Awesome! Bed was comfortable. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good location. Once concern: If people used the water in another room, we can hear the pipe squeal a little. Nothing would keep us up, but it could be heard.

This was an excellent hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

This hotel is a nice hotel. Our stay was very inconvenient because the elevator was not working and they put us in a room on the 4th floor. Our hotel keys forgot the code and we had to get them reprogramed twice meaning two trips up and down those stairs after we have been out working for 18 hrs. We loved our stay at Staybridge. Very clean and comfortable room...great breakfast...good service. The whole atmosphere was very inviting. Everything was perfect--including the price (please...don't change that). Such a nice discovery for us; we will be looking for Staybridge Hotels in other parts of the country where we travel. Thank-you!

Billed as an extended stay hotel, but great for a short visit, too. The room was clean, comfortable mattress, new bedding and towels. The location was convenient for our purposes. Too noisey, half of cable channels were not tuned-in, and manager was not available.

The hotel staff were fantastic and really worked hard to make us happy. That said, I was disappointed that the hotel has no rooms with king size beds (despite our reservation for a room with a king bed). Also, on the weekends the rooms are not cleaned and replenished with items like coffee.

As of 10/27/12 this property is still quite new. The room and common areas were very clean and well cared for. The desk clerk at check in was professional, friendly and accommodating. However, the buffet breakfast could be called nothing but disappointing. First, the dining area was littered with dirty dishes, trays and newspapers as though all the […] diners had gotten up and run from the room at the same time. Not a single table was clean. The flatware is a mixture of plastic and metal with no spoons to be found. Most of the trays which were to have held food were empty. This was a 8:30 am, well before the buffet was to close. The eggs were so over salted as to be inedible. The fruit tray contained a few cores from a pineapple and hard melon. Dirty napkins littered the floor by the juice machine (for which there were no glasses). All the while a sullen young woman was rough housing with a young man in the adjacent kitchen area. The door was standing open, the radio playing loudly while they flirted and yelled at each other. She did wander out at one point with a few small cold danish. If you skip the breakfast and don't enter the dining area, I would give this hotel a glowing review. But unless a cold coffee and really sub-quality food are your thing, skip the included breakfast. First time in this hotel everyone else was sold out or way too pricy. This was average and we loved it. Most important thing for us is cleanliness. The hotel room was clean, cozy, and we enjoyed our stay. Small fridge is nice to have, blow drier, and a DVD player. Overall excellent and would love to stay there again.

Overall, very enjoyable. Although I didn't book a handicap room I guess my limp gave me away and we got one any way. I want that bathroom! We usually stay at the Hampton, but it was booked up. We normally stay at the Arboretum Staybridge, but this location saved us $30 a night. Room was very clean, with bunny shaped towel on the bed. The breakfast had good points and bad. I had my mouth set for oatmeal, but when I opened the pot it looked like oatmeal soup. I instead made myself a Texas shaped waffle, which I topped with blueberries I found […] in the fruit section and walnuts. Delicious! Coffee was very weak, which I noted to the front desk. The Staybridge Suites in Austin was a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was not a warmed over piece of bread and powdered coffee it was a full, fresh breakfast. The people were nice and we thank them for a good time.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The hotel was overbooked on the first night and we did not get the accommodations we were expecting. On the second night we were accommodated very nicely because of the prior error. Overall we were very satisfied.

Nice hotel with very clean, comfortable room. Visited downtown Austin during my stay and had no problems finding Mopac, Loop 1. Nice, friendly people at the front desk. I will stay at this hotel again.

I would definitely book this hotel again. It's just a few minutes drive to lots of great restaurants and shops in Northwest Austin.

Very clean room and facilities. Loved having a kitchenette, even though we never used the sink or stove. They even had complimentary coffee and microwave popcorn in the room. Didn't seem like they wanted to nickle/dime us like other hotels. Nice breakfast buffet too! Location is great and easy to access Austin from. Bed wasn't great, but it was ok […] for the price. Hotel is located right off 183, very easy to access. We were there to ride the train from Cedar Park. Hotel is within 10 minutes of this location. Its really easy to get anywhere in Austin from this hotel. Arrived from a visit to the Children's Museum in downtown, went to Trudy's on the Burnet Rd for dinner, also easy to access. Hotel was really clean […] and had everything you could wish. Nice pool (outdoor), all areas secured with door card access. Breakfast buffet was great! Grosszügige Zimmer mit Kochgelegenheit, hilfsbereites Personal in der Lobby. Nach Downtown oder ins Outlet nach Round Rock sind es je ca 30 Minuten. Waren letztes Jahr bereits in diesem Hotel. Leider hat die Qualität rund ums Frühstücksbuffet nachgelassen (schmutzige Tische nicht gereinigt, Abfalleimer überquillt etc).
