In late April there was no heating system on, so rooms were really cold. The beds were awful, noisy and uncomfortable. There was only sheets on the beds but no blankets, so we had to ask for blankets every night from the reception, although the blankets were really disgusting and not clean. The staff were helpful and friendly though.

Cheap and short notice in April,my first choices were charging silly prices. Could not be easier to find as the airport bus for Arenal stops at the end of the street.Bus stop to the airport is a bit further along. Useful shops leading up to hotel including i-net cafe (cheaper than Hotel). Good Things: Near Airport, Cheap for H/B, Beach quite near and nice. Not so good - gave me food poisoning! reception and management unhelpful, cost of wifi, food only ok but a bit samey and hotel and area felt more suited to the germans.

We stayed in the hotels Nubia room, which wasn't so bad if not even better because of they noise in the resort itself. So I was quite happy we stayed one block further away. We didnt actually get to stay at the Palma Bay Complex, after careful research we paid a bit extra through Expedia rather than other sites to ensure we didnt get 'promo' rooms offsite. On arrival we were worried to be told they were overbooked and we were being 'upgraded' to the Mediterranean Bay sister hotel. Didnt have the same landscaped grounds as Palma Bay so probably wouldn't have selected this hotel ourselves but it was finished to a high standard , food & facilities were good, easy walk to beach etc. Had a lovely 5 day stay in the end. Hotel molto grande frequentato da comitive, abbastanza efficiente ma spersonalizzato. La posizione è a poche centinaia di metri dal lungomare ma si trova in un quartiere collinare e quindi andando e tornando dalla spiaggia bisogna affrontare una discreta salita. L'albergo non dispone di un proprio parcheggio e parcheggiare nei pressi non è sempre facile. […] In fase di prenotazione con hotels.com abbiamo richiesto una stanza con bagno accessibile alle persone in carrozzina e l'operatore prima di darci la conferma ha gentilmente telefonato per assicurarsi che fosse disponibile ma quando abbiamo fatto il check in hotel ci hanno detto che l'informazione non risultava. Solo dopo aver mostrato copia della prenotazione in cui era richiesto imprescindibilmente ci è stata assegnata la stanza che quindi forse solo per caso era disponibile. Si è verificata una infiltrazione di acqua nel soffitto con relativo gocciolamento nei pressi del comodino. Il problema non deve essere nuovo in quanto la porzione di soffitto interessata era già scrostata. Il personale, sebbene gentile, si è mostrato poco collaborativo. La signora delle pulizie ha evidenziato che non era di sua competenza mentre alla reception hanno preso nota della segnalazione ed annunciato l'intervento di un tecnico (che non è poi avvenuto) e solo su nostra richiesta è stato recuperato un secchio che ci siamo tenuti per tre giorni, quando ha smesso di piovere. En general bien, cerca de la playa, aunque hay que bajar y subir una cuesta para llegar, la comida no muy variada, pero abundante y a todas horas, lo peor las juergas nocturnas, gente pasando por mi balcón, las instalaciones bien, la habitación pequeña, las piscinas bien y la animación entretenida.

Ci siamo appena stati con i nostri 3 figli e il nostro giudicio globale è buono. Ci sono 4 piscine non molto grande ma piacevole con parecchie zone d'ombra. A giugno non c'è ancora troppo gente quindi è l'ideale. Per luglio e agosto penso che puo essere un pò piu chaotico. Ci sono 5 palazzine e noi eravamo nel Copacabano quindi zona tranquilla. Le palazzine […] Nubia e Sahara sono fuori dal complesso, quindi più scomodo. Se vi trovate nel complesso Acapulco dove c'è la zona di animazione potrebbe essere rumoroso fino alle 23.00. La formula all inclusive è perfetta. Gelati e granite per i bambini a gogo... anche nel buffet c'è una grande scelta. Per un albergo 3 stelle, trovo la qualità/prezzo ottimo. Dall'aeroporto prendete il bus publico N° 21, arriva a 300m dell'albergo e vi costo solo 2,50Euro. Non si tratta però della zona più bella di Maiorca. De locatie was prima, lekker dicht bij zee. Kamer was netjes verzorgd, dagelijks schoongemaakt. Kamer was wel toe aan vernieuwing. Ontbijt, lunch en snacks waren prima, avondeten viel wat tegen. Fijne zwembaden met ligbedden, allemaal erg netjes onderhouden. De prijs- kwaliteitverhouding is prima.

För det priset var det mycket bra. Mycket folk i rörelse med betoning på ungdomar troligen skolklasser från Tyskland. Nära till strand samt buss. Får räkna med liv o rörelse. Minus dock det som kallas gym, i stort enbart löpband med låsta dörrar. Trevlig personal samt rent o snyggt.

Værelset jeg fik stemte overhovedet ikke til det der var beskrevet, receptionisten reagerede meget arrogant da jeg gjorde opmærksom på dette. Værelset var støvet da jeg ankom og der blev ikke støvet af under opholdet. Fine hotellrom men vond sofabenk fro voksene. Jeg vil anbefale og la barnene ligge på sofaen!!, men en herlig svensk masasje fikset opp i de vonde ryggene etter 6 netter på sofabenken. Servicen fra personalet var upåklagelig, de var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi var der i månedskiftet mars april og vannet i bassenget (som ikke er oppvarmet) var […] kaldt . Heldigvis har dette hotellet et helt ok inneanlegg som vi benyttet flittig. Mitt beste tips, sørg for å få rom i byggning 1 mot basseng området for å få kveldssol. Udmærket ophold og all incl. udbuddet af mad og drikkevare var tilfredsstillende, selvom det naturligvis bliver lidt ensformigt efter få dage. Ikke alle værelser har balkon selvom Hotels.com skriver dette og på det næste værelse vi fik virkede aircon ikke og det tog flere dage at få dette udbedret..Aircon virker i øvrigt kun fra kl. 24 - 12... ikke […] optimalt for børn ! Vi købte hotellet med all inclusive, hvilket for os var dejligt. Det koster ca. 16 euro at køre med taxa fra lufthavnen til hotellet. Det er også muligt at tage bussen for ca. 2 euro, og køretiden er under 30 min. Vær opmærksom på at værelser på Nubia, Gobi og Sahara ligger ca. 2-5 min fra selve palma bay komplekset. Der er rig mulighed for at få […] mad og drikke dagen lang på hotellet. Det er ikke altid den bedste kvalitet, men udvalget er fint, så der skulle være nogen for en hver smag. Der er aktiviter hver dag og underholdning hver aften, og med 3 pools er stedet et paradis for børn. Det tager ca 5 min at gå ned til stranden, som er en utrolig skøn en af slagsen med tilhørende strandpromenade.
