The hotel has a nice location and attentive staff. Just stayed a couple of nights and will book again when I'm in the area.

This was a wonderful stay in all aspects that was made even better by the value prices. Our group was in town for combined events of sports, graduation, and vacation. The hotel staff was more than accomadating in situating our seven rooms, separately booked, in close vicinity of each other. The large seating/meeting area in the lobby was perfect for […] our after graduation get together of 15 people. Each room was at least a one bedroom suite with a compact frig, microwave, blender, and can opener that were all new as were the dishes and silverware. New/newer 40" LCD TVs sat in the living area and bedroom and the wi-fi worked well but slowed during high occupacny time periods. The hotel location is convenient to a plethora of restuarants and fast food places. If you need to cook in your room, there are several grocery stores within a 5 min drive or if need to buy some new clothes, there are several shopping plazas and University Mall that are within that same driving radius. Enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff very accomodating. Only down side was the poor internet connection. It was very slow but the management is working to correct this short coming.

Staff was very friendly - enjoyed the sports posters in the hallways. Only trouble we had was with the coffee pot in the room - too complicated! But there was free coffee in the lobby so we got by just fine! Spent the evening watching basketball game on a huge tv screen in the lobby bar. Also visited the hot tub - very clean! We had a wonderful stay at Varsity Clubs and definately would stay here again. The staff all went out of there way to make out stay special, they were very attentive and sought out ways to be helpful. The rooms are beautiful and look to be very recently updated, the hallways and common areas also. The only downfall to the building is some need for updating […] in the hot tub area. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. The staff made us feel right at home. When we checked in we made small talk with the lady at the front desk. We made mention of it being our anniversary. That evening when we returned to our room there was a card and a blossoming rose bush for us. We were very surprised! This was an outstanding experience. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel.

Built as time share for people tio co0ok for themselves and watch Notre Dame it is a good hotel to stop at in lively area and good rooms and helpful staff.Stayed twice in a week and upgraded both times.No breakfast but choices nearby

These guys think of everything when preparing your room from silverware to dish detergant!!! I honestly could not have been more satisfied!! Also it is very close & convinient to EVERYTHING!! Food,shopping, entertainment.

Went there for a weekend getaway and the hotel was more than we could have expected. Hotel is conveniently located and was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of things to do at hotel. All in all it was great and would try not to stay anywhere else in the area in the future.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and always wanting to help. The room was very nice, enjoyed the spacious suite. Everything was clean and fresh.

Staff was friendly and inviting, room was spotless and comfortable. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The hotel is sports themed and spacious. They have a nice fitness center and a beautiful pool. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are equipped with a half kitchenette. (no stove) here is the bad part: it's close to everything (in walking distance) but there are no sidewalks! They have no business center, the hot water takes […] a long time to come through, there is no grill or resturant there ( not ever continental), and the heater in our room was slow and irregular. Also, the sheets were comfortable but continuously would slide off to reveal the mattress. The price was excellent for what we received and the stay was pleasant. This hotel was conveniently located close to many restuarants and movie theatres as well as shopping. The suite was an excellent price, it was comfortable and very very clean. It was stocked with all the comforts of home such as dishes, a coffemaker, a blender, fridge microwave and more. A great place to stay! The rooms were spacious, nice clean bathrooms, comfy beds and pillows. Excellent getaway spot for families for a phenomenal price.

The hotel and concierges were great, but when someone tells me they are going to swipe my card and keep the information on file incase there is damage to the room or its contents, then holds that money before the sheets are even turned down and does not intent on releasing it for many days. When this is done on a bank card it is unacceptable. It has […] personally insulted us and although this is a nice establishment we do not intent to stay another night there or at any other Diamond Resort owned establishements. We have since found another hotel chain which we are very satisfied with, After seeing the "Undercover Bosses " we were looking forward to our stay, but there should be another way to retrieve repayment of damages or stolen items other than assuming good people are going to abuse the very place they spent the night. Since staying there, I have heard similar horror stories from other people. All I have to say is "Good Luck". Betray me once shame on you, Betray me twice shame on me. Our Hotel stay was Awesome while my Mom and I were There. We stayed for 3 days only had a small noise coming from one of the heaters and they were there in no time and had it fixed. Everybody working at the hotel were Awesome!! We plan on going back to town in March and we will be staying here again!!!! hotel was clean and well laid out inside. The sports photos on the wall were a great touch. No breakfast at this place but many restaurants close by.

Personal grew up in Mishawaka, In. for the first 25 years of my life. The Varsity Club was like this great hotel where all the rich Norte Dame fans stayed. As I was young I never seen myself staying here due to it being out of my leagues of hotels to stay in. This is holiday i took my first leave sense I joined the military 4 years ago that didn't require […] a death in the family. Came to surprise my father with my fiance that had never been to Indiana before. For that fact alone, and the fact that this was my first personal vaction in 5 years. I was really wanting to stay somewhere nice. I could have saved myself alot of money by just staying at a super 8. There was mold in the refrigerator. The room was set up to seem very small. Room services were pretty much completely shut down. I understand it was the holidays but I was on vacation and guest services couldn't even direct to places to be able to eat. This place was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was huge and felt more like a condo than a hotel room. The staff was very helpful and worked hard at making us feel comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel!!! Staff was very courteous and rooms were clean. The ONLY complaint I have is the Wifi kept kicking me out of the programs I was working in. Will definitely stay here again.

Varsity Clubs of America was probably the best choice I made when staying a hotel in a while. Pros: -Great Service -Room was clean when I first arrived and clean when I returned at night. -Everything that you would need as if living in an apartment. I.E. The Varisty Club of America in Mishawaka is a great place to getaway to from Chicago. It's in driving distance (about 2 hours) and offers a wide variety of places to eat and shop. The rooms are nice and spacious with kitchens or kitchenettes (depending on which wing your room is located). Only thing missing is an oven. Some rooms have cooktops, fridge […] and microwaves.
