Not too bad

This hotel is well located for restaurants, bars and sky train. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome addition after a day of discovering Bangkok.

Great hotel, good location close to Sukhumvit Road, Bars and Restaurants. I opted for Club room (large), which was worth the extra. Free in Club room: - 2 laundry Items per day, Mini Bar, and drinks/food in the club lounge. If you are a Man Utd fan you will definately be happy on Match day, Bangkok Man Utd bar next door. Hotel staffs are friendly. Surprise to receive a fruit plate on my Birthday. Housekeeping should pay a bit attention on the little thing such as a coffee spone is good to have since thats a instant coffee and cup.

Believe me The President Palace Hotel in the heart of Bangkok is the place to stay ! Everything is nice about the hotel. The location - central and get be better. The service - an absolute delight. This hotel is truly value! value for money good international breakfast, ideal for business crowd rather than freak crowd

Overall a good hotel. Great location - close to Nana skytrain station, good restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast had a good selection of asian and western food. Pool was an added bonus - a good way to cool down after a day exploring Bangkok.

This is a great hotel when in Bangkok. Just 5 minutes walk from BTS Nana that takes you to all the shopping places and main spots. Taxis everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants and other food places just outside. The Manchester bar is a great place where you can just relax and the food is good too. Stayed there for 3 nights. This hotel is a great location and best in its category. Good large size room. do not miss the breakfast as it serve best varieties. convenient to all night clubs and pubs. very cooperative staff. always very helpful.

President Palace Hotel is a nice and friendly hotel in central Bangkok, with walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. A hotel you'll choose for your next visit too.

A busy street, but very good location if you are doing medicals at Bumrungrad. Have stayed here 4 times - the hotel needs an upgrade to the rooms, but they are still fine and acceptable. Breakfast needs work, but it is convenient - get there early. Close to BTS and the sites and sounds and a good base if you are doing Sukhumvit site seeing. STAFF.Well, to start off the staff were very friendly and always wanted to help. I stayed for 3 nights but they didn't mind me having breakfast for the 4 mornings. The concierge Charlie always wanted to help and make everything smooth. I remember him going out of his way to help a group of Norway girls. It definitely requires a special mention 'coz of its placing. The outside of this restaurant is more like a lounge and is so relaxed to enjoy the happening Soi 11 street. And you don't feel like you are on the street. One could spend time just by sitting in there and watching. ROOM.The room was clean and well maintained spacious enough if not as big as my previous stay. The housekeeping maid was so nice and would always ask why i was so happy. Ofcourse, im in Bangkok! I never felt intimidated and just warm all around the place. INCREDIBLE.When i was checking out, i forgot my purchased AX stuff @ Manchester United table. I realised it when i just had around 2 hours of my scheduled departure and i was almost at Airport. These guys @ Man U sent a guy with my stuff who reached the airport within 45 mins from the city centre. This is incredible. I bet no hotel in India or even USA would do something of this sort. My wife and I have stayed in this hotel twice on our trip to Thailand and intend to stay again before we depart for the USA on December 7th. Wife and I stayed with family for three weeks and enjoyed the service and friendly environment. We stayed on the Club Deluxe floor (16th) and had a wonderful time. Service was excellent and will be returning again to President Palace Hotel after visiting Pattaya and Chiangmai. I have booked a club room and that gives you access to a less crowded area of the hotel, where the staff is incredibly helpful and always welcome to any request. The room is spacious, well furnished and clean - the bathroom is also very comfortable and the shower is also amazing. There is a happy hour with a good selection of drinks, snacks and some […] food in case you need a full meal. The breakfast at the club is small but excellent and the staff is helpful whenever you have a particular food requirement. The President Palace is nearby a lot of pubs, restaurant, street food booths. By walking distance you can access the BTS, and local markets. Avoid to get the taxi directly on the street, always rely on the front office stuff to get you one. Most of the one you get on street are trying to negotiate the price whitout starting the taximetre and as best suggestion, always avoid them. Three night stay in this hotel which has a great location. We had a higher floor room with club entry which made the hotel excellent value. ( Free snacks and certain drinks between 4.30 and 8.30.) Staff attentive, hotel clean.

