The hotel room was good. Hotel staff is courteous and of helping nature. Will definately like to recommend for a stay.

Hotel was okay although the room wasn't particularly clean, and when we checked in late at night the staff didn't speak to us just pushed paperwork at us and gave us a key. The bright side was that air conditioning and wifi were great. Good for a stay out of necessity but definitely not a home away from home.

Hotel was good with all facilities they have mentioned but only problem was they don't have working WiFi service. The location and surrounding neighborhood is bit of problem otherwise good hotel to stay at.

First of all the receptionist looked like he came straight after attending a funeral. The way he spoke to us was totally rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for half an hour for check in. Although rest of the staff were courteous and friendly but first impression was dreadful. The hotel was good in terms of exterior but inside it had damp walls, leaking […] tap and cleanliness equivalent to public toilet. Dirty linen is what you will get in your room. I didn't believe when I first read in one of the reviews but after first hand experience, I confirm that its true. Furniture quality was good but then T.V. was one of those cheap quality chinese made "SENSUI" with mostly south Indian channels. Room was provided with electronic safe which didn't work. Construction woork is going on which doesnt allow you to sleep during day. At night the stink from staff room will be another problem. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. We had to request a safe key, kettle and an additional towel. Shower room was dirty and not well maintained. Not particularly friendly upon check in. After 3 days, we found the staff more friendly. Restaurant staff were friendly and food was great. Would probably stay again, as it was convenient.

I booked standard Non ac but room were too small so no additional person couldn't stay in room with extra bed or ii do then no space for movement. Rest thing are good.

The check out time is 6am; but the receptionist made us to wait and allotted the room only at 7.30. Shower knobs was broken and not working. The door swipe lock had some problem and they were trying to fixed it and creating discomfort. The beds weren't clean and the rest room was not well maintained. Staff was courteous. The hotel allows for a 24-hour check-out which is good. However, I exceeded the 24-hours by a couple of hours and they charged me extra amount for this. It is better to inform them in advance and get the bill prepared so that you do not end up paying more even if you exceed their grace period of an hour or so beyond the 24-hour […] period. Smelly drains, paper thin walls, noisy neighbours, dirty sheets, mould on bathroom walls - don't be fooled by the pictures!! This hotel may have been ok when it was first built but it appears they haven't cleaned since. DON'T STAY HERE!!

I am satisfied with this hotel. They have very clean rooms and you get very good food (specially south Indian) in their restaurant. It is near to main sights. Surrounding is not good. But yes, i will surely suggest this to my friends. Thanks!!

Although the location is a bit out of the way, it is only a short taxi ride to most place you want to go in the city. The rooms were clean and a good value and you can never beat having WiFi in your room for free. The service was great and the hotel allowed me to stay in my room an extra night at the same price. Room is very ordinary, wherein other rooms are well maintained. Not sure for online booking they give this sort of rooms. Toilet seat was soiled..Plug points and some electrical fittings not worked properly..Not so clean. Can improve a lot.

Some positive highlights 1) Very low price on Expedia for this quality and comfort. No other hotel match this. 2) Cheap dining for South Indians 3) Good south Indian food... not sure about northies 4) close to many places like kalasapalayam and city center. 5) Clean rooms 6) Good wifi and its free.. Fast speeds... 7) Fair price for food. Some NEGATIVE […] points 1) Rude front desk 2) Child labor 3) noisy surrounding - market place 4) Unsafe area - all shops close at 7 as they are auto repair shops 5) too many wine shops and pubs and some people misbehave 6) Limited car park space - In fact hardly one or 2 cars can park. 7) Some rooms were noisy - ppl drinking.. You need ask for Minerva Circle to find it. Next is restaurant, disco, alcoholic shop and beautiful old places. It´s not like the IT Bengaluru as other know. I really enjoy the hotel and the neighbourgh. I don´t like negotiate the room, because I booked one, but it was really noisy. The hot water only in mornings, at 7.00 am they knock your door asking […] for the laundry. And they don´t provide you cumplimentary water as they offer daily. You must to pay for water. Internet was good and you have a prepaid transportation to the airport. Not too bad, but I felt sometimes they only want money and money. Breakfast buffet really goog, dinner really good. Noisy rooms, I had to change my room for another, but it wasn´t good. One day it rained at night and water came in through the window and the floor was filled with water. Breakfast was purely vegetarian. It was a delicious discovery for me. Southern India breakfast. The staff were nice.

Dette hotellet var rimelig og bra. Vi hadde air-condition på rommet, TV og bad. Enkel standard, men vi brukte det bare til å sove. God frokost hver dag er inkludert og rimelig transport til og fra flyplass.

Das Hotel ist richtig gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und für indische Verhältnisse sehr sauber! Außerdem gibt es gutes indisches Frühstück und für Leute, die es morgens noch nicht scharf mögen, gibt es Toast und Omlett oder man kann sich etwas aus der Speisekarte bestellen. Mittags und Abends kann man […] außerdem im Restaurant günstig und sehr gut indisch essen. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten leicht mit der Rikscha erreichen, sollte sich aber von den Fahrern nicht übers Ohr hauen lassen. Vom Bahnhof aus kostet es eigentlich 65 Rupien, die Fahrer wollen meistens das doppelte oder dreifache! Dazu kann man aber auch einfach mal an der Rezeption fragen, die Angestellten sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und versüßen einem durch ihre nette Art wirklich den Tag:) (vor allem, wenn man den ganzen Tag Ärger mit dreisten Rikschafahrern hatte!) Das einzige, was vielleicht zu bemängeln wäre ist, dass es morgens von den Straßen aus ziemlich laut ist...aber man geht ja auch nicht zum ausschlafen nach Bangalore:) Ansonsten ist alles absolut perfekt und ich würde das Hotel definitiv jedem empfehlen! อ่านเพิ่มเติม
