Homewood Suites Baltimore Arundel - ฮาโนเวอร์

All the staff of the hotel were extremely hospitable. Everyone from the front desk reception to the lifeguard made our stay very pleasant. Great hotel for families.

The Homewood Suites had everything that we could ask for. From the dinner on Thursday to the daily breakfasts were all very good. The rate was lower as compared to being closer to Baltimore which was a reason we chose this hotel. The front desk staff was great. I have stayed at The Homewood Suites in Arundel Mills as well as the Homewood Suites at The Harbor. I always have a wonderful experience when I stay at either one. And not to mention the rooms are spacious, and very clean.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the hotel treated us (a room full of teenagers for a b-day party). The staff was superb, friendly & responsive. The facility is A-1, nice accomodations and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again!

we had a wonderful time with our stay. we went to the nearby mall via their complimentary shuttle and was picked up promptly by the same friendly driver. it was great to learn that it is a pet friendly place.

A very good hotel. Reall good service and breakfast was really good. I was surprised how near was from Washington and Baltimore for the price we paid. Overall a nice place to stay for the price. Pool was good. Finding the hotel entrance was kind of tricky though. I recommend this hotel.

This was our 2nd stay here and we loved it - very comfortable - clean - will be making my reservations for December

Excellent clean rooms. Had to wait almost 15 minutes to check-in because the front desk person was "on a break." When she arrived, she seemed a little put-out that I was bothering her. I was shocked at the exorbitant $100 pet fee that literally doubled the cost of our one night stay. (FWIW, rooms at the Sheraton the next day were just as nice and there […] is NO pet fee at all!) we arrived late night and was welcome approperately. the shuttle that took us from BWI to the hotel arrived quickly and was big enough for my family of 5 with many bags. beds were comfortable and breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel and suite is beautiful, however the microwave did not work in the kitchen of our suite and there where tennis shoes left from someone elses visit. Also the life guard at the pool was a little mean to the children that accompany me at he hotel. Other than that when we called the front desk about anything they responded immediately to any request […] and tried to remedy any issue. Overall a pleasant stay. Serivice is great as long as you are staying there. Once you leave all bets are off.. Relazed 3-4 hours after checkout that I left one of my cell phones in room. When I call hotel..keep getting passed b/w front desk and houskeeping. Manager yet has to return any of my calls

Hotel was located conviently close to Shopping district...Complementary breakfast and dinner wasnt all that great but can't complain about free food. Overall stay was pleasant. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here as a family with three small children (7,3, 4 months). This place was great. Be aware that by law in Maryland they have to have a lifeguard on duty at the pool, so it's closed until the afternoon. The living area had a pull-out bed in the sofa that our older kids slept on, and they had a crib there for us to use with the baby. It's 2 […] minutes from the Arundel Mills Mall, and very convenient to Baltimore and Fort Meade. Breakfast was great and the free dinner Mon-Thurs saved us a bunch of money. The dining, front desk, and housekeeping staff were all super nice. The kitchen in the room wasn't stocked with enough silverware for our family, but in their defense we didn't ask for more. I loved the surrounding area. Our room overlooked the woods so it was very quiet there. Staff was extremely friendly, and it was a nice touch to have the complimentary breakfast. I'll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Baltimore.

The hotel was great. Outside of downtown Baltimore, but had great shuttle service to public transportation. The rooms were clean, service was good. My kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

It was quiet, clean and a lovely stay.

Great rooms, very clean. Sure beats the holiday inn express right across the street. I paid only $20 a night more and got a large comortable room with living area and kitchen and did not have to worry about the ants and cock roachs I got at the holiday inn express.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend it

The location of this hotel was great. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore and the Arundel Mills Outlet Mall is around the corner. Our stay was ery good and we will be back. The one frustration were the pool hours being 4-9 PM due to local requiring a lifeguard on duty at all open hours.

This is the first time we stayed at a Homewood location. Hilton has combined two hotels into one building. A Hilton Garden Inn out front and the Homewood Suites are the back entrance. The garend Inn occupys the bottom floors and the Suites are the top floors. The lobby was nice and roomy and they have a breakfast included until 10am everyday. It was […] very good. I didn't see it but my wife said they have some sort of dinner several weekdays. The room was large and very comfortable. King sized bed, sleeper sofa, desk, dining table (smaller), nicely equipped kitchen. The only thing that would be nicer is an ice-maker in the freezer for long-term stayers. For a 1 week vacation to see DC and the ocean, this was ideal! It had continental breakfast and Mon-Thur a continental supper. Well worth it! Close to ocean (2.5 hours) for a day at the beach. Only about 30-40 minutes from DC. It was excellent!

The hotel was outstanding. The good reviews we read about this place were right on. Why wife loved the place and it made the trip very enjoyable for her. Everything was better than we expected. The room was large, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen setup was very good. Cleaning staff was thorough. Comp breakfasts were surprisingly good. Dinners were unexpected, but welcome. Dinner prep was sometimes less competent than breakfast, but one can't complain about free! A very nice place to stay.

We are a family of 5 and this was perfect amount of space for us. The only downside is that the pool is only open from 5-9 on weekdays...The staff was fantastic. My son was sick and they helped me clean things up without batting an eye. Wonderful experience all around.

Almost like Home

Low water pressure was our only complaint. It had a nice comfy bed & the room was clean. Staff nice. We would stay there again.

The room was perfect. The staff friendly and extremely helpful. Free complimentary breakfast buffet, free "Welcome Home" dinners on Mon-Wed nights (not positive of the days). The Hotel is very new, clean and well kept. The only draw back is location. Great place to stay, truly enjoyed the stay

One of the better Homewood Suites I've stayed at.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a week. The hotel is brand new, and everything is very chic (especially for the price we paid at hotels.com). The rooms are very comfortable and convenient. We loved having the living room/dining room space that made our week-long stay much more comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the dining staff was always […] friendly. We did not try to the free light dinners, but I think other guests liked them. The gym is great with cardio and brand-new weight equipment. It's open 24 hours. We would love to stay there again. Loved the room & the amenities. Fitness center excellent. Convenient location--close to a large mall and business district. Easy access from highway 95.

The price for the space/ammenities was great! This hotel is new and it shows--in good way. Everything was wonderful. The only issue we had was that it's tucked behind another hotel, we drove right past it the first time! Aside from that, no complaints!!!

Everything was outstanding except for a couple of minor problems. The vanity area did not have anywhere to hang wash cloths and face towels. The water closet had the towel rack situated in the tub shower area which was inconvenient when your taking a shower. It is also hard to keep the towels dry. The hotel staff and hotel itself were truly outstanding. I travel a great deal and can't top this stay!

This hotel is new and was very comfortable. I only had one or two small problems. There were not enough places to hang towels and washcloths and some of the light switches did not seem to control anything.

Das Hotel hatte vor Kurzem erst eröffnet, die Zimmer waren nagelneu, groß, super ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett, eine große Dusche, leider keine Badewanne. Minus: Einmal wurde unser Zimmer nur halb gemacht (frische Handtücher lagen im Bad aber Bett war nicht gemacht, als ob die Putzfrau dringend weg musste..). Nägel standen aus dem Teppich heraus […] an den Übergängen zu Bad und Küche. Wir haben es weitergemeldet und der Hausmeister war heil froh, dass wir ihn informiert haben, bevor einer zu Schaden kommen konnte. Aber bedankt hat sich keiner bei uns.
