"Very disappointed"
Arrived late afternoon after a 60 mile bicycle ride beginning at 5:30 a.m. to find out room was not equipped with cot as requested. Disappointed that it had no shuttle service as hotel is not really convenient to nearby amenities but knew that in advance. Room was on second floor and NO elevators! Except for the fact there was lots of noise outside our door at 1 in the morning that lasted about 45 minutes and the fact that even though I paid for a breakfast w/ my stay and the hotel said they don't do that (honored it anyway) it was a nice stay.

We really weren't in the room much because we had a full weekend of activities planned but I wanted to mention the front desk. The employees at the front desk were helpful, courteous, and very knowledgable. Whether I wanted directions or just some information, they answered me quickly and efficently and with a smile.. Upon checkout, we even considered […] taking another route home and we were provided a printed mapquest of the new route - that we ended up taking so we were very glad to have printed directions. The complimentary breakfast is also worth mentioning. The wait staff was friendly and the food was plentiful and delicious. We had a very strange experience, we went to go into the lounge at 10:30 pm and were carded, we are 59 years old, my purse was up in the room they would not let us in even though we were staying at the hotel, my husband had his ID, we had been in the lounge earlier that day with no problem. "Great Hotel"
Room was cleand and beds more than confortable. Love that it had a balcony/entrance that over looked the pool area, very convenient. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. My only complaint is that the cleaning lady showed up at 9 a.m. on the morning we checked out.
