The hotel room was clean and spacious, we stayed in a suite. The indoor pool was great for my little girl. We did enjoy the gym to workout in, It was clean and had new equipment. Added bonus for the gym is they provid throw away ear buds for you if you forgot yours. They do have a great free breakfast every morning and change it up every day with a […] little variety. The only thing they could work on would be the hot water in the showers. All the showers i took within the 5 days i was there i had one hot shower and all the other ones were just warm. Clean, comfortable, great location. Hot breakfast. Pool hours should be open earlier for the adults. Will stay again.

The location is perfect right off the highway, close to all shopping and restaurants. Staff is very helpful, when the vending machine was out of water the front desk provided us aone freee of charge from their private stock. They have a very good breakfast with anything you could ask for including fruit, cereal, hot items, bagels etc.

More than anything I look for in a hotel is "cleanliness" and this hotel has it, not to mention the nice breakfast included in price. I would definitely go back there again!

Clean, neat and quiet. Conveniently located (about 10 to 15 minutes) to downtown Springfield, Mass. Shopping and family restaurants next door. Nice breakfast. Was perfect for our needs!

Very pleased with the hotel, Personnel, morning breakfast, location, quiet room & comfortable beds. Very accomodating when we needed to switch rooms - for personal reasons.

Very clean, friendly staff and very good continental breakfast included. All at a very reasonable price. I would recommend and not hesitate to stay there again.

we had been to this hotel many times in the past and with 3 children always needed to get a cot. On this trip they informed us the policy had changed and there was no longer any cots in rooms. leaving my son to sleep on the floor with only 1 blanket. They offered us one additional neck roll as a pillow for him as well. Our friends came with us and had […] requested a adjoining room, they did not have that for us either. very unhappy. should not allow us to book for 5 in a room. tried to say 3 could sleep on a queen bed. When we arrived, I wanted to take a quick shower, and when I undressed and got into a shower, I then realized there was NO SHOWER CURTAIN. So lesson learned: always check whether there is a shower curtain. Of the hundreds of hotels (ranging from Motel 6 to Four Seasons) I've stayed, this has never happened before. Probably I've been spoiled. The curtain […] (or the lack of it) is not the only problem about the bathroom. The shower head doesn't really work either, the water does not spray out. And, the tub takes for ever to drain. After one minute in the shower, I was standing in a pool (despite the fact that the curtain was missing and there was water on the floor also!). I called the front desk. Though the staff said the curtain can be replaced (and they did), there was nothing else they could do. Not move me to another room. Nor could they give me any other compensation. Nothing. To top off a really bad experience, the bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with a neck pain and a back pain. I have stayed at this hotel many times and almost always choose Hampton Inn's for my stays. This hotel a few years ago was the best! Each year since then, it has been going downhill just a little bit, with regard to their customer service. More training is needed so customers feel welcomed at the establishment. The staff was not very friendly and twice […] in the past, I was charged double for my stay and had to make an effort to receive a credit. Besides this, there was also a couple of other problems. The coffee maker in the room was missing the little pull out drawer which holds the coffee so we could not make coffee in the morning. The thermostat on the wall for temperature control also did not work well. We went to breakfast at 9 am and there was no main course of eggs present. There were also no more hard boiled eggs. When asked if they would be refilled we were told no even though breakfast is until 10 am. The woman did say she could cook me up something if I wanted to wait for 20 minutes. The fact that they ran out one hour in advance of closing is not acceptable. Hard boiled eggs will keep in refrigeration, so there should have at least been some of these available. I need to stay at this hotel to visit specific family members who live close to it, so I do not have much choice unless I want to stay much farther away or stay across the street at a lesser hotel. This was by far well worth the price! The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was beautiful, service was awesome eveyone was very polite and curteous. Breakfast was very good, dining area was clean and bright. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness and appearance of this hotel. It is fairly new and was a perfect fit for my family's overnight visit in Enfield. When I am out of town, it is important to me that I feel comfortable and that the hotel is very clean, so I was a little worried abut his hotel having only a 2.5 star rating. I had called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know we would be a late arrival. When we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and received our key, I found we were placed in a room with one bed! I had registered for 2 double beds. When I told the receptionist at first she said this was a problem because the hotel was totally booked for the weekend! […] When I said we could keep the one bed room if they had a sleep away, she reiterated that they were booked. the place was really clean. The people were really nice when we checked out, but we checked in late and the young man, actually the very young teenager that was at the front desk was only worried about his text messages.

got a great deal through hotels.com so i cant complain, really nice room. decent breakfast, had better at other hotels. could add a fridge to the rooms, kind of surprised they didnt have them, its almost a neccessity if youre staying more than one night.

Simple hotel, a great stay-over place for long distance driving. Definitely not a place I would go for vacation. The internet and phone system was down during my stay, so I couldn't get online or call the front desk. However, it was nice to be unplugged for a night. We left a pair of slacks and blazer in the closet when we checked out. I called the hotel the first thing the next morning to ask them to hold the items for me but was told that they were not there. I was told the hotels policy for dealing with items left behind but I never got a straight answer about my clothes. I wanted to know if the house cleaning […] staff said they never found them or whether they were found and turned in but somehow disappeared from lost & found... I love Hampton Inn, but I had a bad experience here. My room had dirty floors. The carpet have goldfish crumbs and the bathroom had long black hairs. The housekeeper must not have good vision. The TV had major problems too. Half of the channels were fuzzy or black. The only local channel was FOX, no NBC, CBS, or ABC; also no CNN! Loved the room... The beds were so comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast in the morning & then the kids had fun in the pool. The 12:00 checkout allowed us to really enjoy the morning before getting on the road

After paying for a King studio the hotel explained it was not available because they were oversold.

The staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel was clean. The food was wonderful. would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was well supplied, clean, and easy to access. The cookies were a nice touch too upon check in. We'll definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel in order to spend time at six flags. Chose the Hampton Inn because i have never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn. Was satisfied once again. Also enjoyes the complimentary hot breakfast.

The Hampton Inn in Enfield is a great hotel. But I love Hampton Inn's so it is easy to say that. When you stay at a Hampton Inn, you know what your room will be like. You know you will be comfortable after a long day of driving, shopping, sight seeing, etc. I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are perfect, the breakfast really good, and […] the price right! The location is great for me and is convenient to all types of shopping and eating! The only complaing I have is with the front desk help. They were extremely busy with a wedding party and I felt they did not have the time to take care of me very well. There were wedding favors in my room that were placed there by accident and I had to bring them down after reporting it. I wanted a room in the back to overlook the beautiful trees, but they didn't seem to want to accommodate me, telling me that it is noisy there due to the highway, but I know that it isn't. The time before this, my credit card was charged for the stay even though I had prepaid through hotels.com and it took a couple of phone calls to get my credit. This was a good pick. Right off the highway, very clean, English-speaking employees and the place does not have that cheap hotel smell (bug spray or whatever it is that hotels find they need to spray on their carpets and drapes.) And the free breakfast wasn't bad, either. AAA+

Would recommend this hotel as an easy, convenient stop off I-91. The room was comfortable, great gym, and generous breakfast. Very good value.
