La Luna - ลูกา

The location is unrivalled, quiet be absolutely central. A family owned and run hotel. We visited for the sixth or seventh time and will go back and back.

We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. It has a central location but very difficult to find and to navigate the narrow, crowded streets of Lucca with a car. The parking situation is ridiculous! When you FINALLY find the hotel and check in, you then are asked to drive once again through the narrow streets to a garage that […] is about four blocks away and then walk back. You are charged 15 Euro per night to park and there is no valet service at all. If you want to go somewhere, they ask you to walk to the garage, get your car and then drive back to the hotel to return the remote garage opener and then make your way out of the town. It is so inconvenient and, quite honestly, a real pain. Our room was very small and looked out on a wall of a building across an alley so there was no cross breeze. Our air conditioning barely worked the first night and did not work at all the second night. When we advised the front desk clerk of this situation, she insisted that the air conditioning was working (although she never left the front desk area to check), that she could not call anyone because they had already gone home and that basically we had to deal with it. Let me just say that it was very hot the two days we were in Lucca. The basic problem is that there is no sense of customer service at all. They pretty much give you the key to the room and say nothing - there is no explanation of their services such as breakfast or how to get into the building next door where our room was located. We got to the door of the building and could not get in since there was no key given to us. We walked back tio the hotel and THEN they told us that the front desk has to buzz you in every time. We loved the town of Lucca and would definitely go back to visit but would never stay at La Luna again and will not recommend it to anyone we know who plans to visit there. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Pleasant hotel, well located in the heart of Lucca. Room was very clean, comfortable, and airy.

Hotellet ligger centralt inden for Luccas bymur så der er mulighed for at være nær med alle byens seværdigheder og oplevelser. Godt familiehotel med god service. Parkeringsforhold med egen bil: God garage i nærheden - Dog vanskelige tilkørselsforhold grundet gamle smalle og ensrettede gader!
