Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. It's a good place to stay if you're flying into Bangkok late and leaving the next day. They offer massage service but when you go to book it seems as though they didn't really expect you to. So it's kind of awkward. No pool and the free breakfast is one egg fits all, so if you spend a number of days there […] it could get a bit old. Not much available in the hotel neighborhood. Very far from the things you'll want to see in Bangkok. Taxi to downtown is around 300 Baht. We asked at the desk for a cab downtown and he charged us 600. Needless to say we didn't ask them again. I've stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the past 4 years because it is close to the airport and the rooms are simple but generally clean. This last time I spent one night there, the shower was broken (the hose was taped and hardly any water came out) and the towels were SO old, they seemed like towels that have been stored in a box for about ten […] years. But since I arrived at midnight and left in the morning, I didn't have time to ask for a room change. I felt they took advantage of that situation. Also the a/c was SO loud it was hard to sleep. Friendly, English speaking staff. I stayed here the first and last days of my three week vacation and both times my room was neat and clean. Wake-up call at 3:00 am was punctual as was my shuttle to airport. They let me store some belongings during my three week trek, no charge. Great hotel for the price.

Room invaded bu mosquitoes. The advice of closing the door is not good enough, mosquitoes were already there. I have been bitten tens of times. No significant consequences for me but one never knows what diseases they may carry. I never go back.

Transfer from airport to hotel and back the next morning worked fine. Room was OK - no complaints. Good value for money.

Very nice hotel for the money. Taxi service was excellent along with wakeup call at 3:00 am. Employees were all very kind. Close to airport but neighborhood for walking is not the best. Stayed when I arrived and when I departed Bangkok and both times the rooms were spacious and clean.

This is an excellent airport hotel. I stayed here 2 weeks back for 1 day while in transit to Phuket from Bangkok. They provide a free pickup and drop to the airport with all bookings which is a boon for transit passengers. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast which consists of either toast and juice or boiled chicken and rice.

Decent basic hotel close to airport, suitable for overnight stay. Great deal includes airport transfer and basic breakfast.

This is a good hotel for a cheap one night stay if you are catching a flight the next day. The airport shuttle was very convienent. The rooms were very basic but the bed was so hard! Regardless of the hard bed, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is very suitable for an overnight stay, or a long lay over when you wish to be near the airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is a big plus, but I understand this is offered only during the low season. Currently, it's available until the end of October. Hotel was welcoming and the service was good. I arrived late and the airport shuttle runs all night at regular intervals. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The free breakfast is a little skimpy and had no fresh milk or cream for the coffee (only powdered creamer). They provide a free breakfast and free transport to the airport (price adds up if you have to pay), which is great. The hotels location isn't great though... if you are just in Bangkok for a day, then I would stay here. Commuting from the downtown of Bangkok to the airport takes FOREVER, so its nice to stay here. Arrived late from US. Shuttle took to hotel. The room was very clean. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Bangkok and has to get to the airport early in the morning.

Thong Ta's reasonable price and location very close to BKK airport makes it my preferred place to transit overnight before catching an onward flight. I was, however, disappointed this time that there was no microwave oven as before, and the Internet didn't work. picked me up at airport, comfortable room for an overnight stay, Staff very nice. Minimal breakfast but ok. Not a grand hotel but definitely worth the price. I would stsy v there again

The hotel was a real surprise I did not expect such comfort and good service at this price. The staff was VERY friendly, spoke good English.... the garden was a little heaven with orchids and tropical plants..... the food in the restaurant was very reasonable and good, and the chairs and tables were beautiful carved wood.... IF you wanted traditional […] Thai food you could saunter down the small alley and eat at the open food market every night with the young Thais....coming back from work.... it was cheap and VERY good. I used the chauffeur from the hotel to go to the Floating Market and he went out of his way to take me to the Chachuk Market... He speaks EXCELLENT English and it was a pleasure to be with him..... The traditional Thai Massage by Tao was for me an experience I will never forget.... it was a true and perfect Thai massage... after two sessions I was a little sore, BUT knew my back was healed!!! Thank you Tao..... Special Thanks to Masukree (Makie) who helped me with my 9 BIG boxes of orchids at the airport... In sort I was blessed and LUCKY to have found such a little gem in Bangkok.... Great check-in experience. Staff worked hard to accommodate a last-minute adjustment to my needs. I enjoyed the room and it was clean and tidy. It was close to the Bangkok airport and the staff was helpful especially since this is my first visit to Thailand.

