The hotel is quite crappy, located in a sort of red-district and with no food service. The room was overheated, the TV had only channels in French and Flamish, there is no elevator to upper floors and the staff does nothing to quiet noisy customers. I could barely sleep at night. First off this hotel is located in a quite sketchy part of town. The rooms reek of cigarette smoke, (they do not have non-smoking rooms). When I entered my room it smelled like an ashtray. Opening the windows helps very little, because all the furniture (including the bed itself) smells like cigarette. Plus, when you open the window all you get is vehicle […] fumes. This hotel is by a very busy road. The staff is very rude; all they want is your money. When you complain about sth (say the dirty bath tub) they get really angry. If you like staying in a small, smelly room with mold and creepy feeling then this is your place. One block from the red light district and very dirty area of town. My wife and I both left a day early. The town itself is overrated. I would skip brussels all together and take the train to Amsterdam or somewhere in Germany.

El hotel Albergo es un hotel situado cerca del centro de bruselas, a unos 15 min de la Gran Place y a 5 min escasos de una boca de metro, lo que supone que desde el hotel se puede ir andando a visitar la mayor parte de bruselas tardando como mucho 45 min a pie en llegar al otro lado del centro. También se encuentra a 10 min andando de la estación central […] donde se toman la mayoría de los trenes que conducen a Brujas, Gante y demás ciudades belgas. Respecto a los alrededores del hotel. En calles que se encuentran justo detrás del hotel esta lo que podríamos llamar el barrio rojo de Bruselas, varios escaparates con señoritas exhibiéndose en ellos, a mi no me dio mucha confianza pero nunca tuvimos que cruzar por ellos. Justo delante se encuentran varios edificios de oficinas que por el día hay gente saliendo y entrando pero que por la noche se quedan desiertos y nunca te cruzas con nadie. Aun así aunque puede dar un poco de miedo la zona nunca tuvimos ninguna clase de problema ni vimos nada raro. Con respecto a la habitación, esta está bien siempre que lo que busquemos es un lugar donde dormir. La decoración no deja mucho que desear, cortinas desilachadas, edredones feos, iluminación algo escasa.. pero bueno, aun así estaba bien equipada con un armario, una mesa, una silla, un sillón, un televisor y una cama de matrimonio esta muy cómoda por cierto. La habitación la encontramos limpia y nos la hacían todos los días. El baño de nuestra habitación también estaba muy bien y era completo. Un bater, un bidé, un planto de ducha con mampara, un lavabo con espejo y armarios. Un baño completo y limpio. Aun así debimos ser unos privilegiados con esa habitación porque nos dimos cuenta que junto a varias habitaciones había puertas en las que se indicaban WC, por lo que nos imaginamos que no todas las habitaciones tienen bater dentro aunque si es probable que cada habitación tenga uno asignado para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes de esa habitación, o como mucho de dos. j'ai été satisfaite de mon séjour, je le recommande vivement, le confort de la chambre correspond au prix intéressant. Je retournerai sans hésité!!!!

L'hôtel Albergo se situe à proximité du métro Botanique et c'est là le seul attrait que nous avons pu lui trouver. La nuit tombée, le quartier n'est pas des plus accueillants (présence de maisons closes dans une rue parallèle entre autres). L'hôtel lui-même est très mal isolé d'un point de vue acoustique. Les marches des escaliers sont étroites et l'éclairage […] de la cage d'escalier laisse à désirer. La tuyauterie est très bruyante. Traces de moisissures sur le mur de notre salle de bain, rideau de douche en piteux état. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est très moyen. D'un point de vue plus personnel et anecdotique: La télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel a coupé l'arrivée d'eau sans prévenir et nous n'avons pu nous laver à notre arrivée. Bien que le personnel ait été plutôt aimable dans l'ensemble, l'un des réceptionnistes s'est très mal comporté envers nous et, après avoir supporté tous les points négatifs mentionnés plus haut, nous avons décidé d'écourter notre séjour et de rentrer chez nous, même si nous devions y perdre de l'argent plutôt que d'avoir à passer une nuit supplémentaire dans cet hôtel. Voor een twee sterrenrestaurant ruim voldoende,evenals een voldoende ontbijt (wat bijbetaling ) .Vanuit het hotel is de grote winkelstraat in 2 minuten te bereiken,het hart van Brussel is dan ongeveer 15 minuten lopen en goed te doen. Tram en metro verbinding op nabije Place Rogier. Verder vriendelijk personeel.
