We were upgraded to an apartment which was clean and had more than enough space the front desk staff was nice and helpful but be aware that they do not provide 24 hour service or meals. We loved our stay at this hotel. We chose it because of the positive reviews it had received and it didn't disappoint! The street leading to the hotel could be a little more inviting but once you step inside the door it is lovely - with great air conditioning! The service was great. Run by local Venetian family - father and 2 sons - and they were friendly […] and helpful. The rooms very pretty, the aircon invaluable and no noise from outside. Bathroom clean and good size (shower on the small side but have heard that is the case in almost all of Venice hotels). There is great free wifi in the rooms and brand new flatscreen TV. The breakfast is served in the room and isn't the most exciting meal but sufficient and quite typical of what you will receive at hotels in this price bracket. As a family with three children we often have problems to find one hotel room and not two separated. Here we got the suite(!): a beautiful room with balcony, view over the canal and comfortable beds. 優點：飯店位置極佳（距離主要景點很近，但飯店本身很安靜，並不在人來人往的街道上）、價格適中、c/p值高、佈置優雅、房內清潔、電視機夠大台 缺點：早餐選擇較少、隔音不太好（但因房間數少，故其實不太會被人干擾）、晚上顧門的老伯伯態度很不耐煩
