Borgovico - โคโม

The hotel staff who I think were a married couple were arguing loudly during breakfast on 2 occasions. They also hadoura room bill charged incorrectly even though I had a receipt showing the price for the 3 rooms I booked on hotels.com and presented this to them. The shouted at me and started an argument, I had to say to them 'excuse me, don't soout […] or speak to me like that' it was obviously their mistake. It was a really uncomfortable and annoying situation, we had to get to a train at 1115am and this check out was taking so long as they couldn't figure out what to do, that they even said to us that we should have checked out the day before! The rooms were super tiny and the hotel a bit out of the way, not a very good location. The only good thing about it was the all night bakery down the road! Had a really nice room on the top floor on my first stay. Returned a few days later and got a room on 1st floor which was near the reception and very noisy. Avoid that. One man was very polite, another was very rude if you didn't understand the 'Italian Way' of doing things! Good location. Very clean and modern.

A quaint hotel with fresh, clean and modern rooms. Although not located on the lake it was only a short walk via well lit streets to all the attractions Como has to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was reliable access to Wi-fi in the hotel lobby.

very nice hotel, quite centrally located (very close to train station and car rental agencies), staff is extremely friendly - definitely recommended!

Gutes Frühstück, nahe zum Bahnhof, aber 20 Minuten in die Altstadt

Idéal pour un week end ou une escale a Como ! Bien situé, chambre propre grande et belle salle de bain! Le seul hic est le matelas un peu trop dur .,, Excellent restaurant à 2 pas, sur conseils de Lino. A recommander .

Insgesamt völlig okay, aber insgesamt zu teuer. Man kommt zwar in wenigen Minuten in die City bzw ans Seeufer, aber das waren auch jegliche Vorteile. Wer auf die Lage verzichten kann, kann etwas außerhalb günstiger und besser übernachten. Dedizierter Hotelparkplatz auf der Straße und WiFi kosten extra.

Wer sein Hotel fürs Übernachten braucht und mehr Zeit in der Stadt verbringt, wird nicht enttäuscht sein.

Hotel carino, pulito, ottima posizione. Personale molto carino e disponibile...l'unico neo: la camera non ha finestre che danno all'esterno, ma solo sulle scale interne! Tutto sommato molto gradevole.

Hotelli sijaitsee kätevän kävelyetäisyyden päässä rautatieasemasta. Kannattaa kuitenkin huomata että suosittu karttapalvelu saattaa esittää aivan eri sijaintia kartalla. Huone oli isohko ja siisti, samoin kylpyhuone. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja puhui ymmärrettävästi englantia. Aamupala jätti hieman toivomisen varaa, tarjolla oli lähinnä croisantteja […] ja sämpylää. Kaikenkaikkiaan kuitenkin suositeltava pikku hotelli järkevää hintaa kaipaavalle. Suosittelen vielä Comoa matkakohteena erityisesti huhtikuussa, turisteja oli vain muutama ja sää jo kesäisen lämmin! อ่านเพิ่มเติม
