Unhelpful staff, nightporter was ignorant, over priced hotel, tours not a nice place to stay, very noisy all night party next door to hotel, very noisy stag night passed by hotel and some of the party used the hotel carpark as a toilet and jeered the night porter who challenged them, bizarre comings and goings of a wedding party all day and night, no […] restaurant in 3 star hotel !!, dreadful bar service, room was dated and shabby, bed uncomfortable, dark room, bathroom door didnt close properly, room had several powercuts during night, think the sockets were faulty. Hotel was very nice and well-located. We walked from there to the old town, as well as to the Office de Tourisme, train station and most city sights.

This hotel is perfectly located for the centre of Tours and the banks of the Loire. The added bonus is the hotel car park - not free but a rarity in this city and very much appreciated.
