After reading some of the reviews about the Hotel being a little tired and past its best, we were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was very comfortable, immaculately clean and the service of was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and the location was fantastic for all the Salzburg sites. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had booked a trip to Salzburg to do the "Sound of Music " tour with my daughter for her birthday treat! Before we travelled to Austria I had already communicated with the hotel to ask some questions about tours and dinner shows and transport from the airport. The hotel replied really quickly and offered excellent advice. They knew we were arriving […] in the morning and made sure our room was ready when we arrived. All the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and places of interest to visit. Everyone spoke really good English! Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. We weren't flying home till the evening but the hotel were happy to store our bags for us until we left for the airport in the evening. モーツアルト広場のそばでとにかく街中ですので何事にも便利です 残念なのはテレビがブラウン管だしラジオは部屋によってはチュウニングが出来ないので 使えないこと 並びに風呂場がユニットバスの旧い物で タイプによっては ビックリするかもしれないです 一人で泊まるには部屋の条件から ハズレの部屋になるかも知れませんが 交渉すれば出来るだけのことはして来れます 出来ればツインを一人で使うという予約をして見ると 部屋の可能性が上がるかも知れません 気になることは全て伝えた上で 交渉する事です 楽しく過ごす為には 大切な事です 場所がなんと言ってもお薦めのポイントです
