The Hotel was perfectly located !! Clean, friendly and just right. The best part were the instructions on the alarm clock so you knew how to use it~!! Thanks

This hotel was great. A little drive from where we wanted to go but really enjoyed the stay. Room was clean, breakfast waffles were good and our service was great. The room was a little noisy, a buzzing noise we couldn't identify - just don't get the room next to the elevators - but other than that has a nice stay

This hotel is excellent for nonsmokers period. The bed was comfortable and free of bed bugs, so i liked that. Upon booking this hotel I informed the people that i would like the smoking section and I feel that good customer service would have been to let me know that you cannot smoke and I could've chosen another hotel instead of being charged an extree […] fee for smoking. Clean, new hotel. Good service. Awesome complimentary hot breakfast. Great place to stay if you have kids.

As always, our stay was wonderful! In Poway to visit our daughter & family for Christmas. This Hampton Inn has a great breakfast, clean pool & hot tub area. Rooms are always immaculate. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Great Tech room to have access to 2 computers. Very quiet hotel, away from traffic. Super friendly staff, VERY clean and comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, relaxing pool! We have stayed at other hotels in Poway when visiting family, always with disappointment. The Hampton is beautiful and we will always stay here from now on when coming to town!! A++

Very nice pool jacuzzi with jets and very soft beds Mouthwash shampoo and near sea world

This is by far one of the best Hotels I have stayed in. The room's were absolutely clean, the staff were very friendly and hospitable and their morning breakfast was absolutely great. I had to visit Poway on short notice and knew the Hampton was the newest place in town. I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay. The bed was especially comfy and the whole place was clean and bright. I would return without a doubt.

Had all the amenities we needed, while visiting our daughter and family in Poway. Was located in the TECH & Business area so not really close to a lot of restaurants or stores, but quiet and very clean. We had the pool to ourselves during the afternoon. All the staff was very friendly and most helpful in directions. The facility was top notch. The only dr awback was a need to re-strap the pool chairs and lounges. Great breakfast with many tasty choices and a different hot meal every day. We stayed a week and this was our second extended stay there.

This was conveniently located to our destination - celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary with friends in Scripps Ranch, San Diego. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was very comfortable. Great breakfast

Excellent service, great accomodations, good value.

This hotel is perfectly setup for any group looking for a wonderful hotel at a great price for any traveling sports team. Stayed their with our gymnastic team and it was fantastic, would stay their again.

The Hotel was marvelous. Room was fine, staff was great, breakfast was enough for anyone. We used the lobby to visit with local friends. We're pleased to find this Hampton Inn and suites at Poway where near my son's house. It made convenience to visit. We enjoyed staying one night at a comfortable bed in a nice room. We had great breakfast and coffee. The customer service was the greatest. We also like the free InterNet, too. We were very satisfied with this hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in quite a while. The room was great with a free upgrade for the Holidays. Service was top notch. Morning breakfast changed daily and had a good variety. I highly recommend this Hotel for price and quality.

This was a great find! I expected it to be more rural and less sophisticated. It was a pleasant surprise...very elegant!

The hotel was clean and spacious. Not croweded. Breakfast was adequate. Neighbors were a little noisy. Good value. We'll return to this and other Hampton Inns.

We booked it on Hotels.com and after reading several favorable reviews decided to see it for ourselves. This hotel was not only a good value, but was also very clean. Usually you sacrifice cleanliness for savings, but this hotel was very immaculate. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly sufficient.

I had a little business in the area and we decided to turn that into a weekend vacation for the family. Something big was going on in San Diego, so finding a hotel room was tricky. We ended up booking here simply due to availability, but we left as big fans of the place. The hotel was clean, and the beds were excellent with high end linens, covers and […] pillows...as good as Marriott's or Crowne Plaza's. They provided a help-yourself style breakfast that was just fine and they had coffee in the lobby all day. My kids loved the pool, and the staff was nice to them, even when we weren't around. About the only thing I could poke at would be the location...it's not near the traditional San Diego vacation spots like the ocean, Sea World, the Scripts Aquarium, etc. It *is* near, however, to the Mirimar Marine base where the Marine air show is put on every year. We plan on coming back to see that and we'll look to book with this hotel for that trip. Also in terms of location, you have to drive a bit to get into downtown Poway to find things like theaters and restaurants. But if you have a car, the travel isn't a big deal. It's a little out of the way, but completely worth it. Nicer than most hotels I've stayed in, particularly since it's brand new. I highly recommend it.

New hotel, very nice. Lives up to the Hampton reputation. Hotel is in a good part of town as well. Staff was top notch and treated us with the utmost respect the entire time.

This was a very clean and nice hotel. It is a little bit away from San Diego action, but definitely worth it to stay here. The price was reasonable for the quality of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Awesome flat screen TV too!

The rooms were very upscale, and the beds, extremely comfortable. It was also quiet. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. We came in late, slept and left early, but we were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with the accomodations.

Hotel was clean, new, and comfortable. Good value for the money. Close to Poway town center activities and Costco just across the highway.

For the price we paid, I was expecting a perfectly adequate basic motel room. Instead we were pleased and surprised to find a spacious and modern room with unexpected designer touches (e.g., open wooden cabinets with plush spa-folded towels, granite countertop, large glass-enclosed shower). A clear cut above what I expected for the brand and price.

durying our stay, I had to call the front desk 3 times in the midnight---group of kids next to us, very loud in the midnight. But Front desk could not do anything to quite them down.

Located in a secluded (but quiet and peaceful) neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Ask the hotel staff for a map of the area (it really helps).

We love that this hotel is centrally located within driving distance to all major attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Free parking!!! Great hot breakfast each morning in the lobby. Having the free wireless internet kept us connected to family while we were away. Front Office Staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Loved having the large front loading washer/dryer machines for doing laundry in the guest laundry room on the 2nd floor. The fee to use the washer and dryer were reasonable too. The fresh cookies in the lobby each afternoon were hard to resist! Loved getting the newspaper every morning too. The only thing that possibly could've been better was that we were able to stay a little longer! Amazing restaurants right across the street from the hotel. Everything from fast food to sit down asian, greek, BBQ, or traditional. This made it very convenient for meals!! Down the street not too far were grocery stores and other chains where we could buy items we needed. Only twenty minutes from a casino with the best buffet in town! the hotel was nice but it is about 7 minutes from the freeway not too many places open late to eat in that area, only 20 min from old town i would stay there again staff was very freindly and helpful. pool and rooms very nice bed were comfortable and rooms were big.

Excelente Hotel

a fire alarm continued to go off throughout the day. Very annoying. Plus there was some maintenance noises coming from down the hall. Yet another annoying occurance. Other than that, it was a very good hotel to stay in.
