The location, staff and rooftop deck are the highlights of staying at Cinco. The rooms (which are all condos) are great. You can rent boards directly from the hotel and can get access to kayaks and more in a matter of a few steps away from the hotel. The beach front is clean and well maintained. The only minor opportunity for improvement is at the […] gym. The weights are sufficient but cardio options are limited to one elliptical. I expect most guests hit the outdoors for exercise but my friends and I wanted to get a quick hard cardio workout and do some circuit training a couple of times during the stay and couldn't. Awesome stay........excellent staff.......it is beyond beautiful.....from dining, drinking, swimming, paddleboarding, and fishing, there is no where better!

Beautiful location on the beach. Beautiful hotel when it was built. Rooms are condo like in size. Roof top bar staff and the assistant hotel mangager are fantastic. Manager of hotel only tells you what he thinks you want to hear. Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel and the many, many, many broken items throught our suite and the hotel grounds. […] Not quite as bad as The Exotic Marigold Hotel, but well on its way. We had a great time at hotel Cinco. The front desk staff (Horatio and Rodriguez) where so welcoming and truly helpful. They accomadated all our requests and helped us arrange activities. 2 thumbs up :)

Great location on the beach in Punta Mita. The general condition of the hotel is slightly disappointing and neither of the pools or 'hottub' were heated during the stay, making them unusable. Staff were very pleasant and willing to help with general information on the area. Thanks to purchasing the $62 travel insurance, we were able to stay at this wonderful small Hotel right on the beach after leaving a moldy and very dreadful hotel that was all-inclusive about 8 miles away. We figured out how to call Expedia (Mexico!) and told them the odor in our room was unbearable, especially with my allergies. So, at 11:00 p.m., […] they located "CINCO" for us and told us to pack our bags and get over there, which we did!. Our 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo-hotel room was with full kitchen and laundry room was clean, bright airy, and beachfront views from all rooms!! We met the owner when we went up to the roof for lunch at the restaurant, and Emma, the chef cooked us up a special meal!! The owner is very lucky to have such a wonderful crew. Thanks to the night manager, we were accomodated upon our arrival at midnight. Beach is rocky and Punta Mita is VERY dirty and poverty stricken, so stay close to CINCO. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The Cinco Hotel was a great experience. There is so much space in the rooms, kitchen and living rooms. The view from the balcony is amazing and hearing the crashing waves in the evening is a great way to relax. The hotel is small and intimate which fits the town of Punta de Mita.

Modern decor and very attractive room. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with kitchen. Everything was good. 2 small pools and the beach were immediately at hand. Hotel food and local restaurants were great. Would definitely go back

We just returned from a 6 day trip to Punta Mita and stay at the Hotel Cinco. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always with smiles on their faces. The 3-BR suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean and a huge balcony for lounging. It was so comfortable in the suite, we often […] just wanted to stay there. This was probably one of the most relaxing vacation spots...even though it was high season, it felt very private and quiet on the beaches. The beach the hotel is on is very popular for SUP and surfing, but we found it a bit rocky. It's a very easy walk to sandy beaches to the east though, which again were super quiet and felt like you had your own private beach. The location of Hotel Cinco was fantastic along Restaurant Row. We were able to walk to all of the most highly rated restaurants in less than 5 minutes. It was also nice having a kitchen as we were able to prepare many breakfasts and lunches in the room. The hotel gym was also very well-equipped. Overall, a fabulous vacation and memorable place to stay. We would definitely return in the future! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

staff very nice but strange things were afoot. when i asked for hand/body soap which was not in the room they said we should use the little shampoo bottle. though our friends in the next suite had plenty of soap. we were four in the two room suite. total hangars provided, six. they sent more up after two calls... wash cloths were randomly replaced. […] room service was quick. but what is served as butter is inedible. . we had to buy some. no tubs. shower water was tepid at best. never hot . the restaurant 'cafe des artistes' is excellent though is not connected to hotel. no instructions in room re anything including services they mean well but i think finances may be an issue. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We stayed here one night prior to a stay at the Four Seasons. Work payed for the Four Seasons, we payed for this stay primarily to save money. We weren't disappointed. This place is a great place for the family, a great spot to surf, SUP or catch a boat to the other surf spots in the area. If you aren't a surfer it is still a great area outside of […] Puerto Vallarta to vacation. We saw many families having a great time here. Many couples as well. This is definitely not a spring break area or hotel. It was very quiet at night. We stayed in room 303 (3 floors in hotel, plus a rooftop pool and grill) The room had an amazing view of the ocean. It was a family suite, had a kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Flat screen TVS in all rooms, granite counter tops in the full kitchen, Safe in closet, Washer dryer, it looked recently remodeled. A/C worked great. Floors were all tiled. It had a great private balcony that we were able to sit out and enjoy the ocean view out front. Surprisingly there were no mosquitoes, probably because it was dry season. They have a great work out facility as well. Although i never used it, i could see that it was all new equipment. The room was actually nicer inside than the room we stayed in at the Four Seasons. I am not degrading the Four Seasons, but saying this place is as nice inside the room as the FS. Horacio, the Chief Concierge, made sure we were taken care with anything we needed. Compared to recent trips we have taken as a family, I haven't seen anyone really take an interest in making sure we enjoyed our trip more that him. This is like Four Seasons treatment buy not with the expense. Muchas Gracias!!! Perfect English is spoken by him and the staff. I am a surfer and there is very little information on-line about the surfing situation in this area. Una de las peores experiencias en unas vacaciones, que por cierto no fue nada económica, pero es peor que un hostal .El hotel es muy bonito, pero tiene un pésimo mantenimiento, hongos en los espejos, mugre en los extractores, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la recamara, cuando llegamos había ropa del huésped anterior en los cajones y el closet, […] la alberca en el techo estaba tan sucia que estaba de color verde, había jabones usados en el baño, debajo de la cama había polvo de cuando menos 2 o 3 meses. El primer día no había agua caliente, después de esto había dos minutos y se terminaba, hasta el tercer día donde no hubo agua ni para jalar los WC, cuando hablamos a recepción nos dijeron que no la habían pagado y usted disculpe. Es un pena que un lugar tan bonito tenga tan pésimo servicio y administración, habrá que esperar a que quiebren para poder regresar, afortunadamente creo que no será mucho tiempo porque la gente que lo maneja no tiene ni la menor idea de lo que debe de ser un hotel boutique o de menos un hotel, si piensan ir a Punta Mita no vayan por ningún motivo a este hotel อ่านเพิ่มเติม

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son perfectas... Desgraciadamente el servicio no fue el que esperabamos... El jacuzzi comun nunca sirvio a pesar de que ordenamos que lo prendieran en repetidas ocasiones! el cd del restaurante contiene unicamente 3 canciones que se repitieron como 30 veces... Por la noche quisimos ordenar room service y nunca […] nos pelaron... Que lastima que un hotel que podría ser de los mejores de Punta Mita por este tipo de detalles hagan al cliente no querer regresar... Gracias อ่านเพิ่มเติม
