Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport - ชาร์ลอตต์

In Charlotte to visit our great-grandchildren, we found the Hampton Inn conveniently located to family. Staff were extremely courteous and the courtesy breakfast far exceded our expecttions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, picking us up from the airport, dropping us off at a nearby restaurant and picking us up again. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was wonderful! Either new or recently rennovated. Shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in, bar none! Breakfast included, but not much to write home about. Overall, great place for the price. I would stay there again.

It was a room for the night. Nothing extraordinary.

Spent the night here with my son before our trip to US Whitewater. It was a nice, clean establishment with very good customer service. The indoor pool was a plus and I was very pleased with the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

This a great stay for our layover at the airport. Staff were nice. Hampton is always good for free shuttle and breakfast.

My family and I went to this hotel for 2 days just to use the indoor pool and spa and have some fun away from home. The kids had a blast the rooms were nice. Only bad thing planes until 10pm. Staff was very friendly. I will visit again.

This hotel was so convenient to the airport! It was comfortable and the help at the desk was helpful and pleasant. I will stay there again.

Really enjoyed stay. Would have been very satisfied, but for the toilet that didn't flash well. Brought it to their attention though.

All appointments very sharp. I appreciate place for four plugins at bedside since I use a c-pap.

Our stay was everything we could've asked for. Very clean, very nice people and good service. They called after check-in to make sure all needs were met. Housekeeping was on the ball. Very comfortable bed. Although it's an airport hotel, the planes flying over weren't loud. Breakfast was great, wide variety. I would definitely stay here again!

Boyfriend and I participated in the Spartan obstacle course race at the National Whitewater Center, about 15 min away. Huge room, lots of space, two people can work at the desk. Breakfast buffet was extensive-still hotel food but most would probably enjoy it. VERY impressed overall.

When available, I will always stay at a Hampton Inn. They consistently have the best rooms, most comfortable beds and amenities for this type of chain hotel. The rates are reasonable and provide simple, clean luxury. The Hampton Inn at Charlotte Airport was no different. I flew into town to run an obstacle race and was conveniently located near the […] airport and no more than a 20 minute drive to anything I wished to visit, including the National Whitewater Center, a great downtown restaurant and an outlying movie theatre. Good quality beds.

We stayed for one night prior to an early flight out. Easy access to the airport. We took their shuttle to the airport and they let us park our car in their lot. When we returned, we called and the shuttle came to pick us up. Piece of cake!

Great place, Nice rooms great staff. We had a flight to next morning so while we were having breakfast the lady servicing to breakfast bar made a snack for my 9 year old daughter to take on the plane. I wish every place we stayed had staff like this hotel

Excellent hotel, strong on service. Extremely quiet. I loved the rubberized tiles in the bathroom.

I normally like the Hampton Inn chain. And in the elevator they advertise clean sheets, however when we pulled our sheets back to get into bed, there was blood on the bottom and top sheets and the pillow cases, as if whom ever changed the sheets, had a bloody finger. Manager brought up new sheets, that we changed and apologized, nothing more.

Very nice hotel... good service, clean, really nice king suite.... only problem was finding the entrance. Needs better signage, or else change the address from Little Rock Road to Scott Futrell Drive.

Shuttle service was great--at 4 a.m. with only 10 minutes notice when I was sick and could not drive husband to airport as planned. We had two queen beds--reading lights would be nice for the person sleeping on the outside of the beds. Otherwise very nice room except that shower water was tepid in a.m.

I took my son here for a little short vacation. The people at the front desk were very nice, and let us check in early. Right away we were impressed with the overall look of the hotel. The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The pool was stocked with towels for us and also clean. The only complaint was that the hot tub was not actually hot, and […] when I asked someone about it she said the person who controlled it was gone for the day. We were a little disappointed with that. The breakfast buffet was amazing also. Unlike most hotels we were not harassed to leave before our check out time. I was with a group flying out early from Charlotte out of the country for a week. We needed a hotel close the airport to stay the night prior to our departure. We were able to leave our car at the hotel, get a shuttle to our gate and upon returning call and the shuttle was there in minutes to return us to our car at the hotel. Great hotel for people flying out of Charlotte, NC

Great room, great amenities, clean, good bed, good linens and soaps, fridge worked, spacious...all that, and for a good price. I was however there during a storm, and a couple of things around or outside the window rattled. The time on the flatscreen took care of that, and I still got a good night's sleep. I forgot to say something to mgmt the next […] morning, so hopefully future travelers won't suffer for it... Stay here if you need quick access to the airport or south Charlotte. We stayed at this hotel over the new years holiday 2011. The Hotel appears brand new and the building and furnishings were very clean.Our room was spacious with a sofa, refrigerator and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel. Great hotel and great breakfast, if youre going to the "heated" pool be prepared to freeze

Very friendly staff who were consistenly courteous and helpful. Clean, quiet room and a great breakfast.

I had a great night sleep away from the kids, it was well worth it.

We only stayed 1 night but found the hotel very easily from the Airport. The room was very comfortable, much better than we expected (most comfortable bed we stayed in!). Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Perfect location for the morning to get onto the Interstate.

As always, the Hilton family hotels proved to be the best in the business. This hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, staff was very professional and friendly and the full service breakfast had quite an array of choices, food was fresh and delicious! I will definately return to this hotel!

I had a perfect stay, very convienient location and good service

We were forced to overnight in Charlotte after US Airways screwed up our travel plans, and the Hampton Inn was amazing. They picked us up from the airport, and it was a very short shuttle ride to the hotel. I'd bought some duty free "souvenirs" after going through security in St. Thomas that wouldn't make it back through security in my carry on, and […] since the bottles were just in a carry-on box, I didn't trust checking them. Kim and Elliot were working that night, and were a tremendous help. They found me a big box, some spare bubble wrap, and packing tape. I was able to get our bottles of Caribbean rum secured for checking the next morning without any problems at all. .The hotel itself was spotless and way nicer than I expected for what we paid for it. We had a King suite with a pull-out couch, which was also very clean. The couch and bed were both comfy, the wifi was fast, and the breakfast the next morning was tasty. All in all, they made an unfortunate derailment of our travel plans into a pleasant and restful sleep. If I'm back through Charlotte any other time, this is where I'll be staying. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