The hotel was great, nice pool, executive lounge was nice and free breakfast was great... location is alright and just a 3 minute walk to skytrain. There was a problem with ants in the bath room on the 14th floor, I tried to kill them off myself and didn't bother calling the staff. Overall great price for what you get.

The hotel location is great, room is extremely clean , bathroom very clean and spacious and bed was so comfortable we slept so well. I also used to business center which was well equipped with good service. There is plenty of food in the area, but Sukhumvit might not be the best place to walk around with kids, especially after 9:00pm. Only problem, […] it is one of the thousands hotels in bangkok named President something which makes it very difficult for the lousy Bangkok cab drivers to find. So we used to refer it as the Manchester United bar with the hotel. Also, twice the door man sent us to the wrong location. Next time make sure he has understood where you wanna go (i.e one of the 5 or 6 shopping center with Central inside), or just write it onto a piece of paper. After spending 1 week traveling in Nepal, the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel really impress us! We stayed for 3 days and it was wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There were some comments from others that said the pool was to small, that is not the case at all. Unless you are needing an over-sized pool, this one is perfect. There is plenty of room to lounge and swim. this was our second stay at this hotel and this time we decided to stay on the club floor with access to the club. this was a nice added touch. they served breakfast to order or continetial, then in the afternoon the have snacks and drinks....was nice. the room was nice but only had one TV, the other rooms we stayed in here had two TV's. now the only […] reason i mention this is because having one TV limits watching if one person goes to bed early. the TV does swivel but its still in the bedroom area. the room was nice, the employees are great. when we left for 4 days we had the bell hop hold our big bags so that we could travel light domestically. over all this is a nice place and for the price we got alot. we are going abck and this hotel would be on our list. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Room is big, amenities is not complete (no toothpaste/toothbrush). Good location-only 5 min to Nana-BTS (Skytrain station), It will be better if hotel can provide complimentary tuktuk service. Breakfast is good, but it will be better if they can provide a different menu every day. (We stayed for 5 nights and almost every morning had the same menus)

My room was not ready at check-in (arrived 1 hour after check-in time). They had nothing to offer except a couch for at least 1 hour (maybe 1.5 hour) and this was NOT impressive. Eventually the room was ready after about 35-40 minutes but we were annoyed. Great room- nice size and very clean! Nice location- nearby to the skytrain. President Palace is a very nice western hotel of great value! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously! We listened to recommendations of other travellers, and booked a "Club Level" Room, and were very happy about it! This hotel does NOT have a good view, however, even from the top of its nice Club House. This hotelmshould be great for young business people and vacationers. Club Level Rooms are highly recommended. It's also quite convenient that this hotel is only 5 min walk away from the Nana Skytrain station. We enjoyed our stay in this nice hotel and highly recommend it for its value, comforts, and convenient location. A NOT SO RELEVANT COMMENT on TAXIS: - Taxis are easy to get on main streets in Bangkok, and quite cheap (~US$3-4 for a 30min ride). This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in whilst in Bangkok. The hotel itself is excellent, the location is brilliant as it is close to very good restaurants and bars and food stalls and is not sleazy. Also it is close to Nana Sky train and is easy to get to by taxi and has a free car park for visitors. The swimming pool is of a reasonable size […] and there are no battles over the sunbeds and there is a small gym which I did not frequent. We had a great experience at the hotel. The service was outstanding, no matter who helped us they were very focused on addressing our need. Hotels are pretty reasonable in Bangkok and for the price the President Palace is a great place to stay. The next time we're in Bangkok, we will definately stay there.

I arrived much earlier than expected. They couldn't check me in, but the front desk staff were very apologetic. I ended up sitting and working in the lobby for several hours. Then early in the morning, the desk person came up to me saying that the room was available. She was again, apologetic that an early check in wasn't available. In addition, I […] was leaving very early my last day so that I wouldn't be able to eat breakfast so they allowed me to have breakfast that morning instead. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating. The only suggestion is to get to breakfast early if you don't like crowds. It's a busy (and tasty) breakfast. Location: Very close to the SkyTrain.
