Cordial and accommodating staff. Initially we were placed in a room higher up and, due to this, my internet signal was very weak. Upon consulting the front desk I was immediately and without hesitation moved down to a similar room at a lower level. This despite the fact that the hotel was very busy. The people were very nice. Location was good too! The bed was very very bad..... The best part of the stay was the shower. It was by far the best shower which of couse you needed it because the bed was sooooo uncomfortable... I suggest you never stay here in the Murphy bed room. Other than that everything was fine.

I had stayed at Polo Towers about 10 years ago... I knew it was nice... but I forgot about how nice....The renovations done are amazing... Going forward, I will always stay at Polo Towers... We were happy to be in a clean, smoke free environment set back from the strip, but close enough to be within walking distance.

Nice location right off strip. Well equiped condo with bedroom, living room and litchen, vs. basic double queen hotel room. The whole suite was designed with absolute functionality; the decor was simple but elegant. The pillows and beddings were heavenly. I would have rated a total 4 but NOT as the carpet was not vacuumed. The soles of our feet got very dirty when we walk around on barefeet! Please call the hotel management attention, please. My stay at the Polo Towers was magnificent from the prompt and friendly customer service, to the home comfort of the room. I would definately stay there on my next trip.

This is a great hotel if you have more than 4 people staying with you because you have 2 rooms and a living area with 2 full bathrooms. You also have a regular size frig to put all your alcohol and food in. Only cons are there in no casino there so you have to walk to at least Planet Hollywood across the street and the parking structure is a bit small. Other […] than that.... It's good for the price. I have stayed at this hotel before and have enjoyed it a lot. If you are looking for something that's on the strip, but more comfortable than just the average hotel room stay here. The down falls were that the pool is nice, but only older couples were there and it made it somewhat awkward since my boyfriend and I are 21. The other complaint that I have […] is that there is a $250 security deposit that I was not notified about in my reservation details. It would have been nice to know that in advance because I had to transfer money right then to my card in order to get my already paid for room. Good location just off the strip acces road badly lit and poor .Roof swimming pool ideal if someone would monitor the people leaving towels and being away for hours .The room wifi is not free and is not dependable .

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome. Privacy for both couples in very clean rooms. It has a convenient location and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It was more low key than some of the other strip hotels, but it was beautiful and such a great rate. Ive rarely stayed in such a nice place, top of the line really. Ill stay again anytime I go back to Vegas :)

I found the hotel to be very convienient to the south end of the strip, a short walk leads to halfway between the MGM and Planet Hollywood. The (1) bedroom w/ King was spacious and quiet. I was on business, but would choose this hotel again if I ever came back for business or pleasure.

This is a timeshare place so if you are not one of the owners you don't get good service. I had to pay to use the gym and for coffee in the morning. Cleaning service only cleaned and took your trash if you asked for it. Plumbing was poor, elevators works occasionally. If all you want is a place to crash then it's fine. The hotel is right on the strip. It's across from the Monte Carlo and within easy 'walking' distance to some of the other Casinos. When we first got there I was a little concerned because the outside of the building looked a little rundown but i was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. Recommend the place for its location. Liked the fact that it is a no pet and no smoking hotel for someone who has allergies. There were questionable stains on the sheets and hair on the pillow cases. Very good place to stay. Quiet, non-smoky, attentive staff. Barely off the strip and gives you a break from the crowds. Lots to do going in any direction. Also the hotel smells nice.

Three friends and myself stayed at the Polo Towers over Labor Day weekend -- as we were flying home, my boyfriend asked, "So, what are you going to rate it?" Without thinking about my reasons, I said, "Well, probably about three stars." Why three stars? Yes, the location is great. For being mere steps from the Las Vegas Strip, it's amazingly quiet. […] The bed was amazingly comfortable, and it was actually kind of nice to not have a casino downstairs. However: be warned that it is a timeshare. Very soft-sell, but a timeshare nonetheless. Quite frankly, I don't want to be asked to sit through several hours of a hard sell while I'm on vacation -- and they didn't come right out with it, either. It was, "So what are you planning on doing while you're here in Vegas." When I told her that we were playing it by ear and had a list of things, but nothing set in stone, she kept probing and finally came out with the, "Well, this is a timeshare, and if you sit through one of our presentations, you can get discounted tickets." This was not presented up-front, however. There were plumbing issues in the kitchen sink -- the service was quite prompt once we discovered the source of the stench, but it's never pleasant to have the smell of rotten eggs floating through both rooms, almost strong enough to make even the strong-stomached amongst us gag a little bit. The bedroom lights are incredibly hard to find. On the last day, we discovered one bedroom light switch in the kitchen (?) and one behind the fake curtains by the bed. I had to go to the front desk several times to get my cards re-keyed, even though in the meantime they'd only been in my hand/pocket, nowhere where they could've been demagnetized -- they just plain didn't work. So yes, I do recommend this hotel if you're not looking for a "Las Vegas Experience" (with a capital "E"). It's pretty comfortable and the location is convenient. Fantastic location between Paris & MGM close to many of the Strips best known attractions. 1 bedroom apartment was spacious & had well equipped kitchen. King bed was very comfortable, did not use the pull down Murphy bed. Pool is small, not for swimming but great for a cooling off dip. Polo Towers was perfect for me on my business trip to Vegas. Easy to get in, self parking (outdoors and underground), friendly staff, fantastic spacious room that's more like an apartment with a really well equipped kitchen. Only downside is the wi-fi charge per device.

Accomodations very nice! No signage on strip,descrete signage on building. Difficult to find entrance drive, front or rear.

In order find out which elevator to take to one's room you have to go to the other side of the front desk to get your "free gift" - magazines with coupons and maps. Noting my disinterest the agent just checked me off the list.

It has a great location with home like atmosphere. Great place for families to stay in Vegas!

Had a studio unit; unit had a murphy bed which was OK but unit needed to have a comfortable side chair. There was a chair at the desk, but because of handicap needed a more comfortable chair to sit in similar to ones in the lobby. The position is very good and convenient.

Excellent location. We were on the 6th floor and no noise from the strip at all. Very large condo lovely to be able to spread out with the 3 kids. Extremely clean. Air con a little on the noisy side but all things considered was the perfect place for us to stay. Seem to be very busy but plenty of staff on so very little wait required.

Good location. Booked for the price. Pull out bed in the studio instead of mattress was unusual. Room was nice, bathroom had not been cleaned. Service could use some improvement.

The hotel was nice and located a little way back from the Strip. However, our stay was spoiled by a stupid mistake by the hotel. We were woken up in the midle of the night by a non-English speaking emplyee of the hotel delivering a blanket that we have not asked for. He knoked four times before we opened the door, so he should know we were not expecting […] him. Pro: No casino in the hotel. Pro: One-room suite has two flat-screen TVs — one in the bedroom and one in the living room. (We arrived after peak check-in, so the traffic in the lobby was quite low.) Con: When leaving the hotel for the day/night, the bellhop annoyingly tried to up-sell us on using a private car service before he reluctantly and slowly called us a taxi, as we requested. (When we asked him why he was so persistent to try and get us to use the private car service, he said he gets a kick-back from the driver.) Con: TVs were small, no HBO. very good hotel very good people

Upon arriving we used the valet parking. Entrance to the hotel is hard to find. Valet parking is very nice. Check in took us about 10 minutes, no waiting in line and the concierge was very helpful. Did try to sell us timeshare but were not pushy about it. The room, we got a 1 bedroom was very clean and spacious..I was pleasently surprised.
