The property is located in an industrial area. There are no restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable (The beds were very comfortable), but the basic maintenance was shabby. In the light fixture in the vanity alcove, there were bulbs of varying strength with one missing., The TV remote control was repaired with masking tape and there was […] no guide to the local channels in our room. The night desk clerk was pleasant upon check in but there was no desk clerk at all the next morning. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, cellophane wrapped cinnamon rolls, a container of breakfast cereal, with no milk or juice available except inside a refrigerator marked "Private". The walls are not soundproofed as we heard the alarm clock sound in the next room (apparently vacant) for over an hour starting at 5:30 AM. Motel owner did not honor price at check-in and ovefr charged us by ten dollars a night. Nasty toilets, floors, micro/fridge was growing mold and fungus. Never again will we or anyone we know go near the 3 rivers inn.
