The Hutton is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Lovely lobby, great guest rooms, comfortable beds, etc. And that's all awesome. But what really sets the Hutton apart from just about every other hotel I have ever stayed at is the customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, warm, helpful, and totally competent. The valets […] could double as a concierge service. We could not get the air adjusted in our room. It was either hot or cold. But other than that it was very nice.

The Hutton Hotel and the 1808 Bar/Restaurant are very nice. The staff is friendly and the hotel was conveniently located in the West End. My only complaint was that I booked a room with a King Size bed but was given a "hospitality room" with a pull-out bed since they overbooked the hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel, highly recommend. Staff is amazing. Concierge bus is a great idea. Be sure to check out West End Cafe and Tavern both within walking distance

The Hutton Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Nashville! Their turn-down service is second-to-none and other than the construction (of the hotel going up next door) it was very quiet. Construction started about 7:00AM so if you are sleeping past that time, make sure you request the other side of the building.

We have stayed in a suite and regular room there, and both are excellent. The restaurant is wonderful- food and service are superb.

The Hutton Hotel is a fabulous place to stay. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle to the day we left; the staff goes beyond and the service is exceptional. We were able to walk about a mile to downtown Nashville and take in the sights and sounds of the wonderful city. We stayed at the Hutton over St. Patrick's day weekend and quite enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable, there was a radio in the room (we are not tv watchers so were glad of that) and the shower was very luxurious.

Great location...fabulous staff... comfortable rooms. If planning on a meal in the hotel restauarant (1818), probably need reservations..the place was hopping with an hour wait...be forewarned.However, numerous restaurants within walking distance, without having to get the car out.

Very nice hotel, several blocks from main action, but courtesy car will take you where you need to go within 3 miles.

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, the service was awesome. It's a couple miles from downtown but on a nice day you can walk. Vanderbilt is right around the corner too.

We had a stellar experience. We booked a deluxe king room and it was just beautiful. The customer service was excellent, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the rain shower was heavenly, the toiletries were top notch (Molton Brown), and the entire hotel is completely aesthetically pleasing. We'll be back again for sure!

Would not recommend. Way too expensive for basically a room in a so-so neighborhood. Dining room should stick to a basic menu. $21 to self park is a joke!

I really do give it 5 stars. My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Up-to-date decor, impeccably clean room. We had a King Suite with a sumptuous bed and comfortable, separate seating area with convertible sofa and desk area. Oh, and a fabulous 2-sink bathroom and fanastic shower! Truly enjoyed our mini getaway stay at the Hutton. From the greeting at the entrance to our exiting at the end of our trip we were treated with the utmost attentiveness. Appreciated the green qualities of the hotel while also enjoying the luxuries provided. Will definitely stay again & will recommend it to my friends & family.

heat/air blows right on you in bed. lobby freezing cold. poorly designed entrance. must carry luggage up several steps. positives= staff very frfiendly and helpful. free wine tasting a good idea. Problems are in poorlydesigned reconstruction and layouts. Staff doing best it can!

We were so impressed with the amazing customer service from everyone on the staff. The hotel itself is luxurious and has many amenities (LOVE the coffee stations on every floor!). We have told everyone what an excellent experience we had and we will continue to recommend the Hutton. We will be back!
