The Sumner - ลอนดอน

It's a very good location near Marble Arch underground station and at the end of Oxford Street. Away from the most hectict and noisy streets. The hotel is clean and neet and cozy. The hotel staff gave superb service and coffee/tea delivered to the room is complimetary along with some smaller snacks and bottled water in the room mini-bar. The hotel […] is in an older building so it is a bit thin-walled and you can hear through the doors. A creaking floor is also heard from the rooms above so if you require a totally quiet room, this is not for you! The elevetor does not service all floors so ask for a room with elevator access if you have heavy bags or mobility problems. Also the hotel sign is very small, I walked passed it and the taxi-driver alos had problems finding it so use the street-number instead! All in all, a very pleasent hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Enjoyed a 2 night stay in The Sumner Hotel early Feb - chosen having read other Hotels.com and Trip Advisor reviews - it lives up to it's reputation. Friendly staff, iImmaculate, perfect sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, strong shower and good selection for breakfast. Well situated - easy walking distance to West End theatres. Very friendly staff and efficient service

Great located close to Hyde Park, Marple Arch station and Oxford Street. Hotel is nice and clean with a good atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Only thing was the breakfast served in the basement where it wa too hot and no windows.

My wife and I had an overnight stay at the Sumner last week. It looks to be a converted townhouse and is decorated to a great standard with modern finishings. The room wasn't as modern but still very nice with arguably the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. A real plus point is the breakfast which was lovely. Confusion with check- in probably set the tone of the stay. Would have liked to have been given more information about breakfast times etc. When I asked all questions were answered, but had to pose the question first. Especially disappointed with lack of tea making facilities -

The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were so friendly. the location is fantastic yet wasn't noisy at night. I would for sure stay there again when I'm in London next time.

Loistava sijainti metron vieressä. Huone oli kuin olisi asunut omassa yksiössä. Aamiainen toimiva. Huone ei kuitenkaan ollut aivan luksustasoa, kun joitain rikkinäisiä tai kuluneita osia.

Alles Bestens. Vor allem der Empfang ist ausserordentlich gut. Einzig der Frühstücksraum passt überhaupt nicht zum Rest des Hotels. Frühstück OK aber der Raum gleicht einem Wartesaal...

+ Stort rom, og god seng, nyoppusset bad + Flott beliggenhet nederst ved Oxfordstreet + Fint område - Dårlig lydisolering mellom gangen og rommet - Veldig dårlig trykk i dusjen, slo seg plutselig av

Vi var på sightseeing-/shoppingtur og opplevde at hotellet hadde god beliggenhet ifht dette. Gangavstand til Oxford Street og til offentlig kommunikasjon. Vårt rom hadde god standard og var rent og pent. Frokostbuffeten bød på det vi ønsket og atmosfæren på hotellet var stille og rolig. I tillegg opplevde vi et svært høyt sevicenivå hos personalet.

Sehr nette und freundliche Receptionistin. Frühstück fanden wir auch super gut und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Small and very nice boutique hotel. Not luxurious but very good in general. Nice staff

We really like the hotel. Clean and quiet place right in the London center. Excellent breakfast for the hotel of this size. Friendly and helpful hotel personnel.

Mycket bra centralt läge, Lugnt område, Rent och fräscht och mycket bra frukost. Tillgång till gratis Internet. Mycket vänlig personal.
