Overall, very satisfied. I thought it was a little expensive, however, with the town and location it is expected. Service was good and employees were extremely friendly, breakfast which was included was a plus.

Convenient location along the freeway, but in a town with few amenities, should have a few more items to sell to clients other than a few drinks out of a machine. There were no explanations or assistance offered during a complete power outage that lasted several hours during the evening.

Great hotel with a nice room and friendly staff. Far superior to any of the other hotels in the Ozona area.

Great service and very good and fresh breakfast. The only thing do not eat at the Sonic next to the hotel.

Overall, we are very pleased with the Holiday Inn Express brand, and your location in Orzona did not disappoint. Arrived around 9pm - and greeted by a friendly front desk staffer. Comfortable room - and only note of concern is the lack of lighting in the bathroom and the sound-proofing of the hotel could have been better. (We were given a handi-cap […] room). We exclusively stayed with Holiday Inn throughout our travel through Texas. We had just come from the Holiday Inn at Padre Island, TX, which wasn't the nicest hotel, to say the least. We only stayed one evening as we traveled through the state, but we witnessed the hotel staff cleaning and the extent to the cleanliness. They were actually taking apart the beds to vacuum in between the mattress and box springs--Wow! The cleaning staff also wore hair nets. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Could hear my upstair neighbors pretty much all night, but other than that it was a decent stay.

We were very pleased with this hotel - actually better than we expected and we would definitely stay there again if traveling on IH 10.

Hotel location was on main local road that the traffic noise was constant and loud
