Very new hotel. Friendly staff. Decent rate. Breakfast was above average. Coffee was excellent. Not much noise from the airport. Nice complimentary dinner tues-thurs.

Charged me for a king hotel room and put me in a queen no explantion as to why and would not accomadate!

The room was spacious and clean. We had 6 people and it felt as if we were in a small home instead of a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

This motel is EXTREMELY difficult to find. Between an IPAD and two IPhones we were eventually lost in the airport! After somewhat less than enthusastic welcome by the front desk clerk we had a decent stay. The breakfast was very crowded and poorly stocked. Nice hotel, just need a real BAR

I assume this hotel is brand-new...The building is very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I go back to Albuquerque.

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and to I-25. The suite was quite nice - and big as well, the bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was very pleasant. The weekday evening snacks provided in the lobby were a nice addition to my stay, and the breakfast was better than just a continental-style breakfast in that they had fresh fruit, as well […] as scrambled eggs to which you could add green chiles, cheese, and salsa. My only real complaint is that my toilet kept running off and on all the time, including all night when it frequently woke me up. Also the toilet seat was loose, and it slipped with me several times. When I reported this to the front desk, the clerk wrote down a brief note on a sticky pad, and I never heard anything else about it, and the situation was not corrected. Also, the ice maker in the fridge - which was a full-sized one - didn't make much ice, and the hotel doesn't have any ice machines for guests. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. Nice hotel. Good breakfast and decor. Nice to have a seperate sleeping area from the family room/kitchen area in a 2 bed suite, but be careful these are double beds not queens or kings. Our room had some marginal paint patch work done in the bedroom, but overall nice room and hotel.

Yah ,.. we've stayed here a few times before .A really good location = to airport , Freeway , downtown , Old Town , etc. , !! This Hotel and the surrounding hotels are all very good places ( we've stayed at them all ) . This hotel staff were very good to us ,.. rooms = good ! Great place to stay too !! We'll be back next year !

We only stayed there one night but the staff was extremely helpful, the room comfortable and we heard no airport noise at all. We will stay again for sure!

Stayed one night here and one night next door at the Homewood Suites. What a difference. Service, towels, room quality, hotel access and Internet service all where sooo much better at the Homewood suites. Same price for either one. If you have a choice stay at the Homewood .

Thanks to the staff at Staybridge we had a good time in Albuquerque. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Even though I did not request room service for the weekend, the staff helped me with clean, fresh towels, other items. The room was clean and well maintained. I had to use the sofa bed. I would advise any guest who uses the sofa bed to leave […] it open so the sheets and covers can be removed. We found our sofa bed covered with sheets that weren't so clean. The tub drain needs to be worked on. The breakfast was good. The area is surprisingly quiet considering that the airport is nearby. The gap under the doors is too big. Rooms were clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and there wasn't the hussle and bussle of cars driving by....I'm going to definitely stay here again!!

Quiet, clean, great breakfast. Right off the airport, easy to find.

Near new hotel. Suites was clean and comfortable. Rooms were not overly spacious but cozy and comfortable. Would certainly recommend and would stay there again if future travels take us to Albuquerque.

One of my best stays in a hotel at this price point. Excellent service.

I chose this hotel for a family vacation stay on way to Sedona, AZ from Denver. My choice was based on the excellent review other's had given it. Good stuff - reception area with excellent evening buffet and morning buffet, theater room for watching movies and comfortable/affordable 2 bedroom suite with separate room for my 3 children. The hotel was very difficult to find. It took us about 30 mins to locate. Otherwise it was very neat and clean. No bed bugs!!! Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was great....loved the green chile.

I cannot stress how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel for 4-nights. We were traveling with another couple and we took the 2-BR suite - so nice to have our own rooms and bathrooms - plus a kitchen!! So many extras such as free access to laundry facilities, free dinners Tues-Thurs, the best hot and cold breakfast buffet. Also, there is a beautiful, […] comfy media room with a wide screen, that we watched videos in - the Staybridge has an assortment of free videos. The clerk on call at night, MAX, was wonderful and helpful. Also, there is a little store so we bought popcorn and ice cream and had our snacks while watching the free movies. We had no expectation as we have never stayed at Staybridge. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The asset was high quality. It was a very clean and up to date hotel. We found a great deal on Hotels.com and tried it. Glad we did... Very pleased!

This hotel is at the airport, and we found the place very very safe! It is just a few minutes to the downtown. The breakfast provided was very good, with a variety of things to choose from. The staff was also very helpful, and allowed us to do a late checkout (until 2 PM). Overall, I would choose to stay here again if I visit ABQ.

I love this hotel. It has excellent accommodations and the staff is great.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the hotel restaurant(s) are good, pool and spa are very clean and relaxing, fitness center is great. They also have a steam room and spa services, which I did not use. The hotel is close to the historic center plaza and you can reach many restaurants, bars and by foot. The only thing that they could improve […] on is service during and upon check-in. I had to wait for ~10 minutes before somebody was available to check me in. Then, I had to carry my suitcase all by myself to my room, which I did not enjoy after 12 hours of traveling. I think think that this was a staff communication problem. My only disappointment in this stay was that the room had a strange odor to it. I am not sure if it was from being a newer hotel, or if it was the cleaning products used. It was not so bad that I would not stay there again in the future.

Our room was very clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. Hot breakfast was great and there was a dinner reception Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We had a DVD player and plasma screen tv. This is the best hotel in ABQ that Ive found for a whole apartment size room the two bedroom suite has it all, even a stove-top! and Ive been in plenty of 'Suites" that dont even have but a partition and mini-fridge, thats not a suite, but this is, and the beds are great, full of pillows, theres a free full breakfast every morning, its a gem. OVerall the stay was very pleasant. The rooms are large and comfortable although mine could have been a bit cleaner. On the positive side, service was excellent and everything including ride to airport and elsewhere is in town is free (except gratuity). Would go back there.

We checked into our room and were putting away our luggage and noticed the carpet was VERY wet. Called down to the desk. They appologized and explained that they had just been cleaned and moved us to a two bedroom suite. Free Hot breakfast every morning. The staff was pleasantly courteous and accomodating. We arrived there 2 hours earlier than check-in-time and they had a room ready for us. The hotel was very clean and well worth its price.
