Sleep Inn And Suites - โดเวอร์

This was my third time staying rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaints would be that I booked a king and they gave me a standard double. Needless to stay when you book a certain type room that is what u expect to get.

The room was nice for the price. Very clean, fast and customer friendly service. Convient to the mall and other activities. I would recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay everyone was polite, room was clean and service was very good. Will stay again in the future.

No satisfied at all. We had no hot water, noise from other hotel guess extremely annoying, complaining to the front desk was never address, day manager extremely rude and did nothing to accommodate me in reference to the noise from the other guess. Requested a refund for half of the stay at first and was given the run around. The staff continued to […] brush me off and stating they were unable to grant my request and I had to wait for another manager to come in to rectify my complaint. This hotel was great! It is located not far from the major highway, so it's easy to find. We arrived after check in time, and no one was at the desk, but someone was there within 1 minute and was very friendly to us and accomodating. I just wanted to get up to my room, so I didn't ask lots of questions like where can I order food from, or what is in […] the surrounding area. (We only stayed one night.) Anyway, I am sure that if I asked any questions, he would have been very helpful in answering them. The lobby was really nice and clean!! Once we got in the room, we checked everything to make sure it was clean and it sure was! The beds were made nice and neat, and the bathroom was clean, I did not see any stains on the bedding or in the bathroom, and believe me, I checked! (I refuse to stay somewhere dirty.) The ONLY complaint that I have is that the remote was missing the back piece. That is all!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Clean, friendly, in a convenient location and at a great price = Priceless!

The hotel room looked dirty, the halls smelled, but the worst part was being awakened by flying bugs several times. This has not happened to me since I stayed in a very cheap hotel over a pool room in Maui thirty years ago.

Everything was perfect when we entered the room. I mean perfect. . Smelled wonderful,and very clean. Free coffee and cookies during the day. But when we went to bed the pillow was sticking out of the case and there was a BIG spot of blood on it. I brought it to the front desk and they got the manager.who talked to the head maid. So they were very concerned […] about it and didn't blow it off. We had a free breakfast for the inconvenience. And something to be aware of,the breakfast buffet is not free. NO REFRIGERATOR NO MICROWAVE THE TV IS FROM THE 1980S

Although the room was comfortable, the shower was very slippery and I came close to falling. You need to have something non-skid put on the tub. Also, the continental breakfast selection was pathetic - only a few donuts and bagels. We ended up going out for breakfast.

Our stay at the hotel was great...very nice staff, very clean...easy to find...comfortable bed...we were on the floor with guest washer/dryer which I loved bc after traveling for several days was nice to wash our clothes

This hotel is about what you would expect for the price. The desk clerk was a little surly. The room's carpet was stained and the lampshades were dented. The continental breakfast was understaffed and over attended. Not some place I'd stay for more than a night or two.

The Sleep Inn had the best deal and all the conveniences of the nearby hotels. A family owned pizza place (almost next-door) was amazing.

My stay there was for 2 nites an 3 days. The room was clean an comfortable upon my arrival... My only 2 complaints would be that my room keys were not functional an had to be replaced throughout my stay and my room was not cleaned while we were gone for the day., Staff was not availabe to attend to my room upon my return... A great motel with the best of accomodations. Only negative it the swimming pool which is a large bath tub.

The rooms were clean, front desk staff cordial - except for a night clerk -, breakfast adequate, but the nights were a little noisy due to loud guest and highway traffic..

I wasn't expecting too much given the low rate but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was large and well maintained. There was an in room safe available for precious items. The location was near the center of the city so it was convenient to most locations including the casino at Dover Downs. WiFi was free and simple to use. .And a McDonalds […] was nearby for late night munching. The only minor negative I can think of is that the hot water was only at best very warm when I took my shower. All in all it was a nice stay and an even better value. Check in was fast., The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. the rooms were clean and i like the features of the full kitchen.

No running water when we awoke in the morning, I had to brush my teeth with Beer.

Good hotel for business or pleasure. High speed internet worked, rooms were clean and price was affordable. Close to attractions and restaurants.

we only stayed one night but this hotel looks very new convienent to dover downs casino - very good breakfast - roooms clean and big - exellent value

It was a nice hotel, but a little expensive for this chain. I guess that is because it was August which is probably high season and most of the hotels in this area were full. More than acceptable service and the breakfast was always ready earlier that stated. This was great for us because we are early risers.

I was very impressed with the hotel. It is in a great location, right on route 13 and just 6/10 of a mile from a decent mall. There is tons of food nearby and a local Walmart and Target if you forgot any necessities. The staff wasn't overly helpful, but that could have just been the day of the week or time of the day.

Overall, my stay was great. The room was large and the bathroom was probably the biggest hotel bathroom I've seen in a while. The room was very clean and the woman who checked me in and out was extremely friendly and prompt. I was staying at the hotel due to a family emergency, and she even let me use their fax machine to fax some important documents. […] The location was also great, as it is near a Wal-Mart and several restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was the shower. Firstly the shower head was the water saver type which is never good and secondly there is no place in the shower to put shampoo or washcloth or anything else other than on the floor. All high carb foods and some hard boiled eggs. The coffee was very good. Hotel staff were friendly helpful. Hotel is very near Dover Downs Casino, the mall and the race track. Easy access by route 1. I was satisfied although i do have a few comments. Pros: The check in and check out service was excellent and quick. The room was nice and comfortable. Internet worked. Cons: The room has a smell to it when i opened the door but it went away shortly. The pool is very small.
