The Inn At St Botolph - บอสตัน

Been before would go back again. Great location next to Prudential Center easy walking distance of Boston Common, Newbury St close to train station etc. Hotel is lovely very well decorated,very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, continental breakfast provided (along with tea and coffee available all day), cooking facilities in room along with full […] sized fridge freezer. And most of all good value too. Last time we stayed in a one bed suite which is like a small apartment and this time in a studio-both equally nice. Staff also very helpful we dined at Moo one of their affiliated restaurants (in their sister property XV Beacon) one night and they arranged for the XV Beacon hotel car to come and pick us up and bring us back to the hotel and we got a 25% discount on our meal. This really is a great find and a lovely little hotel. If you like a big fancy reception, a turn down service and waiters on tap this is not for you but don't overlook it -in all other ways it is a beautiful 5 star boutique hotel and you can still get maid service อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We loved our recent stay at the Inn at St Botolph and it was a great place to finish our 4 week USA and Canada holiday. We enjoyed having the self sufficiency of our own kitchen and a separate bedroom and living area. The hotel has lots of exterior character but modern decor inside. The neighbourhood is great and full of consistent brownstone style […] houses. Location is brilliant just near the Prudential Centre so easy access to shops and restaurants. The T station is just around the corner so easy access to downtown, seaport, Harvard etc but we also found it good if you want to walk around Boston. Fantastic, innovative decor and location, free wifi and washing facilities make this a fantastic place to stay in Boston. I wish I could have stayed longer!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Inn. It was clean and comfortable and for how little time I spent in the room it had everything I needed. The bathroom didn't have any counter space to set ammenitites on but it was workable. I found the daytime staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommed this hotel.

Staying at the St. Botolph is truly like renting an apartment for the weekend. Classic design with modern accents, quiet and comfortable. Perfect location for my needs, right next to the Prudential Center. A real hidden gem.

Though it is comfortable and very private, it may be a bit impersonal as well. The truth is there is no need for human contact, as you get a combination to get into the hotel and your room. Continental breakfast is self served in a lounge area and you ususally never see any other guests. But having free wireless internet access, gym and breakfast included […] makes a great difference. We had a great stay at the Inn at St Botolph- it felt more like we were renting an apartment than a hotel room. I come to Boston about once a month for work and have stayed at a lot of great hotels in the area. The Inn at St. Botolph was wonderful because it didn't feel like a hotel. It was quiet, in a beautiful neighborhood and really made me feel like I had my own apartment in Back Bay. The staff was really helpful with the few needs that we had. Great location and we enjoyed the overall experience, but with the dark carpets and floors, they really need a housekeeping service that can (or will) vacuum and mop floors and dust furniture. Very pretty, pleasant staff, clean, and a five-star location. Also, I was surprised to find a kitchenette in my single room; this place seems perfect for extended stay travelers. I hope to return (with my girlfriend and daughter) for a long weekend to visit Boston.

As a frequent business traveler, I absolutely appreciate how homey this Inn is. It allows me to keep left overs and cook some basic things in it's kitchen. Enough room to put away clothes when you are there for a week.

Price included breakfast which was simple cold buffet style but not in a bad way, lots of choice with food and hot drinks. Hot drinks free to guests until 10pm. We stayed four nights at the Inn - it is central location and stunning surrounding neighourhood in a beautiful building. The TV was very hard to use even had to get the guy to get it working The safe was in pieces on the floor. We asked for our room to be cleaned one day and it wasn't. Very strange hotel from start to our departure.Reception was very lazy,one morning had run out of milk and orange juice ,so we went over the road to corner store and bought some as the motel didnt seem to care. One day ,even though we had requested room maid,our room was not serviced,same thing happened next day to our travel companions.

Our hotel room had been damaged by water and was uninhabitable. The Hotel had booked us a room in another hotel as a substitute. The other hotel was in a very different location and the quality of the new hotel was much less than the one we had initially booked with. We were assured the hotel management would deal with us after the fact. Management […] did not return two messages, and was generally difficult to get in touch with. When I finally did get them on the phone, the manager informed me there was nothing he could do to fix our problem. Thankfully, Expedia was able to get us all of our money back. The Inn at St Botolph might be nice, but I wouldn't know, as we didn't get a chance to stay there. I can tell you, however, that the hotel management is not nice. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and in general, not available. I do not think one should be in the hotel business without being able to provide assistance to customers more than a few hours a day a couple of days a week. This hotel couldn't have been more perfect. It was literally a block from the nearest subway station (Prudential) and the keyless access was very convenient. The suite was stylish and comfortable. I stayed recently for a business trip and was thoroughly please with both the upkeep and style of the hotel. There was keyless entry which for me a business traveler was excellent - I needed to get somewhere quickly after dropping my bags off and it was seamless. It was a short walk from the Back Bay train station so it was perfect for coming in on a Acela train from NYC. The staff was pleasant, helpful with info, baggage storage and the continental breakfast area was immaculate. The rooms were excellent recently done or designed and lots of ammenities in the kitchenette. Great for an extended stay I am sure with full kitchenette and refridgerator. We stayed in Boston overnight after coming in by train. We arrived at the hotel around 5:00 and the access code (they don't need use key cards) worked perfectly. The building is a brownstone in the Back Bay that is on a nice, quiet street a block and a half from the Prudential Center. They are a green hotel, offering recycling and "touch up" service for stays of less than 8 days so they are a good choice if you are looking for this. There was a light fixture in the room that was a little loose but aside from that is was very well maintained and clean. La stanza è molto bella. Molto efficiente il servizio di ingresso ed uscita dall' hotel con codici di accesso alla stanza che vengono inviati per mail e quindi con un ceck-in e check-out "automatici" senza dover passare da una reception. Per soggiorni di durata inferiore ad una settimana la stanza non viene pulita.
