Havasu Sands Resort - เลกฮาวาซูซิตี

Rooms are dated, old TV's. Rooms surround an interior pool with lots of noise transferred from the common area through most of the night.

Rooms in need of renovation, especially the kitchen area. Bedroom was very small with the beds pushed up against the wall. Nice pool in central courtyard. Continental breakfast was extremly limited in lobby with no seating. Only 32 towels for 4 persons and no staff on duty to get extra towels.

Clean room, friendly helpful front desk. They even had breakfast. 2 minute drive to everything. I would stay again.

My wife and I only went to the front desk and indoor pool to know we weren't staying there. Of course we were charged, but this place was not appealing and miles from any part of Lake Havasu we wanted to see. We skipped this and went to Laughlin.

The staff was very unhelpful. When we asked for things that were missing from our room( i.e. light bulbs, dish soap), the response was "I'm the only one here and I can't leave". There was a it's not my problem attitude whenever we asked for something. Not very clean and no coffee in the room. Renovation of the hotel is past due!! Rooms are comfortable but call out for renovation again!

Quiet and comfortable.

Hotel is "dated" - but we loved our stay there. It's conveniently located to whatever you would want; easy to find; good breakfast; very clean rooms; plenty of parking; and we'd definately book again! Lake Havasu is a fun town!

This hotel is shabby. It has a small kitchen, but old appliances. The beds were hard too. The receptionist was not helpful and on the edge of rude. It's barely ok for one night if you need a place to sleep and leave, but I wouldn't recommend it for any longer.

The stay was fine Hotel needs updating, put it was clean. Only complaint breakfast served too late.

I had stayed at this hotel a few times and it is always clean, but the decor really needs some work done to it. the chairs have rips in them. the TV did not even have a remote control in the bedroom. chips on the counter top sides.

We stayed one week in Havasu and had a great time! The staff was very friendly at the Sands resort we would stay there again only we would upgrade to the bigger condos! The family suite met our needs. The bathtub was not as clean as it should have been.

THE HOTEL WAS A VERY GOOD DEAL FOR THE PRICE. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND KIND. OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED, BUT WAS READY WITHIN THE HOUR. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE, THE AREA IS VERY DARK. NOT MANY STREET LIGHTS. BUT IT IS CLOSE TO MANY RESTURANTS AND SHOPPING AREAS. AND CLOSE TO THE LONDON BRIDGE, AND THE LAKE.

I would recommend this Hotel if they upgraded there facility and had a better Complimentary breakfast. They needed to offer a welcome package to their customers. Including discount coupons for events and food in the area.

This turned out to be a surprisingly great find for us. We originally booked a one bedroom with a murphy bed but had a friend join us last minute. The ladies at the desk took wonderful care of us and let us change to a 2 bedroom suite. This was very clean with a well-stocked (utensils, pots/pans, etc) kitchen for all your cooking needs. We were on the ground floor next to the pool which looked maintained. We spent our days on the lake so didn't get to use the pool. The jacuzzi was clean but small. The hotel itself is a bit worn-looking but clean; and, that's probably how they keep the prices so low. It worked very well for us since we were only there for dinner and sleep for 4 days. The lake is about a mile away as is London Bridge area. Grocery store is within walking distance depending on the heat. It's only a couple of blocks away. The free breakfast is comprised of mostly cold cereal, toast/pre-made waffles and coffee/tea/juice. Not the breakfast of champions but it'll tide you over until you're done cooking yours. Free wi-fi has commercials every 10mins but they have another pay-by-day option if you need continuous internet. Lots of free parking. Not a fancy hotel but certainly one that we would stay in again. Our other friend paid 3x as much at a hotel down the road and and spent about as much time in it as we did ours. And, we were able to save even more with the full kitchen. Staff was great. The room was clean but needs to be updated. Walls dirty and shower curtain and furniture torn.

Great hotel for the price if you're not a high maintenance person. The rooms are priced right & the hotel is centrally located. The front desk staff (especially Desiree) is very helpful & accomodating. Would stay here all the time.

