンズやハードロックなど、にぎやかな大規模アメリカンタイプのホテルが好きな方にはおすすめできませんが、リゾートの気分で静かに過ごしたい大人のカップルにはおすすめです。メインロビーから少し離れたヴィラでしたが、カートはすぐに来てくれ、お部屋のお飲物、DVDレンタル、２４時間のラウンジのドリンクやスナックもフリー、大画面の液晶が各部屋にあり、プールでは、冷たい飲み物がすぐ運ばれてくるなど、アジアのリゾートではトップクラスです。タンカーの景色以外はくつろげました。

今回は主人の両親と４人でのシンガポール旅行。少し早めに着いたのですがライブラリーでアフタヌーンティーのサービスもあって一気にのんびりモードに切り替わりました。夜のプールも殆ど貸切状態でした。大人のリゾートホテルといった感じ・・・日本人スタッフの方もとても丁寧な対応をして下さってとても良かったです。今回は１泊しか出来ませんでしたが、今度はここでのんびりする為だけに来たいと主人と夢のような話をして帰国しました。宝くじ当たらないかなぁ～
