Baymont Inn And Suites Casper East - เอวันส์วิลล์

This hotel had very comfortable beds, lots of selection for breakfast and is located real close to many things in Casper. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Will stay here next time I am in Casper.

My wife has an allergy to feathers and all they had was down pillows. Which are filled with feathers.

it smelled of someone not having had taken a shower. not as bad as a homeless person, but someone that has hygiene problems. I went to use the bathroom and it smelled the strongest, plus someone had smoked in there.

Having worked my way through college as a hotel maid with a demanding housekeeper, I was dismayed to see the laxness exercised at the Baymont. This is a matter of not having a maid's supervisor or not having one who is respected. When my husband got into the shower our first morning, there was a wad of hair, not his or mine, in the corner. There was […] a half inflated beach ball behind the easy chair. When I prepared coffee in the morning, I found coffee residue in the bottom of the pot. There was minor detritous under the bed. Family Reunion and nice facility, excellent staff, great breakfast, clean pool/jacuzzi.........excellent beds and quiet. Parking tight on the weekends

We were just trying to get away. I had originally booked this room to have to pool but it was closed for service. My husband had brought his PS3 to play and we could not hook it to the older model TV's as the RC connections were broken. We plan to go back and stay in a few weeks.

I went for family in the hospital and the staff were very helpful in directions and willing to work with us if we needed to stay longer. The room was clean and comfortable. Its close to several resturants and the mall as well as other shoping. I highly recommend it for travelers.

First of all, look for the Comfort Inn sign instead of Baymont Inn and Suites (it's other name). This will save you ~5 minutes of confusion and U-turns. Next, we traveled from Colorado to Montana and stayed at the Shilo Inn (across the street) on the way to Montana and stayed at the Comfort Inn on the way back to Colorado. Additionally, both hotels' […] rates were similar. My advice to you is stay at the Comfort Inn. It is a MUCH, MUCH better experience. The Shilo Inn feels like a much cheaper hotel than I would have expected. The rooms were dingy and they still use metal keys for the doors. The service was poor since there was only 1 person at the business and she couldn't leave her post (understandable, but they really need at least 2 people on staff at all times). They served expired yogurt for breakfast. There was a cigarette burn in one of the bed comforters (in a non-smoking room) and they made me sign a document stating that I wouldn't smoke in the room. On the other hand, the Comfort Inn felt like a more expensive hotel than I would have expected. Its rooms were clean, the beds were nice, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was alright. Older hotel but very comfortable. Next to IHOP and close to Applebees and Outback Steakhouse. Would stay again for this rate.

First of all I could not find the hotel because I am looking for "Baymont" and lighted sign says "Comfort Inn" After driving around town for 40 minutes and passing the location 3 times I was checked into a non smoking room that reaked of cigarette smoke. They changed my room and as I entered that room I found the smoke detector laying on the dresser […] with the battery removed. My attempts to find a manager always failed because no manager was on duty when I was there. Then on Saturday morning after waiting for the breakfast service and not being able to locate an employee a young lady finally showed up and told me there was no breakfast because of the construction work being done. 24 hours earlier I had breakfast in the same location and I did not see anything that was different to the present day. I left my phone number at the desd two different times and was never called by anyone. Good luck at the Baymont Comfort Inn. I needed a road trip stop-over room so my expectations weren't high, nor were my needs. They slapped a no-smoking sign on the door, but the entire room and even bathroom were saturated with smoke smell. I sneezed all night. My bathroom was barely clean, I ended up wiping a bunch of stuff down. Totally sucked.

This hotel has problems right now related to a change in ownership- the property has been purchased by Baymont and there is definately confusion there. The staff does not have the training on the new computer system so the service was extremely slow. The room was not clean (like it has been in the past) and the tub drain was not functioning. We have stayed at several different Comfort Inns around the country and have been satisfied. This hotel lacked cleanliness. The room needed a good cleaning--guests can see dust under the microwave--you know. After we left our room and the maid had removed the sheets, we re-entered the room and saw that there were blood stains on the mattress. The lobby […] guest computer was dirty--the keyboard was especially dirty. The a.m. hotel desk personnel were loudly discussing their personal lives and the fact that someone had not shown up and there was a lot of extra room-cleaning and work for them to do. The hotel is in a good location, seemed clean, but is no frills. Like many hotels I have stayed at in Wyoming, the occupancy rate and prices stay high, so improvements, modernization, and perks remain low. All in all a decent hotel and the employees seemed nice.
