We stayed here one night on our way to Florida. It was convenient for the route we were taking but the area is not as good as it used to be. All the good restaurants and shopping are a few miles away off the interstate. That being said our room was small but the bed was very comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay!! Very nice and clean!! Will stay again if in the area!!!

It wasn't bad except that we were being rushed to leave( even though we left an hour before check-out)

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was our first time in MS. They provided maps to area attractions and stores.

We didn't expect much from this hotel at the rate we got, but we were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. A large flat screen TV is in the room (though we didn't watch it). We actually had a wireless internet access point in the room with us on top of the entertainment center, so there was no problem at all with […] internet. I have used hotels.com for many years with complete satisfaction. I have always gotten the room in which I reserved. On this trip, that was not the case. I had to argue with the desk clerk to get the nonsmoking room which I reserved, and upon checkout I was charged for having four adults. My reservation was for three adults and one infant. When I spoken […] with the hotel manager he reluctantly credited me the $10 extra for my daughter and then told me if I was not satisfied to call Clarion Hotels corperate office. Maybe that was my mistake. I have never stayed in a Clarion, Sleep, or Comfort Inn before, but I never will again. I am a pretty laid back person, and I do not like to complain. I do feel as if I have been wronged by this particular hotel.
