loved the coffee bar available around the clock in the lobby. Loved the in room movies. Right aross from airport but rooms were quiet. Paul was outstanding as a greeter and chaperone for our visit.

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. The included breakfast was good. We liked the large screen TV and the available movies.

Excellent overall stay. Pool, hot tub, comfortable rooms, gym with dumbell rack. Diverse breakfast selection. I have no complaints and would certainly stay here again.

My husband & I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. The hotel was exceptionally clean, bright and airy. The staff very friendly. The hotel offered the continental breakfast & Starbucks coffee. The meal turned out to be fantastic. Not continental at all! We would stay there again :)

Great place- friendly staff, very clean and comfortabe,great breakfast and great location near airport, downtown and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

OUTSTANDING service, cleanliness, and location.

I travel for business a lot and come through Sarasota at least once every two months. I stay here every time I'm in town. They are consistant in every way. Great service, clean, and right across the street from the airport. I've always been pleased with my stay.

Four adults and one four-year-old, three generations, stayed at this hotel for couple of nights and really liked it. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Free breakfast was great. Only recommendation would be to tone down the A/C for when it works, it's kind of loud. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Great Staff, Very clean rooms, close to where ever you need to go, quiet neighborhood and just the right ammenities, the Free Continental Breakfast was good too, the only thing was the parking was difficult due to repaving around the Hotel. Overall a Great Place to Stay, will definetly recommned.

looks like it may have been a nursing home or something before. nicely re done. modern . room had comfy bed & l shaped couch with a refrig and a 46 inch flat screen tv. some hair in shower and a white "spot" on the couch. everything else was good. ask not to be near a entrance door. was noisy even being a few doors down with people coming & going.

air conditioner noisey, couldn,t sleep due to noise.the ventilation for the building could be clearly heard all night long. The hotel looked more like a refurbished old age home or former hospital. What a major disappointment.HYATT HAS DEFINATELY LOST A CUSTOMER.

We stayed there just for one nigth to join the Theater arround the Corner...and we would recommend this hotel to my best friends.....fair pricing , good locataion and clean rooms and friendly service.....

we stayed in another hotel nearby about a week before, and this Hyatt was a huge step up --- and $10 cheaper than the other hotel! Clean, comfortable, polite, modern, everything about it was a please. Great place.

One night stay here was very comfortable. Beds were great, room was nice. Checked in and out through the kiosk so I didn't actually get a chance to try out the personal service but everyone seemed friendly. Lobby offers a little bit of everything, coffee, cookies, liquor, burgers. Location was great for the airport. Otherwise it's set in an industrial […] location. I wish my apartment was decorated like this place! I will be staying here again!

Rooms have nice couch with rotating TV and modern hook ups for anything. A great value proposition at abut one hundred dollars with nice new facilities. I will try to book more stays there when traveling on business.

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Place last year on our last Sarasota trip and loved it so much we came back this year as well! This is the second time we have stayed at a Hyatt Place and both times we have been impressed with the condition of the hotel, the location, the amenities provided and most of all the staff. They go much beyond the usual staff in making sure your stay is pleasant and you have been provided everything you need.

The Hyatt once again, held up to its name. We enjoyed our stay and the friendly front desk people who are employed there. They were very informative on places to go and restaurants to eat out. For price, convenience and a great location in Sarasota...we would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The only complaint I have is the breakfast room. It was crowded and disorganized. Staff was totally overwhelmed. Almost everything was gone by 8:45.

Right across the street from airport but I heard no plane noise at all. The room/suite was very spacious and clean, and the people at the front desk were very curtious, well mannered and efficient. A very nice place to stay!!!! I will stay there again.

I love the layout of the room. This hotel gives you the feel of home away from home and not of a hotel room. I love the sofa and large flat screen TV in the room. Great room layout makes the most out of the space!

Me and my family enjoyed this hotel. My son had a great time playing with some other kids in the pool while I was relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The room was beautiful, clean and a very comfortable beds. I recommend this hotel. It feels like home.