Drove all the way from Phoenix and was looking forward to hanging out at the pool and staying cool in the 100 degree weather but when we got there the pool was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures on hotels.com or their own website. Never used the pool or jacuzzi and was very disappointed.

Its not the newest hotel but it was clean and comfortable. Our kids had so much fun in the pool and at the basketball court. Close to London Bridge and we saved $ with the contenintel breakfast and were able to make lunch or dinner in the well supplied kitchen. We will definately stay here again! Also, the staff was so nice and helpful!

we had a wonderful time and everything was so nice and clean. we would recommend this place to anyone going that way.

This seemed like a small building of time shares where retired people live year round, leave their doors open and congregate around the community pool situated in the middle. This place is a total dump! The furniture was dirty as was the carpeting and surrounding areas. I have learned my lession in the future I will ask to see the room before completing the check in process. I don't even think bed bugs would stay in this place.

The location was wonderful, but nothing else about this hotel was good. The blanket on the bed was so scratchy that we compared it to a brillo pad. It clearly had been there a LONG time. The carpet felt rough and dirty underfoot. Everything had a run-down feel to it. I was not impressed at all.

We stayed here for 7 days and was satisfied with the stay. Good value for the money. Hotel was a little dated but did have a pool, hot tub and tennis court. A Much Older Motel. GOOD an OK place for a large gathering. Has a Pool, Hot tub Weight Room, Tennis court, Internet. ROOM Small Kitchenette, Full Fridge, SM Oven, Sink, Microwave. Bed Was Great. Cheap motel brings out cheap people and behavior. Had to listen to someone playing an electronic game all night long and could hear the folks upstairs every time they walked around. Morning "breakfast" was laid out two hours late on Saturday. No reason and no apology. Some folks almost called the cops because of fighting in the motel. This hotel provided good value for money without being exceptional. The included breakfast was welcome although had the hotel been anywhere near full the space allocated would have been nowhere near adequate. Conveniently situated.

Good place for the price. Only street parking for trucks with boats. Kitchen appliances are old. Most important the AC was ice cold and the shower had hot water. This hotel is about a mile or two from the London Bridge

This appears to be an older hotel. Small items did not seem to be maintained. Such as: the remote for the TV did not work, the handle for the bathroom faucet kep falling off. Also, housekeeping passed us by one day, just because we asked for extra towels, it was assumed we did not want housekeeping that day. Quality was low. It was below most peoples standards. Cheap rate and it showed. Our TV was broken, shower was barely usable, the room was smelly, and we would not go back.

We found the hotel to be exactly what we expected for the affordable price we paid. It was clean but dated. We would definitly stay here again.

We had a few setbacks at first but the beautiful women at the front desk made absolutely sure we were taken care of. The incredibly sexy and beautiful manager, Heather, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lake Havasu. this is a great place for those of us who still like to party on the weekends. located just a hop, skip and a jump from some of the best bars in Havasu city. great deals on rooms and full of fun and charimatic party go'ers. and the staff was nice and verry helpfull

The hotel was just what we expected, the rooms clean without being fancy in any way. The separated bedrooms in the suites are ideal, and the kitchenettes are perfect for providing small meals or snacks during the visit. The staff was exceptonally helpful and very polite. It is family oriented, and a very quiet hotel to stay at. We had a full kitchen facility, plus plenty of space, and we had a viistor for 2 nights at no extra cost. We were very happy with our stay.

Friendly staff and we loved having a separate bedroom and kitchen. We would have liked a good place to read with a brighter lamp, and the furniture is starting to look a little shabby but we will stay there again. We were able to take several day trips and had a very nice time.

We had some issues with our hotel room, but the staff was very helpful in clearing up our trouble.

For the money, this hotel met our expectations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchenettes are very convenient. Our room had an electrical problem midway through our stay, but the hotel staff was very helpful in relocating us to another, comparable room right away.
