"Court Yard Marriott Amherst"
Clean hotel. Easy to find. Friendly helpful staff. Would not provide breakfast for additional $10 when booking through Hotels.com if you didn't book the breakfast through Hotels.com. Had to order breakfast a la carte if desired. Pool is quite small but refreshing. Whirl pool was underfilled and no towels available in pool area.

The hotel is located near the airport and not too far from city center. It provides important amenities such as free internet service and exercise room.
"Comfortable, but under construction"
Clean, comfortable rooms, no bedbugs (I checked!). Friendly staff. Restaurant is being remodeled, so breakfast was limited to a small buffet table in a meeting room. Many restaurant choices within 10min driving distance. Also about 20 mins from Niagara Falls. Free use of computer (w/ internet access) and free printing. I would return in the future.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Usually I don't walk around with bare feet in hotel rooms, but this was an exception because it was so clean. There was a second sink outside of the bathroom which was accessible from the bedroom and the dressing area. It was a very nice touch. "Just another hotel on the road"
Quite disappointed in this particular property compared to other Courtyards at which we've stayed. Rooms were dingy and tired looking. The bathroom is quite dated as are the carpeting & decorations. The cleanliness, however, was fine. I would not stay at this property again.
"No Bar"
Overall, not bad. No real food other than breakfast buffett and no bar. Nothing in walking distance either. Clean comfortable room and friendly service.
No fridge inside room. Besides that it was good. Very clean and neat.

"Good Buffalo Location"
This Hotel was in a good location for shopping and dining. It was close to the highway which was accessible to Waldon Galleria or the Blvd Mall area. It was away from all the traffic assoicated with those areas which was nice. The facilities were good. Nice pool, work-out area and good breakfast.
