An excellent place to stay - the Vine gave us everything we needed for a week's total rest and relaxation. Staff were incredibly friendly & professional, hotel immaculate. Only downers were the roof Jacuzzi and Spa pool were out of order and the roof pool was not heated.

Bjr, j'ai remarque que dans les commentaires vous etes plus interresses par savoir si a l'accueil la fille est souriante ou si le petit dejeuner est copieux. Dans le cas du Vine : dans la rue, personne ne comprend ce mot puisque chacun le prononce comme il veut et peut, Je pense que 5 etoiles ne veux absolument rien dire si on compare au vrai 5 etoiles. […] ou autre sur place, pas anglais courant ( un minimum ) pas de service personnalisé et ce n'est pas un probleme d'argent; ça n'existe pas .Je ne pense pas que les parois des wc en verre transparent ...justifie les etoiles.Ou peut etre la piscine sur le toit , tres belle ok. ou le restaurant gastronomique ou on mange tout seul puisque pas de client... Un personnel courtois mais incompétent , trop jeunes et qui doit reférer chaque situation a un chef qui evidement n'est pas present( donc par tel), desemparer pour tout( fraichement sorti de l'ecole , c'est moins cher, pour le standing voulu.... l'acces est introuvable( la reception est au 1er etage d'un centre commercial !) c'est le cote positif nous sommes en centre ville. Malgre ses 2 ans d'age personne ne le connait , ni la police( plus d'une heure pour le trouver) Eviter de donner des info google maps erronee, ne dites rien , c'est mieux: parceque les adresses au milieu du port.. Le mini bar dans les chambres non controlé ( si on ne fait pas attention on paie le sachet de cacahetes discretement ouvert par le client precedent) pas de choix , quand au vrai bar ...il n'y a personne d'affecte. Aucune info dans les chambres comme dans n'importe quel hotel sur la ville et autre, mais on a droit au livre de" 3 tonnes "des Spa dans le monde! C'est la mode( c'est 10 fois mieux dans n'importe Novotel de la planete). Pas de passage ou emplacement reserve devant l'entrée de l'hotel , Oh! du centre commercial pour garer l'auto et decharger les bagages,( 5 etoiles?) il faut laisser l'epouse qui garde l'auto stoppée avec les feux de detresse dans une petite ruelle..Oui le centre n' อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Nous sommes allés à l'hôtel The Vine au mois de mars - basse saison à Madère. C'était parfait. Proche de tout ce que la ville de Funchal a à offrir, à quelques pas de bons restos et dans un centre commercial ouvert jusqu'à 22h00. Tout est à la porté de main. Dommage que le jacuzzi extérieur était en panne pendant notre séjour. Lumières tamisées dans tout l'hôtel - s'abstenir pour ceux qui aiment les endroits éclairés. Petit déjeuner sympa. I searched and found the perfect hotel for complete relaxation. Madeira was not in my mind, but when I saw the hotel on the internet and read the reviews I decided to give it a try - and I'm glad I did. It's the most relaxing holiday I've had in years. And the reason? The Vine! I stayed there for seven nights, a jounior suite at the winter (4th) floor […] and it was, as they promise, a devine experience! The design of the hotel is organized aorund vine - and it's carried out to the smallest detail. At the same time it captures important Portugese charactersitics, like the pebbles, and the material that are used exquisite. It is a pure pleasure to go to bed in the evening, lay down in an always perfectly made bed and let the soft Egyptian cotton of the bedding surround your body. It's also a pleasure to wake up, take a shower or a bath before going down to breakfast (or order it to your room) where an always welcoming staff attend to your needs in a professional and discrete way. The rooftop with its pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds and 360 bar is a great place to chill out during the day, it's a really realxing environment, a quiet place with astonishing view and excellent service. It's also a great place for having an aperitif before dining at the UVA or a coffee after dinner. I dined at the UVA twice, and especially the first time when I had the tasting menue with the reccommended wines was a great experience. The second time, the first course was a bit overflavoured to my taste, but all in all a very good experience. It is truley a gourmet restaurant, but as most restaurants there is room for improvements regarding the combinations of flavours in some of the dishes. All the wines, except the champagnes of course, are from Portugal. If you are not so familiar with Portugese wine the sommeliers help you make excellent choices, the desert wine that was reccommended with the peaches was a heavenly combination I'll never forget. L'hotel è di vero design, con tutti i comfort ma la parte incredibile è la zona piscina sul tetto con bar e ristorante. Solo quella vale la pena del viaggio a Madeira. Il design è assoluto e, abbianto alla vista superba, rende il posto rilassantissimo e piacevolissimo anche per soggiornarvi lunghe ore (a Madeira le poche spiagge sono piuttosto brutte!). La […] posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale e permette di vivere la piacevolissima cittadina di Madeira a piedi e senza alcun stress.
