Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The cleanliness met our expectations, the staff was accommodating, & the rooms were well decorated. The beds were more firm than we would have preferred, but I would stay here again. The location was near several restaurants, & the location provided easy access to the interstate.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Had breakfast at the Bistro in the hotel. Sandwich called the healthy start and it was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

After being in the Gulf Shores for a week, we headed home to IL but stopped in Cool Springs for the night. Great hotel, staff and very helpful and everything looked to be new yet I understand it the hotel was built 5 years ago. Great area

I had a lot of time to kill one afternoon, and the front desk staff gave me answers to all of my annoying questions. So very helpful to help me decide what to do for the day! Room was fantastic and neighborhood was full of great places to eat! Will stay at again!

This hotel has a new, clean, and colorful feel to it! I can't always be home, but I did feel right at home here. It has all the ammenities you need to relax and enjoy. A fridge and microwave would be nice, however everything else was excellent! Great stay for a very reasonable cost!

This facility is immaculate, the staff very professional and friendly. I would not stay there again because the "busines center" was right out in the lobby with no privacy at all. I did not take my laptop because the info on the site said business center, which implies a private area to conduct business. I lost valuable business time due to this!

Nice room and neighborhood. I should have checked things a little better to see that breakfast was for purchase only, and kind of pricey at that. But it was a nice stay nonetheless.

Not a bad place at all. Workers were friendly, water pressure was fine, clean, easy to find, parking abundant. The only complaint I have is that the beds were some very uncomfortable beds for any hotel above a Motel 6, especially for a Marriott property. This area is nice, clean, seemed rather quiet and safe. I would not have felt uncomfortable staying […] here even by myself (this trip I was with my family). We were going to stay in downtown Nashville, but this property was worth saving the $150 a night & to get around to see all of the Nashville area sites it was not a property too far out of the way. The hotel was beautiful and clean, my family and I loved the room colors and the way the room was decorated. The only thing that would have made it better was to included a mini breakfast especially for the price of almost $140.00. However we will stay here again.

We were VERY pleased with our stay. My wife was wondering how we got the room for such a reasonable price. Everything went well, including the fairly-priced nutritional breakfast. We plan to stay here when we come back to Franklin and Nashville.

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Everything looked new and super clean and the Starbucks and Cafe were very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and felt new. The bathroom was clean and bright and had granite countertops. The room also had a small refrigerator which was useful. I am very picky about hotels and prefer to stay in those which rate 4-5 stars. I cannot handle mold in the grout or stains on the carpet or duvets. We had a great stay! Check in and check out we're as smooth and quick as I could have dreamed. The hotel is in a great location. Our room was ideal. We got upgraded to a balcony room for free.

We had a loud quest above us, but this does not reflect on the hotel. Otherwise we had a great stay. Hotel employees were very friendly.

Hotel is in a nice location with multiple restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is nice inside and out and has a large lobby with a lot of seating. Although we didnt use it there is room service offered. We had an unexpected nice surprise, which was a balcony with a table and chairs. I believe the balconies are offered with the king suites, […] but I am not sure. We plabbed to stat only one night but decided to stay a second night because for the price it was great. The tv was at an odd angle from the bed because it swiveled to share between bed abd sitting area/desk and it was a bit small, but it didnt bother us because we barely watched tv. Clean, nice room in a great complex next to a lot of restaurants. Easy access from the highway and very close to the mall. Safe neighborhood with great greenway space for running. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel..... and Awesome staff. The day shift front desk staff on Saturday was a sweetheart and knew the finer points of what real customer service is all about. The place is very well maintained, clean, and a good value.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Rooms could use a full length mirror. Lobby is great with electrical outlets all over the place for working while charging electronics. Service was great. This was our second time to stay at this motel and we enjoyed our stay there very much again. The motel and the grounds were very pretty and clean. The room is very clean and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place for much needed R&R. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, lots of space and a lovely balcony in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
