We stayed over a weekend when Shropshire had over 6" of snow so it was great to have the leisure complex to use. The gym is superb very well equipped . Our room was very spacious with large TV and sofa and very clean. We have stayed here several times and have never had any complaints on the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms need re-modernising... Waited 20 mins in bar for staff to arrive and serve me...Food and service in the restaurant was good.. Won't be rebooking in a hurry...

We had a great stay here, lovely big rooms for a family of four and a fab pool. For an evening meal or Sunday lunch The Swan Hotel just up the road is excellent they let us go in for a drink in the evening with rhe children as there was a function on in the big bar at the Whitehouse.

I found the restaurnt attached to be over priced especially for drinks. 1 glass white wine £7.95. I found the staff rude and unfriendly in the restaurant which spoilt our stay. I would not recommend dining at the St Stephen Brasserie to anyone

Very convenient for local attractions.Room had some stains on the carpet and down the base of the divan bed.Room comfortable but could have been improved by having a fridge for personal use for drinks to be stored

We used the Whitehouse as a base during a sporting event & we weren't disappointed.The hotel was clean & comfortable & all the staff were friendly. Overall a good Hotel.

my stay was ok your ficiltys could be a bit more you sate it is a four star but i don't think it was your service was really good i like it a lot it was really hot and you didn't have a.c or any fans available witch didn't help but apart from that it was really nice thank you.

A little disappointed to find hotel attached to Telford football club, ok if no match on but parking diffficult if it is a match night as it was during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful nothing too much for them. Due to location would probably not use this hotel for another family stay.

Great quality for the price, with a good gym and swimming pool as well as good free wifi. Food is good, however sometimes tricky to find something if you're trying for a healthy option (but then again Tesco's is about 1 mile away so you could always walk!). The hotel was an ideal base for business, I had a front room and was a bit noisy with traffic up untill 11.30pm. The pillows were flat and hard and need to be replaced. The room was clean and well maintained everything you basically need.

The room and hotel seemed very nice, however I did have a few issues that ruined my stay. 1. I paid for the use of the internet for 24 hours but it was cut out in the morning when it should have been valid until gone 2pm. I contacted the internet provider and they have been less than helpful and since ingnored my correspondence 2. Dispite the do not […] disturb sign the housekeeping staff banged on my door twice and slammed the hoover into the door whilst cleaning outside. 3. The paper thin walls meant that I would hear the TV from the room next door and their conversations very clearly, this was made worse when the TV and talking got louder during the football and made doing my work very difficult and I ended up having to wear headphone. Well pleased, very large room and very clean and welcoming. Came to a conference at internal conference centre, very easy access and to town centre. Can't comment on leisure facilities and restaurant as not used, but will next time I stay. Only small niggle, not well sound insulated, but I would book again in future. Many thanks to all.

Very enjoyable stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Excellent qym and our 8year old really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and tidy hotel, nice room, bargain for what I paid. However, it wasn't brilliantly soundproofed - could hear kids running in the corridors and the traffic driving past. Small but random irritations. Maybe I'm just a light sleeper!

What a great hotel and fantastic value for a family room. We booked this hotel because of the leisure facilities and were not disapppointed. It was also within 20 mins of Ironbridge and all the museums so just perfect.

Rooms were large and spacious with iron, ironing board, trouser press and safe - had a great nights sleep Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were used to the max! Breakfast was fab! Excellent Hotel. A little difficult to find the way in to the car park. Don't get mixed up with the conference centre area. Pleasant staff and excellent quality rooms.

Everything about this hotel was spot on from the comfort of the bed to the breakfast in the morning. My only complaint was it was such a hot night weather wise that i asked reception for a room fan as did so many other people that night, and they didnt even have 1 in the whole of the hotel. the white house is in quite a run down area ,with heavy traffic on the road outside which was noisy in our room,we couldnt have the window open and there is no air con so we were very hot and uncomfortable the towels were not replaced when they had been used and we had to us hand towels after shower ,also the pillows were very hard and thin you could […] request more pillows but no choice of soft or hard pillows.we did try the restaurant and the food was very good ,there is nowhere to eat within walking distance อ่านเพิ่มเติม

A very clean hotel, staff extremely helpful, friendly and well trained. Breakfast presented very well and the food good. Only small downside is that one part of the hotel is on a main road and the rooms facing that road are quite noisy , but the other side of the hotel is very quiet.

Never stayed in one of these hotels before, very impressed, having two children the hotel swimming pool was a very big bonus. Family room was vey spacious, very clean and comfortable.
