Best service we have ever had! Great hotel, spacious and comfy room. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Overall, loved this Westin. It's a very nice property with spacious rooms and great service in all aspects. It definitely feels more like a "resort" than a hotel, meaning the golfing and "dress to impress" crowds dominate. Very nice hotel with gracious & helpful staff. Very nice room and the hotel is well located. My only complaint would be that the first night we were there it rained and the drain outside our second story window was really noisey and kept us up most of the night. Beside that we had an incredible trip and are looking foreword to doing it again.

I was going to book Carneros Inn but they were twice the price. Westin had a great room, high-end stylish, excellent service, free wi-fi and parking, the cafe was terrific and it was close to all of the best parts of downtown Napa. When Carneros Inn is not in the cards, I will only stay at this hotel in Napa. Definitely will be back!

Service, rooms and location were all top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel, and will defintiely look to stay there again.

We opted for a 1 bedroom suite since we had our two kids with us, and it turned out to be a great idea. Plenty of space for the kids, the convenience of dining in since it had a stove and fridge inside the room along with utensils. There are plenty of restaurants right around the hotel. Nothing bad to say about this place... this is coming from a person who does alot of travelling domestic and abroad. I look forward to only staying there when in the Napa area.

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel on the night we became engaged, and found the room to be very comfortable overall. We greatly enjoyed our stay with two other couples and had dinner at La Toque for New Years, which was very well done. It was easy going and a bit sleepy. The small downtown area is very closed down for the few days around New Years and the locals seemed annoyed to share the few open venues with out-of-towners. We were surprised to find a fully equipped kitchenette in our room and we noticed that the hotel is VERY pet friendly, although we did not bring pets. Service was the only area of needed improvement, including a forgotten wake up call from the front desk and no coffee in the room. Perfect everything, just what I would expect from a Westin. Lots of great places to eat just steps away. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will be back again.

What a wonderful weekend we had. The hotel was splendid, very up-market and trendy. We travelled with our two young children (2.5 and 4) and this hotel has most definitely been the most child focussed hotel we've stayed in CA so far. Diaper changing facility in the toilet, nice lunch/dinner area in the back - safe enough for kids, great big pool, friendly […] staff and overall a gorgeous hotel. We had a great time at the Westin Verasa in Napa. Directly across the street from the Wine Train and walking distaance to the Oxbow Public Market. My family was only in Napa for 24 hours, but your hotel was the perfect place for us. We walked to restaurants and lounged in the hot tub till late at night. Sipping morning coffee on the patio was also the perfect start to our day of wine tasting. We are already planning when we can return next summer. Thanks for a great experience!

This is an extremely nice hotel, with nice facilities. I would only have three cautions: (1) They only have valet parking, and it is not very well organized and they dont have sufficient space out front to accommodate everybody. Calling ahead for your car doesnt work at all in my experience, and expect a 15 min wait at the front for your car during […] peak periods. (2) There is no free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They charge $3 for a cup, and good luck finding somebody to take your money. It was nice I think that servers could be a little more attentive in the resturaunt bartenders and pool was good.

I loved this hotel. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff. A nice place to come back to after a long day of tasting or work. One thing to note is the valet took a long time...best to plan ahead and not expect to just walk down and get your car when you need to leave.

The building and landscape appear to be relatively new. While our stay was short and on a low occupancy night (Sunday); it was fantastic. All of the employees from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, and everyone in the main hall cafe/restaurant (nearest lobby) were friendly, courteous, and all smiles. Attitude does make a difference, and deserves […] recognition. Even great buildings and well planned sites maybe overlooked without the presence of personality provided by people. The room was very spacious, with all the amenities of one a bedroom apartment. (even had a stovetop... but I recommend the hotel restaurants.. why cook on vacation? hello) We had three in our group, so one person did sleep on the sleeper sofa which was the only draw back. (sleeping on the couch would have been more comfortable than the pull-out bed). The bathroom was that of a master bedroom with a separate jacuzzi tub and glass shower, complete with two shower heads (a bit funny next to the green movement placard encouraging you to limit towel use & save the planet) Whether it's for the laundry or the shower, its still water use. Stayed here for a couple nights for business travel. The beds were super-comfortable and the service staff were great! Within easy walking distance to oxbow public market and downtown napa. Across the street is the entrance to the napa valley wine train! I will definitely come back with family!

I stayed at a pet-friendly room at the hotel with my husband for one night to participate a local marathon event. I was completely satisfied with the comfort of the room, amenity and service including free wine tasting hour. We thought we'll definitely go back. I am especially grateful to the service a front desk clerk named Lisa gave us. There was […] a mistake that the hotel made, and to our complaint, she promptly handled the issue in a most satisfying manner. My friends who heard the story through Twitter were equally impressed. All of the staff were so friendly and treated us like we were VIP. The heated pool/hot tub area was open (even during the winter) and were not crowded, which was really nice on a chilly evening. They have complimentary wine tasting in the lobby every night, which I thought really contributed to the "hotel in Napa" experience. The hotel is very nice but has some flaws. The valet parking takes a long time. We waited 20-30 minutes each time we used this service. The staff is very pleasant however we made several appointments for visits to different wineries and had to leave 30 minutes earlier than expected to ensure that we had our car and won't be latge. The rooms, while nicely […] furnished, have very thin walls. You could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. If you are part of a group, this is a great property. Westin Verasa is a fabulous way to spend your time in Napa. Wine samplings in the lobby each evening, superb service from valet to other staff, convenient location--walk to Oxbow Market and close to downtown. centrally located ... great pool and right across the street from the wine train ... major construction in front of the hotel now but should be over in 2 months .. concierge follow up a bit slow but ofver all ok ..
