The lobby is super swanky, very modern and beautiful! The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was Ginormous and very modern, a real treat. Breakfast was really nice and having the option for good coffee brewed fresh for you was a real plus! WE WILL BE BACK!

No hot tub! Understaffed! Pool cold! Breakfast was awfull! Rooms were nice n comfortable but the smoke alarm kept beeping off and on!

clean, comfortable, well priced. Check-in and check-out quick and friendly. Free breakfast was ok, better then most places I have stayed at. The only issue I had was the volume of water coming out of the shower head, weak. Overall I would not hesitate to stay again.

Room was clean, all staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, free wifi - what more could you ask? Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to freeway, shopping, eating and medical! The beds are amazing!! Was in heaven in bed while watching the nice big flat screen T.V. before falling asleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel!! Nice and cozy :)

The whole family loved our rooms. Both times we've stayed.

We have 2 small children, so we look for places with newer and clean amenities. My husband is also a "Techie" and has to have the best technology to make his stay comfortable. We were blown away by the hotel! The hotel was easy to get to from the expressway. Our room was very clean with mini-fridge and food prep area, full size couch, desk with lots […] of technical connections(I don't know what they all were but he was excited); 2 beds with white duvets(needed a couple firmer pillows), upgraded blow dryer(not the one mounted on the wall), bath tub and floor very clean ( I have 2 kids under 3 that play on the floor); Flat screen (60"?) TV that swiveled between beds and sitting area; Consierge brought a pack-n-play to my room asap with no extra charge (forgot the sheet for it though); The breakfast was the selling feature. If you were at a restaurant you would have easily paid $12+/person for the breakfast buffet. Real plates and silverware, hot breakfast sandwiches and meats, cereal, yogurt, a wide variety of fruits and juices, toaster waffles/breads, pastry platter was 5% of the buffet, not 25% like at most other hotels. The staff was very helpful in getting me a large take-out platter to compile several things to take back to my family up in the room. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Grand Rapids. Compared to the Riverside Downtown Hotels they are older buildings and you will have to pay for parking. Even at the Amway Grand on a previous visit we didn't have a flat screen TV and a walk to the pool was like going for a long hike. My husband enjoyed going to the bar in the evening. We didn't use the pool or workout facility, but it looked nice. Pharmacies and stores in the area are closed by 10PM on a weekday so make sure you get what you need before then. this is a nice new hotel with a few restaurant near by , located across a medical center , less than 5-10 minutes from downtown. good prices too

Thanks for a great stay however, I do wish you would add body lotion to the room toiletries like most of the other hotels I stay at. Although this is not a deal breaker, it sure would be nice. (I had forgotten to bring some) See you soon.

Everything at this hotel was impressive- from the cleanliness, modern decor, friendley staff and even a very delicious continental breakfast....

I enjoyed my 2-day stay at the Hyatt. I was greeted warmly when I arrived. The front desk clerk graciously looked up and printed directions to several restaurants in the area. My only complaint which happens to be in my opinion a big one, is that I booked for a king size bed and when I got to the hotel I was given a room with queen beds. They were unable to accommidate me by switching rooms, they didn't seem concerned that I wasn't happy. Questioned me if I had really booked a room for a king. One of the best Hotel s I like to stay in and enjoy my vacation or work. The employees are very professional. The breackfast is POOR. The price is $10 high compare to Court Yard that gives better breackfast.

hotel is only 2.5 years old, lovely furnishings, very comfortable and spacious rooms. Service was great; 24 hour food available. This is a limited service hotel, so you go down to get your food, but compared to Courtyard or Residence Inn, it was much nicer. Starbucks limited service on site with reasonable prices.

Really nice hotel, we got a room with 2 queen beds and it was really a very big room - lots of room. Nice lobby.

Clean, new, modern and comfortable. Will stay here next time I am in the Grand Rapids area.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel for business. From the check in to check out I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Exercise room had minimal equipment but what they did have was really high end!!!

Everything was excellent with this hotel. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

The hotel Hyatt Place Grand Rapids South - very nice property in a good location. Down side was when we checked in there was hair in the shower that my wife called to have cleaned up. We were gone unil 11 at night and when we returned we had to call a second time to have the shower cleaned as they had not taken care of it. The other disappointment was […] the breakfast which consisted of fresh and frozen fruit(a hotel should never sell packaged frozen fruit), cereal, fruit, juice and toast. Convenient to highways, very quiet - and appears to be safe - location. I liked that it is LEED certified. Room was clean, no complaints about anything.

This was a great hotel. The room was large and clean, service great, good free breakfast! The only negative about the hotel is its location---it's rather isolated. If that's not a problem for you, this is a great place to stay.

I loved this hotel. Every amenity that I could possibly think of as a traveler was provided to me. Very trendy and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Pool closed, blow dryer broken, breakfast poorly organized ran out of dishes, crowded with a dance team

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and loved my stay. The only thing is that the doors slam shut and at 7am when all the business people leave , I was constantly awakend with slamming doors. Other than that GREAT hotel!

Everything about the room & the hotel was as advertised. When we're in need of a hotel in the GR area, we'll definately stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in Grand Rapids. We look for a compfortable hotel reasonably priced with breakfast included. At check in we were informed about the breakfast hours during the week 7-9:30 and on the weekend 7-10:00.The room has a well used comfortable full size couch. No closet to speak of as it is cramed in the coner with […] little to no room to access it. The sink was outside the bathroom which we don't like however thank goodness it was as the bathroom is so small you have to get in the shower to close the bathroom door(not kidding). the bathroom has a full wall cermatic shower with a half glass partition. the tile not so clean and the glass does not hold the water in the shower. Bathroom floor gets wet, really wet, and oh housekeeping does not clean bathroom daily as the glass was never cleaned and the floor had hair on it . The king bed had a lump that made you roll into the middle, and the down comforter was not in a dovet cover it was put between two top sheets, so you know what that means, yeck! The first morning my husband went down to check out breakfast at 8:30 we was able to get a cup of coffee but the only items avilable for breakfast were cold cereal as hot hotmeal is only offered every other day and as he was looking they were cleaning by 9 it looked like nothing had even been there even the coffee gone. The next morning we had until 10, so we went down at 9:15 still nothing but cold cereal and a computer you could order hot food from we ordered scrabbled eggs bacon and toast. only to find out at check out that the breakfast would cost us $6.95 each, and coffee gone. To make a long story short if your looking for a nice, clean, quite place with a good hot breakfast to start your day this is not the hotel for you. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