We only stayed here one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. The pictures online showed it to be clean and pretty, esp for such a cheap rate. It was, in fact, clean and pretty....but our room smelled really bad, like moldy/musty. If we were in the room longer than 6 hrs, I would have asked to switch. Then there was some sort of drum […] circle performance from 2 am to 430 am, which is when we got up to catch our flight. I'm not saying the hotel is responsible for noisy neighbors, just be aware that you can hear EVERYTHING in this hotel, including everyone slamming their room doors all night. We had just stayed on a busy street in Bangkok for 7 nights, and couldn't hear anything from that room. Other cons are: the bed was REALLY hard, and the shower very small, and there is no elevator, which might be a con for some people. Need a hotel near the airport for our early flight back to the uk and this hotel was perfect and morden and 5 mins away from the airport we stayed one nite the hotel supply a shuttle bus to the airport for free. The room was comfortable and the staff were nice

it is good for overnight; the rate is including transportation and a simple breakfast.

10 minute shuttle from airport to hotel. Took shuttle approximately 20 minutes to arrive. Room was clean and adequate for short stay, but is not the place to use for extended stays unless price is important.. Stayed a second time when returning from Burma and had a 6 hour layover and room and experience was comparable

Great hotel, excellent choice for an overnight stay. I landed at BKK 2130 local time and after snagging my luggage and clearing immigrations, it was very easy to get to the hotel shuttle bus area. At BKK, you follow the crowd, stand for a minute with a quizical look and an information officer will approach you and ask if you need assistance. They then […] direct you to the shuttle bus "handlers" for lack of a better term, if you have scheduled the bus in advance your name will be on the list, if not, they call the hotel, you agree to the 150 Baht price and are instructed that the bus/limo will be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, the handler will beckon you, grab your luggage and escort you out to the AC limo. It is about 8 - 10 minutes to the hotel if traffic is minimal, the driver told me it was 8 km. Once at the hotel, their will be a bit of confusion as they determine that you booked through Hotels.com, always print your confirmation, I have found it to be helpful in many instances. I was then informed that the airport transfer was included in the price of the room and would not need to pay the 150 baht. Then the bellhop/porter will escort you & your bag to your room. I was on the 3rd floor, (no elevator), so this was appreciated. The rooms are spacious, very tidy & spotless. I was in a corner room with 2 twins, I forgot to ask for a king at the front desk, no worries, I had a place to open my suitcase. I did not use the TV, although there are channel guides in English in the room. AC unit was great, bathroom very tidy & functional. I will not be praising the water pressure, but it was about what I expected considering the room rate. The hotel itself was immaculate, tile floors everywhere including the room, quite nice on your feet in the muggy temps. The spa was open until 2am for massages, and they open back up at 7am. Based on other reviews I figured this would be a very basic hotel experience. My expectations were low and should have easily been met. The location is great for an airport layover. I didn't have any noisy distractions either. The room appeared clean, but in the morning as I was gathering my things to check out I noticed a small bug on the bed that […] was bright red. We stayed here on our last night in Thailand as we had an early morning flight home. It was only 10 minutes drive to the airport which was ideal for us. Getting into central Bangkok in the evening was no trouble as there were a few taxis along from the hotel. It's quite far out though so took a while to get in but there's not a lot around the hotel […] so we made the trip. Luckily they gave us a card with the hotel's number on which was useful as the taxi driver back had no idea where to go. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Thong Ta Resort and Spa. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I was getting an early flight the next day and the airport transfer was spot on. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotelli sopii loistavasti lenttokenttähotelliksi. Huoneen hintaan sisältyvä lentokenttäkuljetus toimii hienosti. Liinavaatteet olivat erittäin kuluneet ja osittain risaiset, joka alensi yleistä viihtyvyyttä. Samoin ilmastointilaite oli tarpeettoman äänekäs. Hotellin hinta/laatusuhde on kohdallaan.

Отель понравился, чистый и уютный, расположенный недалеко от аэропорта. Если не брать во внимание очень шумных гостей, то все остальное достаточно хорошо. Отель расположен в непосредственной близости с аэропортом, поэтому очень удобно улетать ночью, не нужно ехать через весь город. Персонал достаточно приветливый и отзывчивый.

Jag bokade detta hotellet 2 nätter för att sedan åka vidare, valde hotellet för att de låg nära flygplatsen vilket var ett plus, tog inte mer än 10 min och hotellet kör dig gratis. Perfekt! Hotellrummet i sig var fint men sängarna var stenhårda och att mina lakan hade stora smutsfläckar gjorde första intrycket mindre roligt då jag kom till hotellet […] sent på natten och var mycket trött.
