My wife and I arrived at the hotel at about 1230 AM and spent the next 45 minutes waiting to check-in. Despite it being a higher nightly rate, it was worth the cost. I decided to treat myself to this room since it was literally at the airport and I wanted a good night's rest before my long flight back to the USA. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was a California king size....very comfortabe. Staff was beyond friendly. Apple computer in lobby […] for free internet use although limited to 30 mintues. Wi-fi cost for room was high so didn't get it....think this should be included with the rate considering you pay more than average. The bathroom amenities included all the things that you would expect for the price. 2 complimentary bottles of water. as well. There was cable tv but had limited English movie channels. My flight arrived at 9:30 pm so I decided to stay here one night before heading to Pattaya the next morning. The staff was very friendly. Room is clean and nicely decorated. However, the price is a little too high.

It is easy to get to the airport or using train to down town.

Super convenient and the 24H checkout is a blessing for late night arrival/departures. The place seems very sterile although its probably a littel hard to not have this seeing as everyone is in transit no doubt. For convenience its great

We didn't eat in the hotel, since there is so much food in the airport (especially the Magic Food Point - a great food court - on Level 1 near entrance #8) The room was very comfortable, quiet, and the short shuttle to the airport was great!

Excellent on all counts. Have stayed there amny times.

in a city where the drive to the airport can be fraught and cause undue stress- delays because of traffic jams, accidents- the Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport hotel was ideal for me. Having nearly missed a connecting flight 4 days before through Bangkok- staying in the city centre, I decided better safe than sorry and booked this on the return leg, as […] I had to stop overnight. A 6 minute walk from the aiport terminal underground and I was there. Recently flew through Thailand and discovered if your layover ons Thai Airlines is 12 hours or more you have to clear customs (last layover was short and I never left the airport). The Hotel was convienent to the airport and I took advantage of the 24 hour room service and internet service. My only real issue with the airport is that I checked in at […] 2345 at night. I asked at the front desk for a late check out as my flight was at 1800 - I was told it was not a problem - that I would in fact have the room for 24 hours so for the 1800 flight I should check out at 1600. Of course the girl at the desk must have written down the thai equiv of "six o'clock" and "four o'clock" as I was awoken far too early to ask if I was checking out at four in the morning. I recommend it for one night stay.

We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight. It was fabulous! The location was perfect for us as we just walked the tunnel from terminal to hotel which took less than 10 minutes. The room was large, modern and bathroom was fantastic (glass shower, soaker tub etc.). The hotel arranged a cab to take us into downtown for 400 Baht (about […] 30-35 minute drive) so the location is great if you want to be close to airport, not downtown. Great hotel if flying the next day early. Food is great too. You can even get in to Downtown for a quick look if you have a few hours. Very nice

Overall a good airport-hotel. Have stayed there 5-6 times. The check-in always takes in excess of 15min....so be prepared (Business check-in is even worse)

Location excellent if you have a short stop over at Suvaranabhumi. Easy access, quiet rooms.

Great hotel within walking distance to the airport. Dont wait for the shuttle unless you need to, its only a short underground walk. The staff are very efficient and know their jobs well. They cater to the traveler who wants above average accomadatins.

After reading many good reviews on several sites about the Executive Premiere Floor benefits, I booked stays for Nov. 1-3 and Nov. 8-10 - 2011 flight layovers in Bangkok. After 21 hrs. of flight time, I arrived, went to the front desk, and asked about EP floor check-in. The front desk staff did not know what the EP floor was or where the EP express […] check-in location was (Business Center). I was told to go to the end of the line at the front desk behind a large tour group for check-in. I received no information about the EP floor perks and, therefore, was not able to access them for my stay. For my first visit, staying on the EP 5th floor was no different than staying on any of the other floors which have cheaper rates. The front desk staff may have been all new hires due to the problems regarding the record-breaking flooding around Bangkok. For my second stay, I had learned about the EP floor check-in location at the Business Center from a fellow traveler, and enjoyed my stay and the EP floor benefits. I definitely recommend booking the EP floor for a layover or short stay, but you must ignore the uninformed and poorly trained front desk staff and go directly to the Business Center, with its very friendly and competent staff, for check-in. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Only stayed here for about 9 hours. Airport shuttle was quick and convenient to and from hotel. After check in went to our room and found it either never had been cleaned or someone was still staying there. Changed room and power was off. Fianlly had a reasonable sleep before our 6 AM departure. Included breakfast not available at theat time.

