"Great if your going to Interview @ LECOM"
Loved staying at this hotel. The customer service is great here. They make you feel really comfortable and cater to all your needs. I had a interview at the school a week ago and they made sure that I had a comfortable stay. They don't have a shuttle service to the school but they do have a taxi service guy who knows the interview schedule and will […] take care of you from the interview and back! "No Frills"
A no frills hotel with accommodations strictly for an overnight stay. The free breakfast they offer is no more than glorified continental fare. Mostly bagels, toast, microwave oatmeal, fresh fruit etc. The waffle machine was taken away and the eggs and sausage seemed like reconstituted food. Really not impressive. Coffee was hideous. The room however, […] was quite spacious and very clean. Lobby was small and not conducive to lounging. Most employees were fine, except the lady that checked us in. She was not helpful at all and quite rude. We had spoken to her prior to arriving and even then she was very unfriendly and rude. Therefore if passing by the area, I would recommend this hotel. This is clearly a new property with well-chosen fixtures in the room, a lovely outdoor pool area (with spa; both pool and spa heated) and modestly-equipped work-out room. Breakfast was continental+ with some hot items. No eggs or meat, but hot items included a waffle maker and biscuits/gravy. Lots of other cold items. A couple of drawbacks - very slow […] and unreliable internet; beds/pillows were cheap and not so comfortable, especially the pillows. They were lumpy and didn't offer any support. Great service. very good breakfast, but the young lady could have used some help a certain times. Also no place to put dirty trays.Non smoking meant non smoking which was a big plus for me. very friendly staff that also gave thanks as we left. Thanks to mike for his outstanding service.
"The Wingate at Wyndham is centrally located"
The hotel is close to the Sarasota Airport and 10 miles from any beach around as well as downtown Sarasota. They have an outside heated pool and hot tub.The staff is very friendly and it includes a hearty breakfast.

Excellant Hotel appears to be fairly new, rooms were very clean and they had a nice breakfast.

Had a great experience with this place, clean rooms (its a new building) nice service peoplem quiet location. Only complaints: Hit my head on the hanging wall TV by the bed, which was controlled by the same remote as the main TV so it was very hard to control tv one and not the other. Breakfast was mediocre with greasy sausage and cheap coffee.

I came to this hotel for my trip to Siesta Key and I think the choice was awesome. It was not too far from local attractions. My room was nice and spacious and everything was in perfect working condition. No complaints on this end at all.

The service was excellent from check in to check out. The night receptionist- I think his name was Bob-went above and beyond. The hotel is very well maintained.

Upon my entrance, I could sensed the staff was very attentive and well-minded about their hotel & visitors as well. I appreciated the feeling of welcome and with a sense of comfort entering my room The whole place was very pleasant and lovely. I loved the location, away from traffic and highway. I would definitely highly recommend this place.

Very clean. Very pleased with my stay.
very nice hotel room are bigger than i expected..only two very minor things they could use another toaster and waffle maker for the breakfast.. the other is the website says check out at noon but if you ask the desk they tell you 11.

Excellent service and rooms

Very clean, and up to date. Very friendly staff. Great continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, but they have new smaller square pillows (which was comfortable), but if you need a queen or king pillow you may need tobring your own.

"Best around Sorasota area"
Everything looks so clean and almost brand new. Much better than those expansive hotels close to the beaches. Definitely a great choice if come to Sorasota or Bradenton area. Best of the value!!!

Very good hotel. I had to think long and hard to try to find a problem and the best I could come up with is maybe the bed was too hard. A great hotel and great price.
Great hotel, off the beaten path. Good breakfast. Very quiet area and quiet room. Will use it again.

A little hard to find,but worth it.Very large rooms,very clean.Good breakfast in nice dining area. After you find it, it is easy to get to restaurants and beaches.Definately plan on staying there again. JHKing Kissimmee Fl.

"Quaint Place"
I stayed in this hotel while I was apartment hunting. It was a great, quite, clean place to stay. The room was large, the bathroom was modern, and the microwave and refridgerator were included...a definite plus in my book. Would stay here again if I needed to!

Thiswas a quick stop before heading off to Orlando to meet up with family members. It had good freeway access, was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was just enough to get us started on our day. Would definitely stop here again!

Clean, Good Staff. Comfortable. 40 min to Siesta Key and Fort de port. Heated Swimming pool with no chlorine smell. Negative - Free Washing Machine was not working but dryer was ok. But Simply great. +++++
"Great Property for Low Budget Families"
Amazingly clean and well-kept property with a price that will not break the bank. Pool and Hot-Tub were nice, good neighboorhood, great breakfast room (not cramped like most).

the hotel was ouside of the heart of Sarasota but very easy to get there. The staff was so friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on where to park free, best beaches for the three teenagers I had with me, restaurants that were good but not break the bank. The room was beautiful. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows felt like they had rocks in them.

The hotel building far surpassed our expectations; however, the front desk was seldom staffed by anyone, and the "community" computer in the business office had more than 25 viruses on it. When I called the front desk to let them know about the viruses, it did not appear that anything was done. Otherwise our stay was great.
