Hampton Suites Longview - ลองวิว

We stayed here for our friends wedding. Our room was so comfortable (bed especially), the staff was friendly, the breakfast and coffee in the mornings was great. Definitely will be staying here again for another wedding coming up!

Booked room for three nights at an average of $109 per night. Told clerk when leaving that I would like to stay another night, no mention of a rate change. $109 was also the rate listed on the Hampton website when I booked but wanted the Hotels.com stay credit. Upon returning that afternoon I was informed that my rate would be $159.00 per night because […] they were sold out. I informed them that was above what my company would reimbuse. No compromise was offered, had to check out and go to another hotel. You are not a quest at this hotel, just $$$. I was disappointed in the fact that I thought I was getting a suite when I made the reservation. When we got to our room it was a regular room. That was the point of paying that much and staying there was for the extra room. Whereas when my brother checked into his room he did have a suite and we paid the same thing for the rooms. We have stayed here before because of the inside pool. We called in advance to see if the pool was heated and everything working correctly, because we were taking our two grandchildren there for that reason. Age's 5 & 6. We where assured that the pool was heated and all was working. Was not, to cold to enjoy, Very disappointed. We were having to celebrate Christmas in the hotel and they allowed us to use the room near the lobby and their Christmas tree! It was perfect for our needs!

Clean, quiet, courteous. Just don't expect a great free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

was pleased there were towels in the pool room an the weight room..snacks in the tv room..hot chocolate was available, therefore i was able to make cappacino in my room..an they had a dryer sheet win i needed it ......thnx!!!

Had a great stay. Pillows were a bit small. Staff friendly. The hotel's description mentioned bar/lounge, but I think they meant the coffee available 24/7. Bring a pillow & your own booze.

We were in town for a friend's party and elected to stay here. Even though we arrived early they rushed to prepare our room and had it ready in under 10 minutes. There was no wait for the front desk and the hotel staff was VERY friendly. Especially Tiffany at the front desk. The only quasi-complaint I had was when you were in the bathroom you could […] clearly hear the party going on in the room next door. Good rates. The first room our family was given was dirty, the room had not been cleaned or sheets on bed. Had to move from 4th. floor to 2nd. floor. The handle to the pool was very loose causing myself to fall side ways because it swivels side to side. You have to unplug microwave to use coffee pot. The vanity light only worked some times.

Our stay was even better than expected! The hotel staff said hello and goodbye everytime we walked by the front desk, the rooms were fantastic, and they even had treats out by the elevator! I would definetly stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was outstanding, except I wish more Hotels would get Sleep Number Beds or more Firm Mattresses.

Very nice hotel, a little hard to get into if you go to far, but in a nice part of town with some shopping around it.

We frequently stay at hotels. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff, good decor, large room, good price, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in lots of hotels in Longview. This was the best by far. I wished the breakfast looked a little more like the pictures on the website but it was still acceptable. Stayed one night and absolutely loved it. Hotel seemed very new, very clean and beautiful. Beds were great. Service was fantastic. Our kids LOVED the pool - it was extremely clean and they even had small pool toys and floaties out. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beautifully decorated, exceptional staff, facilities in business center actually work (rare in most hotels), comfortable room and dining/lounge area, good fitness center with free weights. Close to restaurants, coffee, etc. One of my "go to" hotels in Longview!

Very nice and comfortable. Wasn't expecting the room to be so large. Well worth the price which is slightly more expensive than other area hotels. Very quiet. Very beautiful room.

I was there on business but thought I would surprise my husband with an overnight stay (for Valentine's Day). The hotel was beautiful and the room was very nice. The breakfast bar was perfect and the hotel was decorated so nicely, we took pictures of it to show a designer friend of ours.

This hotel is extremely easy to find and is around all of the good restaurants and stores in town. It is clean, quiet, and the service is thorough and friendly. The room I stayed in was one king, and everything was nice, but it did not have a bath tub, just a large shower. I love baths, so this was the only disappointment!