We stayed on the 1st nov & the 30th nov a excellent hotel, sure the mini bar is a bit much the buffet breakfast at app. $25 may be expensive for Thailand but you get what you pay for "excellent" as well as room service good value!. pick- up from air port fist class as well as the return, ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL, could not fault

Incredible location, you can use the underground walkway. Hotel is relatively new and spotless. If you eat at the restaurant, they have a thai and western menu, your choice. Rooms are very modern and clean.

I was given a room that already had a female guest staying in the same room. She of course screamed in shock when I opened her door. Then I ordered a very light meal. I get home and find out I was charged a ridiculous amount for the meal. This light meal would not have cost that much in New York City much less a third world country. wanted specifically to not have to wait for a shuttle on either end so i chose this hotel as it is supposed to be linked by a 900m underground air conditioned tunnel (as posted on their website). instead i waited for 10 minutes for the shuttle leave and take another 7-10 minutes to drive. not that this is a huge problem...just not what i wanted or […] was expecting that i bought...could have stayed somewhere for half the price and been there and back in the same time. tad disapointing อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel is close to trhe airport so it is convenient for catching your flight but it is expensive and not only do you not get free internet they want to charge you a fortune for 30 minutes! Also the breakfast does not come with your room and that price was outrageous. Overall a very nice hotel when it comes to location and condition. I found nail clippings on the floor and there was only cold water in the morning - and that is a big no-no to me

This is a very ordinary hotel, with a very jazzy lobby. It is adjacent to the Airport and as far as I know is the only hotel adjacent to the airport. They have you if you have an early AM flight and they know it; hence the price is higher than it should be. The hotel is priced as if it was a super deluxe hotel and it isn't.

An excellent place to stay after a long flight. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are appealing and the beds are very comfortable. There are many options for dining and the food is very good. My only disappointment was with the concierge service. She behaved as if my questions were an inconvenience to her.

This hotel is convenient for the Bangkok airport being literally five minutes away by their shuttle bus. It is a huge hotel with all the amenities but cold and uninviting when you arrive at reception through a large open atrium which has a coffee shop in the middle of it. Check in was not fast. Security was good but the place seemed a little worn in […] places. The room was standard but a hole in the sheet made me think not enough attention to details there. We had enough room for our overnight stay and plenty of complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. Room service was available. Everything was clean and neat. If you want early morning call you set your own alarm. We made the mistake of asking for a call and it didn't come and then we saw a note telling us to use their clock alarm. Restaurants in the hotel were imposing and not welcoming. Shuttle to airport was excellent and when we wanted it. There is an excellent swimming pool there which we have used. Being close to the airport means there isn't much else around it of any interest. I do believe that a hotel with the quality of the Novotel should provide complimentary wireless and not charge more for it. I would rather be charged more and have it included than have to make a special trip to the Business Center and sign up for wireless and get a password. It "cheapens" the experience of staying a a good hotel.

Convenient, close to the airport. Expensive and not as cosy as most hotel in Bangkok but it's definitely the most convenient hotel if you have an early flight for instance.

Close to airport. Comfortable room. Suitable for overnighting. Pity breakfast wasn't included.

The hotel is well maintained and clean, my room was nice and spacious. However the only gripe I have is that they STILL charge for internet connections. I hope the hotel will provide free internet services for hotel guests in the future.

Decent Hotel within the airport complex. Overpriced compared to the better Bankok hotels, but you are paying for the convenience. We stayed during a layover from Bali to London. Shuttle and checkin/checkout went nice and smooth.

Really pretty pleasant place. Nice rooms, food is decent, efficient checking in and out. Generally you don't expect much from an airport hotel, but this is a pretty decent place.

I've stayed at this hotel several times after late arrival or before early departure. It could not be more convenient. I'll return again.

The location is excellent if one wants to stay close to the airport. The hotel is a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. We were met at the airport by the hotel staff and ushered to the shuttle van. This was a surprise to be met this way. We had an 11-hour stop-over in Bangkok on the way to Europe. This hotel was easy to find and we got free transfers. The check in process was easy and the comfort of the rooms exceptional. I would stay here again if we had another period of time we had to kill on the way to Europe.

What a great hotel! We were just looking for a place to sleep between flights, but this hotel is so much more. Great food, amazing spa, comfortable large rooms. Can't say a bad thing about it. Very convenient with shuttles to/from airport every 15 mins.

fantastic place, will stay again

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and I must say for a hotel at the airport it is great. The pool was beautiful and it was great to have a swim before taking off for an early flight. A bit pricey though and not much to do in the area around it. Hotel restaurant was tasty as well.
