Basically this hotel was everything that was to be expected for the price and location. The street was busy, so it wasn't quiet. The room was small, but comfortable. The building is very narrow, and the bathroom a bit mouldy. But for the price and location it was worth it.

Rooms tiny and not well-maintained. Elevator smallest I've ever seen. Biggest problem was family member with allergies couldn't tolerate mould in bathroom. The hotel was close to sights and very convenient to the metro. The drawback was that the room and especially the bathroom needed to be cleaned. It looked like all that was done was replace the towels. The shower had not been cleaned in quite awhile. Desk staff was very helpful with questions.

The place is very small, not consider as 3-stars at all. Very small room calls "superior double room" but only one fall size bed and one meter space for a lean width table and chair. Prince Hotel Forum was a pleasant surprise - although the room looked a bit stuck in the 70s, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a semi budget-priced stay, this would be a good choice. Perhaps the hotel's greatest asset is its proximity to Chatelet-Les Halles Metro station, which is one stop from Gare du Nord Eurostar […] Terminal, as well as being an interchange for the majority of Paris' central metro lines. If you're planning to go to Disneyland, the A-Metro line goes right from this station (about a 35 minute ride) to the Park entrances. It's also a ten minute walk to Notre Dame, and a 20 minute walk to the Louvre from here, so overall, the location is superb. Les Halles isn't a picturesque area, but we always felt safe. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke English, and were happy to have a chat with us. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating and answer all of our questions. The location of the hotel was the best! Close to many bistros, restaurants, shops and the train station. Initially I was made to wait from 2:30 to 3 pm (the check in time) in order to check in, when there was nobody else in the hotel. Later it became clear that the room was available and the receptionist had no choice but to let me in (since I had decided to wait in their lobby). Luggage storage didn't seem very secure.

I choose the Prince Forum Hotel based on the reviews that said the desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient. I had a single room, which came with a double bed, a desk, a small cupboard, no closet, a fridge, a TV and a bathroom with a shower that had a 16 inch opening, luckily I hadn't eaten too many croissants . The desk clerks, particularly the ones at night, were very nice and upon request, lent me an electric tea kettle. Street noise level on Fri and Sat night was excessively high but OK on other nights. At first, the hotel was not up to par with my standards of hotels. The hotel may not have met the 3 star rating, only because of the condition of the hotel. Even though the hotel itself fell below my expectations, i found that 1 front desk person was very helpful and he is the reason why i would recommend staying at the hotel and would not mind staying there again. He speaks english well and gives great tips and advice on what to see and where to go so you wont need to waste your time. He warns of all the scams and what not to do. He gives advice that no book or hours of searching can give you. Another good thing was the location. It was close to one of the markets which had the best foods, better than the restaurants we went to. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacking was great with the location near the market. I absolutely loved this hotel. It's small and quaint, but it's right in the middle of all the action! I do not understand how this hotel can have three stars. They are not good at cleaning and bed is in really bad condition. Everything is small .... so if you are tall or larger size ... it will be great prpblem to fit in the shower and lift. The only good thing is that the hotel is located right in town and has pleasant staff

Rooms were small, could touch the walls from each side of the bed. Heating was only turned on when you came back to hotel each evening. NO bar or lounge as written in your review. Small lift. Breakfast could be a bit better, no cerials, cheese or ham. Good for transportation.

Excellent location and service which I haven't even received in a 5 start hotel!! Louvre and Seine are short walk and many bars restaurants in the area!

The hotel is located close to the Metro / RER and is walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. The single rooms are very small and had very basic facilities (no iron) but no problem if you plan on spending most of your time sightseeing

This hotel was very convenient for walking to most Paris must see places. But very very noisy at night. had to have window open for air but there is NO respect by locals for people wishing to sleep midnight to dawn. Room very small but was a single. Staff were not helpful... and kind of sleezy looking. Don't let the desk person charge you $10 per suitcase for leaving it at the desk for the last day of your stay in Paris. Stay elsewhere, even if it's further away. The rent-a-bike system and metro make getting places easy, even if you're further away from the city centre.

The hotel is nice and was clean. The location is perfect and close to the metro, walk to Notre Dame and Louvre. No AC but in June the highs were in the upper 60's low 70's so it was not a problem. The location of this hotel is amazing - it's right in the middle of the town, easy reach to many city sights. But you will get almost like a hostel experience with the price of 4* hotel. ２０１２年７月にオリンピック開会式を挟んで５連泊しました。あいにく部屋のテレビが壊れていたのですが、オリンピック開会式を観たかったので、オーナーにその旨をお話しました。テレビが使える部屋にかえてくれ、観やすいようイスまで置いてくれたところにホテル側の心使いを感じました。ホテルの備品が壊れているのはよくあることです。壊れている旨を伝えた時のホテル側の対応が大切だと思います。こちらのホテルは満足できるものでした。またパリに行くときはお世話になると思います。立地条件も最高でRERにもメトロの駅にも近く、ルーブルやポンピドゥーセンターにも歩いていけます。

This is an old building with an elevator only accommodate 3 ppl at a time. It was fine, basic things like bed and sheets are fine. Bathroom curtain is a bit dirty. Vi ønsket oss et rimelig hotell med god beliggenhet og eget bad og ut fra disse kriteriene oppfylte hotellet alle våre ønsker. Betjeningen var blide og behjelplige, men renholdet var så som så... vi fant en del hybelkaniner og annen smårusk på rommet. Beliggenheten av hotellet var derimot helt fantastisk. Hotellet ligger f.eks. bare 700m fra Notre Dame […] og ca 1km fra Louvre. Hvis man heller vil ta metro lå nærmeste stasjon ca 50m fra hotellet. Flytoget stopper også her. Nabolaget var trivelig med mange restauranter, men det var litt skjemmende at det var en del byggearbeid på Les Halles. Dette merket vi spesielt godt om morgenen, da de begynte med borrearbeid kl. 08.00.... Dette er noe som heldigvis er et midlertidig arbeid. cet hôtel ne mérite en aucun cas ses 3 étoiles . Chambres mal isolées, on entend les voisins ronfler, tous les bruits de la rue, chambres sans éclairage correct, pas même un séchoir à cheveux, mini-bar totalement vide, et hôteliers pas aimables du tout. Hôtel catastrophique ! seul l'emplacement est bien.

Agréable dans l'ensemble mais il faudrait tout de même mettre autre chose qu'une simple savonnette dans la salle de bain, un gel douche par exemple ! .
