I stayed here for business. This hotel was typical of the Holiday Inn Express chain. The room was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and they have a nice continental breakfast. There are several different resturants that are close to the hotel. My only complaint is that the fitness room was pretty bare. There was one eliptical, one treadmill and one […] bike and some weights. The eliptical was not working when I was there so that was frustrating. "Great Hotel"
This hotel was very conveniently located right off of 75. It was across from a Meijer and about 10 minutes from downtown. The hotel itself was very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend staying.
"Very nice"
This hotel was very nice and the price was right too. Located right across the street from Meijer, it was easy to get some last minute goodies. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it very much, although a public hot tub would have made it even more enjoyable, and the pool needed to be cleaned.

was very clean and personel were very nice the breakfast was awsome, the only thing we found that could be dangerours was with the pool my wife and another little girl about 8yrs old slped on stairs they might want to think of puting some kind of non slip mat there.

"Great Hotel!"
the experience started at the Fr.Desk. Very welcoming staff.. super helpful and friendly.. Sometimes the greatness ends there, but not this time. Fantastic room.. very clean. Fitness room was perfect... Breakfast was fantastic. Could not ask for a better experience. We will stay here again, for sure.
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Bay City is a very nice hotel. Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a very professional staff. Close to the main interstate, and yet close to the down town area. The breakfast was awesome! The best we have ever had! Overall everything was great from the staff to the rooms. Would highly recommend!
"Holiday Inn Bay City - VERY comfortable!"
We stayed in this hotel for one night for a wedding in a neighboring town. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the whole place was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, the surrounding area was quiet, the breakfast had lots of tasty choices...we very much enjoyed our stay!

Very nice hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Personnel was very nice. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Only took 10 minutes to put me to sleep. lol

Great value for a nicely appointed, immaculate room. Super fast internet access in room, which is hard to find in the Great Lakes Bay Region hotels. Everything was just right, and I will be using this as my place to stay when working or visiting the tri-cities area.
toilet seat was up, toilet was stopped up the first time it was flushed. had to use plunger myself to unstop. breakfast was not well supplied--out of almost everything.

"outstanding"
room was very spacious and comfortable. the bed was very comfortable, more than expected. the breakfast buffet was very good with a cheese omelet and sausage gravy and biscuits that were great and not expected. overall, i recommend it highly and would definitely rebook again.

"Nice unless you want to use the pool"
Everything was great here except that the reason we chose this hotel was so we could have use of an indoor "heated" pool, this pool was soooo cold. We mentioned it to the front desk person and she said she would have to tell a manager but nothing was done. No one else used the pool either, they attempted, but it was just way too cold. The only other […] thing was that the breakfast was supposed to be open and available until 10 am and they closed it early two of the mornings we were there. My husband couldnt even get a glass of orange juice. Next time, or if we ever go back up that way, we probably wont choose the Holiday Inn Express in Bay City because of those reasons. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
"Easy location; new hotel"
Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast could have been kept stocked better; we never got any of the famed cinnamon rolls.

Ashley was the young lady that was working the front desk. She really cared about her job she made our stay in Bay City hassle free with good directions and local information.

"Very nice room"
Our room was nice and clean and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only dissapointment we had is that there was no hot tub. But we'd definately refer others to stay at this hotel.

"Great Experience"
The hotel was easy to find - right off the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was typical of this type of hotel, but the eating area was large and clean. The staff was available to quickly replenish when needed. Nice overnight stay!
