Good price and size of room. The decor was a bit tired and the room really needed air con, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was centrally located, room was clean and comfortable. The food was very good and we were able to walk around town just outside our door.

Villedieu-les-Poeles is an endearing little backwater to stop over in for a night. Stayed in a "superior" room at Le Fruitier - recently decorated and in good condition, although perhaps not everyone would like the style. Well soundproofed and shutters on the windows, but no aircon so would get stuffy in the summer - the hotel looks out towards a main […] road, although it isn't particularly busy at night. There was noisy refurbishment work going on in the square outside during the day, although this looked as if it ought to be finished by the end of the year. Plenty of parking on square outside hotel. Ideally placed for walking to the shops, the copper workshops, the bell foundry and museums of Villedieu, especially the Tuesday market.

nous sommes extrèmement déçus par cet hotel : accueil nonchalant puis la chambre que nous avions réservé n'était pas conforme à la description donnée sur le site. Chambre minuscule, vieillotte et à la propreté douteuse. Petit hotel sympa! Nous recommandons surtout le repas du soir servi au restaurant (pas la brasserie) DELICIEUX ! Le personnel est très bien. Seul hic la chambre à l'ancienne...pas comme sur les photos : lit de coin et mobilier rustique mais propre et très bien pour une nuit. Pas contre, ne prenez pas le petit déjeuné : trop cher 9€ et nous n'avions […] plus de croissants à 10H. allez le prendre au bar à côté. El hotel está bien situado, en pleno centro del pueblo, pero la habitación era muy pequeña, y el baño es muy viejo y olía mal, ya que estaba todo enmoquetado´. Si quieres visitar Mont Saint Michel, el hotel está a unos 30 minutos.
