Caprera - เวนิส

The value of your money is not worth the stay. Lousy customer service and the rooms are not very nice. I felt like I was in a hostel.

The hotel had a great location, just near the train station and the grand canal. Our room was on the 3rd floor (actually the 4th floor in Venice) and there was no lift and no one offered to help us with our 4 bags so we had to make 3 trips up and down the stairs, which was not pleasant as it was SO HOT. The staff was effecient, but not overall friendly, […] maybe it was a language barrier as their English was passable and our Italian was non-existent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, albeit very very small. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt, juice/coffee and bread. We are used to 5 star hotels with bell service, fitness facilities and breakfast buffets so the Venice hotel experience was a bit of a letdown, but my undertanding is that this was a typical Venetian hotel, so keeping that in mind, it was nice and I would recommend it to someone who likes this sort of hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Quite a decent hotel, good location and price. pretty spacious room in Milan term.

Det er glimrende hotel til prisen. Værelset var pænt og rent. Dog uden air condition, men med en blæser, der hjalp lidt. Morgenmaden var ikke prangende, med der var det, der skulle være, og man kunne blive mæt.
