The Cleveland - ลอนดอน

Very helpful staff informed us in detail about the hotel and specifically regarding our accommodation. Helpful staff also pointed out how to get to the nearest tube (less than 10 minute walk) and were very welcoming. We'll probably stay here again.

Great room, very large. As away with work really convenient to have the kitchen. Very clean and great service.

Nice apart/hotel good size clean rooms with comfortable beds and excellent service. Kitchens only have a microwave for cooking so not ideal, but there are plates etc. (also a hob but no pans!)

The hotel was very clean and staff were attentive. The location to hyde park was good far enough to be off main road and near enough to have a nice walk through Kensington Gardens into HP. Will def stay again

I would stay again. Very clean, quiet, the mini kitchen in the closet is a great touch as well as the double door entry which allows for a soundproof experience. Nice for people who want quiet; a good getaway for a couple on a budget..

the staff were super accommodating, they took great care of us, made me wish I would have stayed there the rest of my time in London. With everything that pops up in a search, and with so many of them being bad - the Cleveland definitely stands out as being one of the good ones. I really enjoyed my stay. I got the smallest room, and as soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. It was so cute and comfortable...very nicely done. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I wish I had stayed here the whole time I was in London...ended up moving to a bigger, more impersonal hotel for work reasons. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for Hyde Park events, ie Proms in the park. Staff polite and professional. The 'kitchenette' in the room was handy, new experience. Hotels.com booking was smooth.

Was not as nice as I had hoped. Not memory foam mattresses - very uncomfortable beds! Clean room.

We had one night at the Cleveland and everything about our stay was excellent. It's in a great location - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and attactions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the balcony. A great placed to stay.

Managed to get a good rate (due it being a fairly new?) on one of the deluxe rooms, so was doubly impressed by the hotel... large bright and quiet room, with full kitchenette in the corner, and very comfortable bed/bedding. I have no complaints. The room was spotless, very quiet and very close to major attractions. It was also quite spacious compared to rooms in nearby hotels I have stayed in. I would certainly recommend this hotel

A wonderful stay!.. Friendly staff, good size of room for European standards, comfortable beds, good espresso machine in the lobby., nice area near bayswater park. Overall, great value for your money. We would definitely stay at the Cleveland again!

Små rom , ikke slitt . Stille og rolig nabolag.Mange trapper. men det var en heis der som var vanskelig å finne da den var i et annet trappehus.

Bra hotell om man vill sköta sig själv. Ingen matsal eller frukost, men vem behöver det? I vårt familjerum (4 bäddar) fanns både ett litet kök och en matplats. Rummet var helt nyrenoverat, med svensk standard på både köksdel och badrum. Städningen var utan anmärkning. Det tar 5-10 minuter att gå till Paddington eller Lancaster Gate. Very quiet and nice neighborhood,clean rooms and great service from the helpful staff. Also close to the subway and train station. However, not really walking distance to the main shopping area of Oxford Street and Regent Street. All in all a hotel that we would like to visit again!

Med engelska mått ett hyfsat hotell. Dragigt, kallt, konstig placering av uttag etc i könsdelen. Fläkt som gick i gång mitt i natten, trånga trappor etc. Men duschen funkade vilket är första gången i London. Rent och bra service. Så vi är nöjda med tanke på det rimliga priset. London är London.

Veldig fornøyd med service. Stille og rolig område, merket ikke at man var i byen engang om natten. Underground og busser stopper rett i nærheten gjør det enkelt å komme seg rundt.

Fint og rolig hotell, beliggende sentralt men samtidig i et rolig strøk. Ingenting å utsette på renhold og service. Teknisk feil på varmtvannsberederen gjorde at det ikke var varmtvann den ene morgenen. Dette ble ordnet i løpet av dagen, og ble kompensert med gratis frokost dagen etter. Alt i alt er vi meget godt fornøyd, og kommer gjerne tilbake.

A besoin de maintenance. A notre arrivee coffre hs, porte serviete arrache, robinet qui remue, canape lit avec pb. Sinon bon hotel.

Dejligt stille sted, stadig nemt at komme tll alt enten via de 4 nærliggende undergrundsstationer eller bus. Dejlig tæt på Hyde Park også....perfekt til gåture. Vi var tre og havde et lille aflukket "kicthenette" .....dejligt man kunne lukke det til, når man skulle sove så man ikke skulle "ligge op i det" Også rigtig dejlig at have et lille spisebord, […] så man ikke bare skulle sidde på sengen, hvis man trængte til at være lidt på sit hotelværelse, som det jo ofte er på andre London hoteller. We had a triple-room and it we big, clean and perfect for the three of us. Very good service and close to all communications. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lite og lekkert hotell. Delikat rom, rent og pent. Ikke frokost inkludert, men lite og kjekt t-kjøkken som gjorde susen :) God service, hyggelige folk. Rolig og pent nabolag. Gangavstand til Paddigton station og Hyde Park. Gikk også til Oxford street, det tok 25 min. Hadde tremannsrom, litt lite rom, men bor gjerne på dette hotellet igjen.

Very nice hotel. Very quiet location. Maybe a little off (10 min walk to nearest underground) but on the other hand there are 4 equally close stations, one of them Paddington. No complaints about the rooms or the service, save a recommendation of a restaurant which turned out to be quite bad.

Et koselig hotell med god standard. Ligger i et rolig område med kort avstand til metro og jernbane. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.

Hotel dans un quartier hupée et au calme, Proche de Hyde Park pour un retour de promenade au bord de l'eau et au vert. Métro un peu éloigné mais rien d'insurmontable. Chambre parfaite, vaste, très propre, moquette ultra moelleuse. Kitchenette parfaite, nécessaire pour cuisiner complet. Parfait pour 2 jours de visite arrassant avec 2 enfats sans avoir […] à ressortir pour le restaurant le soir. stationnement comme dans tous Londres sans doute impossible ou couteux nous avons privilégié le métro.
